I ordered a FL5 transmission from ICB and dealt with Amy throughout the process. Excellent communication through the ordering and delivery process. I can't recommend them enough. 10/10. She even provided pictures of what the crate looks like. Everything was packaged far beyond my expectations. read more

Saying communication is lacking would be a compliment. Website says to call for availability if an item that was out if stock, didn't pick up their phone the times i called to check lead time. Placed the order, thinking i can find out eta,but at least wanted to get the order in. No update on order when Placed so I decided to try calling again and was able to get someone on the phone and mentioned the order would take 6-8 weeks. Think about it for a day or two and then email back with another question with no response and then email again to ask if I can cancel the order, anticipating that this may turn into an ordeal, seeing as though there isn't much of a response to emails. I try calling the business again,no response and then notice there is a 2nd number, call that number where a gentlemen picks up audibly frustrated because he was driving? I ask about canceling an order, he tells me that it's fine as long as it hasn't shipped. I send an email and now mention they want to charge me the processing fee and website transaction fee. Haven't dealt with a business like this in awhile read more

This review for my purchase and experience back in 2023. Probably one of the worst customer experience I've encountered. They are disorganized and I have not talked to Matt once through my transaction. My biggest problem here is there is no accountability and the person behind the phone doesn't value these parts probably the same as Matt or other car enthusiasts. They also take their time when responding to emails but happily respond when it's to verify your credit card information. lol 1. The website says the set I wanted to purchase is in stock when it isn't. They only had 3 wheels out of 4. 2. They had to order the single wheel. They had that single wheel expedited which is fine. 3. Wasn't updated when the wheels came in, they notified some other customer mistakenly. 4. Wheels were actually damaged through transit. Person over the phone stated the person she mistakenly called said that it wasn't a bad damage and they would have gladly took it. 5. Asked for them to expedite another wheel but they wouldn't want to do that. Instead only offered a $200 discount on the damage one. Imagine buying your first set of set of expensive wheels and you had to go through this mishap. It's truly disappointing and it weren't for ICB being the only distributor for Regamasters, I would have went somewhere else. read more

Matt is prompt, honest and most importantly very friendly. He owns the JDM legend NSX NA1 himself and very passionate on what he does. This is what distinguishes normal business to serious passionate shop. Its also great that Matt actually has many of the parts in stock unlike 98% of the shops that claim they do on website but when you call it is all made to order taking months! I purchased few items for the car this time and I'm extremely pleased with Matt and his crew. Thank you from Hawaii! All the Alohas to everyone reading this review. read more

Been doing business with Matt and Amy for years (since 2005). If I had questions they are both always ready to help and assist further. Very knowledgeable and great social media page as well. I will always order here for anything exclusive and or new. Thank you for the many years of service. read more

For my @golden.era.integra projects, I've been purchasing from Matt at ICB for a number of years, and it's always been a good experience. The shipment is fairly rapid because ICB is in Arizona and I live in Las Vegas. The thing I enjoy about ICB is that they occasionally have rare parts that have been discontinued coming in from Japan, including Mugen, Spoons Sports, Honda, and many more big brands, and you know it's real, as opposed to buying from somewhere else and perhaps getting a fake item. I recently bought a hood made of carbon Kevlar from First Molding, and Matt did a great job of wrapping it so that it would arrive in pristine condition. Thank you Matt and Amy at ICB for your knowledge of where to obtain rare parts for enthusiasts like myself who are passionate about cars. read more

I was in town visiting friends for the weekend from Los Angeles and wanted to check out some items from ICB Motorsport. Close friends of mine have purchased parts for their cars from Matt over the years and had nothing but great things to say about him and the products he sells. They were absolutely right. I emailed Matt a few days prior to arriving with a list of a things I wanted to purchase for my car. He emailed me back promptly and I really appreciated that. Communication was great and I know businesses can get really busy, so him taking the time to respond back to my emails was great. I headed to ICB after landing at Sky Harbor Airport on a Friday morning and was greeted by Matt. I handed him over my list and he retrieved the items. I even got something I hadnt seen on the website which was nice. I appreciate the customer service I received at ICB Motorsport. They sell quality parts and items. I will certainly be back again when next in town and in the meantime I will probably be purchasing more parts for my car online from their website. Thanks Matt! read more

I have purchased many items from ICB Motorsports. All thier parts are genuine JDM products from some of the Best Japanese aftermarket car companies. They have been in business since the early 2000's and have a strong following in the Import Car Community. Very fast shipping on parts in stock, and can help source rare stuff as well. 10/10 recommend ICB. I had an extremely large order of JDM Civic body panels, and they did an amazing job packaging everything for freight shipping. They provided excellent communication throughout the coordination of this order, and were very friendly. I would recommend ICB for all JDM parts, they are hands down the best Thank you ICB!! read more

Highly recommend ICB Motorsport! I needed a a set of Volk lug nuts and locks for my new wheels on my 6 lug Tacoma. They are one of the few places that I could find that offered a full set of 20 lug nuts and 4 locks that are required for my truck. I emailed Matt on Monday asking if I could by an additional 2 lug nuts and lock so that I could mount my matching spare on my swing out tire carrier. I had a reply that same Monday afternoon, placed my order Tuesday, and received my 26 lug nuts and 5 matching locks on Thursday! Awesome customer service and fast shipping! Thanks Matt! read more

Decided it was time to get some wheels for my car. I went to ICB because of their reputation in the import scene. I was not disappointed. Great customer service and knowledge. I picked up a set of VOLK TE37SL 15x8 100% satisfied with my purchase! read more

Top supplier of JDM parts for years. I live in CA and have used these guys for years. Always competitive prices and almost more importantly the products are all legit (never have to worry about knockoffs etc.) and shipping is quick and the people working there are responsive. 5 stars, thanks for all the parts over the years!!! read more

There seems to be a communication problem with this company if you read the other reviews. They don't and haven't responded to any of my emails. So my experience isn't from purchasing anything from icb, but from them not responding to multiple emails. I was interested in getting some regamasters and emailed multiple times to see what the eta was for the preorder, no response. Instead, I emailed gotuning unlimited for the Spoon SW388 eta, I got a response that hour. The SW388's are nicer with its minor differences, asthetically If the owner(matt?) or manager is reading this, maybe you guys will get more business, if you just answer your emails. read more

They're good people. Just know that they're a Phone business. Don't email, call if you have any questions. You can also place an order, pay with PayPal, and then have the lady check your questions about the item. If for example they don't have the item in question in stock, they can cancel your order without charging you a cent. It's an old school business. Call! read more

Been shopping here for years. Anytime I needed parts Matt has always taken care of me. Thanks Matt and Amy!

Service is awesome! Top notch! Been getting parts from Matt "ICBmotorsports" since 2007. Always delivers great JDM products

My review bizarrely mimics The D. below. I found Matt and Amy are unfortunately extremely disorganized and arrogant after an order was placed. Their website is from the 1990's and they lose track of orders and don't respond to customer inquiries on updates or parts orders. My thoughts are they don't even have the parts at all. They won't refund me on an expensive order they just left it in limbo so I had to call my bank. Now they want a re-stocking fee, on a part they never had or shipped. So it's a 180 degree scam. Bizarrely they have an old good name in the Honda world but they are terrible now with customer service, and processing orders. And when you push back on them on the phone they get extremely unprofessional. I hope their in store business is good in a dying niche market - as they will be out of business soon with this business practices. read more

I have been using ICB for the majority of my JDM car part needs for years. I have never had any issues or problems with them. They are very helpful also, as I tend to ask questions pretty frequently. I recently ordered some JDM blue NGK super power spark plug wires, and they were shipped out the very next day! I will definitely continue to use ICB in the future. Thank you for all of your help Matt. read more

This was by far the most frustrating buying experience I have ever endured. I ordered an emblem for my Civic SI and the part that I received was incorrect. When I called to confirm that the order was fulfilled incorrectly, the first representative I spoke with, Matt, agreed that the part that I received in the mail was not the part as ordered or listed on my invoice. I admit fault for part of the issue here because I made the mistake of assuming that the part was going to fit properly without making any comparisons and broke the JDM pins off to install. At this point, Matt referred me to Amy, who is the representative that handles returns and she agreed to send the correct emblem as long as I send back the first one, but I'd have to pay for shipping. I accepted the terms in hopes to receive the correct part promptly. I shipped the return emblem on July 27th and the delivery was confirmed on July 30th. I followed up with them several times, but it wasn't until August 14th that I was successful at reaching Amy for a follow-up. After inspecting the emblem, she denied the original terms of our agreement because of a blemish that she found on the emblem. Fine. What I did not appreciate was that when I called to have a formal conversation about why the original terms of our agreement were not going to be fulfilled, Amy was immediately confrontational and defensive. She said not only was there a blemish, but it also is my fault for ordering the incorrect part and that's why the part I received did not fit. She also said I should have compared the part to the original emblem before altering it. Okay, her second rebuttal is not wrong. Now I know to compare before altering products. To say that the part I received was correct according to the part that was ordered is a complete lie. Not only was it confirmed by Matt to begin with, but my invoice says the item I ordered was for "2012-2015 fb6" - the correct part for my car. The part number for the part that arrived to me was for a hatchback Civic EP3. It is not so much the confrontation that led me here. Amy is the business representative and she is taking zero responsibility for the situation, contradicting the original terms of our agreement and the fact of the matter. The fact of the matter is that my order was fulfilled incorrectly. If I would have received the part that I ordered, they would have never heard from me. Instead, I have been incorrectly assigned blame and now I'm stuck with a part I have no use for. read more

Let me start off by saying Matt did great job and I'll for sure order again. You can't always go by the reviews I was scared at first about ordering but I called Matt and talk to him and he made my worries go away I told him I was going to order a set of TE37s And how fast were they ship he said the next day I told him OK well I was going to order them a couple hours later I get a email saying they have been shipped they showed up today and I can't be more pleased I think it took five days which is really fast in my opinion! Tried to see a DC5 Red Recaro Seats. Matt won't even show it off when we went there. BS about about too much time to get it or need an appointment. Given some of the other reviews here, I was a little hesitant to walk through the door. I just had a great experience with ICB. I needed some lug nuts for some TE37s I ordered from a different less than helpful local seller. I had a ton of questions because, if I am going to spend that kind of money I want to get exactly what I want. ICB completely understood that. Even though I made the mistake of ordering my wheels with someone else, ICB was happy to help me. They brought out all 5 types of lug nuts I was interested in so that I could find my perfect set. Im ordering my center caps and whatever I need in the future from ICB. Highly recommended. read more

ICB Motorsport - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

This place is run by unprofessional owners who don't care about serious customers. Just because someone purchases a $50 item doesn't mean they will not purchase thousands worth. Also, you don't know who that persons knows. But basically they want to charge a 25% restocking fee on a $50 accessory that is stocked in their case. Which is only being returned because it won't fit. Rude on top of that, and now won't respond to email. My advice is go to a real JDM dealer that understands how to do business. These guys and their 1990s Yahoo page surely don't. What a waste of time. Should have read these reviews before I tried to save $5 by buying from these idiots. read more

I highly recommend ICB Motorsports for all your jdm needs, the prices are fair and the shipping is extremely fast, I've read alot of negative reviews but I don't seem to understand why, from all the negative reviews I read, I can see the character behind it and thats definitely not the path im travelling on so before you continue thinking negative about this business, ask yourself what type of character you created for yourself in this life. All my shopping experiences has been a+++, the owners seem like really nice people when approached with respect, the same we would want for ourselves. I've had many phone conversations and it's been an amazing experience speaking with Amy especially, so much hard work and dedication this woman does to make us customers happy with our purchases, everything is packaged with care. I really appreciate this place cause it's made me very happy and I'm sure it'll bring happiness to you as well, I give this business a 5 star. Great customer service and great owners. Don't hesitate to step forward, we are all our own people with decisions that we make for ourselves only, not others, I've attached some photos of my purchases and my shipping records, I'm addicted to ICB since I made the first step forward. read more
