beware of this dealership. bought a car a year ago. first month started having issues with the doors and windows. would not open. so many malfunctions started showing up the gas tank cover is broken. seatbelts stop working compressor a/c went out seats stop working. Had an appointment with Alex. Told him I would be coming in from out of town (Prescott) to see a coach. Alex took my name and number and set the appointment........or so I thought. I drive down from Prescott the night before 130 miles....my wife and I are all excited to look at this Tiffin coach. My wife suggests the next morning day of the appointment that I call to make sure we're still on ....... I talk to Alex.....he's never heard of me. He's laughing and says he's had a really bad week and that the coach I wanted to buy has been sold............no phone call..... no heads up ..... he's still laughing like its a big joke. Allen the service technician is very competent and courteous. He tries very hard, and is willing to go the extra mile.The finance person is easy to work with and applies zero pressure to buy all the different products that the finance department sells. My salesman. Colin will not do anything but the very basics. To his credit he is honest about it. When I needed help moving from one rv to the other, it was to hot and he had a "bad back". He simply does not get dirty. He will present your offer but he won't fight for you. His after sales service is a 0 of 10. I am confident in saying he might be the worst sales person I ever worked with. He NEVER takes responsibility for anything. The bottom line is I love my RV. The Durango Gold is awesome. I am an elderly woman and have been taken advantage of by a much larger RV dealer, but Jason, Melissa, Lisa, Allen and Chris went out of their way to see that the 2022 Winnebago was in perfect shape for me to hit the road. Worst experience ever! I was told by my salesman that if ANYTHING happened I'd get my deposit back. After asking the sales manager for the deposit back and letting them know I'm not feeling it I emailed my salesman. Got no response. After calling a 4th time asking for my deposit back I was told I needed to talk with the owner.... The owner called and was extremely arrogant speaking super disrespectful & trying to escalate the situation saying I was disrespectful to his employees and that he wipes his bum with $1000 bills.... I'm not sure why he feels he needs me to know this and wants to belittle my deposit and make me feel small and insignificant as if my $1500 deposit is nothing to him. If he really did wipe his bottom with money then he wouldn't be trying to keep what I was told I could get back from the start. Super arrogant owner with the head so large he insults you and tries to bully and pick fights instead of making anything right. I definitely don't recommend shopping here!!! read more

Purchased a 2007 Tiffin Allego Bus from Chris This company is a fraud all the way around: Take your money elsewhere you will save yourself a lot of money, time and aggravation. For starters they sell junk that looks great, they cover up all the mistakes and broken things. The mechanics there are not mechanics, at best there porters. Then you got CHRIS the biggest liar there is. In the beginning he will tell you everything you want to hear and then never deliver as promised. He has every excuse and lie in the book. Then he will explain to how to get around paying sales tax on your coach if you're an AZ resident. He won't have your paper work right, will send you out of state to sign some BS document to make it look like you are an out of state purchase. That's ok the Department of Revenue AZ has a formal complaint now. IT'S FRAUD but he will teach you how to beat the system. They say they have a 174 point, 9 page inspection. IT'S ALL LIES! Chris is a fast talker and Bull $h*t artist. Still have not fixed everything on the IOU list. We have had to spend over $20,000 dollars to have the coach repaired so it was safe. He will tell you they test the batteries and check tires and will replace anything that doesn't pass. BS-None of them were replaced or checked had that been the case they would have noticed all the batteries were in sad shape. The AC was bad at time of walk through, he said they have a machine to add dye to the system and find the leak and they will repair it. THEY DO NOT have the machine, all they did was add Freon so it blew cold when we picked it up. First road trip it all leaked out! We paid a real shop to fix it correctly! Windshield wipers were nonexistent, roof top AC caught fire, engine compartment heat shield was laying on the engine and could have caught fire. We installed the new one. The fake mechanic was told to change it but refused and hit the new engine shield so no one knew he didn't do it. The step motor was not working but they told us it was normal, another lie! We installed the motor. The jacks worked one trip and a new module had to be installed, I did that as well. When we picked up the coach the tanks were full, they agreed to have them cleaned, flushed and empty. Chris told us to drive around back and just dump them on the property. EPA has been advised! Door awning and patio awnings didn't work correctly, we had new ones installed. The mirror switch still doesn't work. It was filthy when we picked it up and they agreed to have it detailed before we took delivery. LP regulator leaking, could have been an explosion. Oil pan was leaking, alignment was terrible. But they go through everything. NOTHING BUT LIES There isn't enough space available to get into every detail but stay away from this chop shop. They have the worst reputation in the state. We spent over 108,000 on a coach with this trashy outfit to find out what they are really about. We have now filed complaints with the EPA, AZ DEPT OF REVENUE, MVD OFFICE, INSPECTOR GENERALS OFFICE, SEC OF STATE, ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. Spoke to the sales manger Chris About a trailer on the lot. With his assurances on the condition and installed equipment, I made a 800 mile drive. Upon arrival I found the condition to be nothing like he claimed. There was much more wear and tear and, the trailer was not a 2021 but a 2020. It was missing several components that he had stated were installed and its overall state was filthy. Needless to say, I didn't purchase the trailer and Chris was completely indifferent. Purchased a 2006 Fleetwood from Chris 8/28/21. Had been dealing with Chris foe over a week. Made a deposit that was supposed to be a "card hold" on the unit . He instead charged our card that day. First oops. I said no big deal. Anyway arrived on the 28th from out of town and Chris picked me and my wife up from the airport. Very nice. When we arrived at the dealership people were attempting to clean the coach as there was still lots of things that I hadn't been told about being repaired. We did a quick once over and pretty much all I had been told about was there. (Scratch on rear bumper, a couple other minor things that he had pointed out in a video I was sent) As the coach was not ready me and the wife were loaned a car and headed to Walmart and to drop her off back at the airport to head to Dallas. When I returned repairs were still going on. Note they had had a week to get this coach ready! Chris was all about telling us how great they were and they sold more trailers than anyone in the country. Chris disappeared and left a lot at this time. When I got to the couch he even said "look we found the bra for the front end so we installed it for you" Anyway finally around 4:30 that afternoon I was able to pull out headed to Nashville. Somewhere between there and Amarillo the access cover to the frig came loose. The repair guy had been doing something in there while making ready and obviously had not latched it properly. I informed Chris of this while on the road and he "graciously"sent me a link so I could purchase a new one. Then the next morning while stopped at a roadside park having breakfast I noticed the refrigerator cabinet was pulled away from the wall almost 3 inches. You see when the slide is opened this does not show (conveniently while we were inspecting the coach the slide was open the whole time) the sleep number bed that were so proud to tell me was a upgrade and really nice went completely flat the first night. On the second day I decided to remove the bra from the front to have the coach washed before I arrived back home. Well that's when I noticed the front fiberglass bumper had a 6 inch crack. You see this had been covered up by that nice bra that Chris installed to help me out. And one other note while doing the walk trough we did notice the counter top in the kitchen next to the sink was cracked. Me and the guy doing the work sent a picture to Chris to which he replied "I don't want to hold you up we will find someone in Nashville to repair it for you" Well it's been 10 days now and numerous text to Chris and he will not respond at all. I have resolved that i will probably have to eat the cost of all of this stuff noticed and the things promised and not delivered . MY ADVISE TO ANYONE WALKING ON THAT PROPERTY WOULD BE TO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY UNTIL THE UNIT IS AS IT SHOULD BE . AND TO OPERATE ANY AND ALL OF IT. Date of Purchase: March 18, 2019 Arrived, at 8:45am, to pick up our brand new fifth wheel. Discussed time with (SRV co-owner) Dave Steel. Our appointment was dismal. - They hadn't yet printed our temporary plate. - The new hitch we purchased, was still in the box, waiting to be assembled. - The salesman (his name was Chris), repeatedly stated that he "just walked into this (situation)", as if he should be absolved from any incompetency, rather than being the hero of the day and being proactive, he repeatedly had to be told what could be happening. TWO Hours went by waiting for a mechanic to get up/ show up. In all that time, the salesman never suggested he walk us through the fifth wheel. We had to suggest it. We also were still waiting for him/anyone to print out the temporary plate. To my knowledge, the mechanic, never arrived. During our walkthrough, I had the distinct feeling that the salesman had very little experience in our specific fifth wheel. While I know it's hard to know everything about every unit, I strongly believe we knew more than the salesman. If he had said he was new, I would have excused him. Know your weaknesses and / or own up to them. During the walkthrough, the salesman discovered a remote that needed batteries, and started to leave to get batteries... I stopped him and asked if it wouldn't be better to locate the mechanic we've needed for the last two hours? Missed opportunity. A co-owner (Alfonso) jumped in, after nearly 2 hours. While it was a step in the right direction, the hitch wasn't installed correctly. The owner even stated he had "installed thousands" of hitches. Another big miss. Our temporary plate was finally presented to us at 11:45am - Three Hours after we arrived. My husband and I began trying to use our new keys and found many didn't seem to work. The salesman went in search of a lubricant spray, spraying it all over each lock and door, got the key to work and moved onto the next, leaving the lubricant dripping. Dripping down the sides of our brand new fifth wheel. Only when he finished, did he get paper-towels to clean up. For me, this confirmed the fact that he was not able to/ hadn't been taught to think proactively. 3 hours later, we drove to our storage space (45-60 minutes away), only to realize we had no charge in our brand new RV batteries. We spent 30-45 minutes trying to get our leveling system to work (even had our brother in law, a mechanic and RV owner, come over with a jumper box). Gave up and called the owner, Dave Steel. To his credit, he offered to help. Said he had a delivery to make on the far west side of town. Made some suggestions, which we had tried, without success. [We had no batteries for the landing gear and couldn't unhook the RV, even if we wanted.*] He apologized and added that he would take this up with the employees. He thought he'd need an hour to do the delivery and he would get over to us (in the Rio Verde/Troon area). Sadly, it was two hours before we heard again from him. He called to confirm we still needed assistance. [Um, see the asterisked sentence above.] But, to his credit, he drove from 51st Avenue and Greenway to 160th Street and Dynamite. Upon arrival, he sprang into action and found the first of two issues within two minutes. Dave flipped a breaker switch, which we were not shown in the walkthrough, and then spent the next thirty minutes trying to "unstick" our hitch. The hitch was not one that his parts person liked because of this issue, but they continued to order and install. Dave told his parts person to discontinue using this particular hitch. The co-owner, Dave, said he would order us a replacement hitch and install it to prevent this issue in the future. We never received a new hitch. We had to follow up with him and gave up after a few attempts. We reached out to a friend in the industry and he got us quickly squared away. I was really disappointed and annoyed with the entire experience. There was such an overwhelming lack of communication. We weren't made aware of what was(n't) happening at any point, unless we pressed someone. TL;DR: Please *don't buy from this dealership*. You're asking for headaches.
