They told me that " some auto shops tend to say the fluid is bad just to make a sale" They told me to take the truck back in so I did, then when they looked at the fluid it was really dark. They then tell me that "Maybe we were super busy and forgot to work on your vehicle and there was a mix up" I'm sorry but paying for a break fluid change and saying it "needed to be done asap" but not doing the work? I drove around with it not being done until I went to Monroe automotive... I'm glad the guys there caught it, I was able to get it done with Christian brothers. He said I was the first person in 5 years that had asked for prices to be matched from another nearby mechanic shop. He even said that the prices that they quoted me, that I should go to the other shop instead, was a $60 difference by the way. Was also told by Ken that I wasn't a good customer because I had only done one oil service with them in a year and a half. Will never give Crawford's my business and they're just another auto shop that's dishonest and takes advantage of their customers. Hard to find integrity these days!!

I had Mufflers & More build a full 3-inch exhaust for my LS-swapped 1980 Camaro using a Pypes…read moreX-pipe kit, dual Borla XR-1 mufflers, and several V-band clamps. They also fabricated side exits through the rear quarters just behind the rear wheels. Overall, the quality of the work is good, and I'm happy with how the exhaust turned out. The only minor issue was that they left more of the exhaust hanger material than necessary, but they were trying to finish the job at the end of the day so I could pick the car up before they closed. I was able to trim it myself without any issues. They are definitely on the pricier side, but the workmanship, customer service, and overall experience were worth it.
