The host a Primo had to call him for us when we became panicked and he answered that call right away. Very stressful after a very nice dinner, which was ruined by this. Never responded to my calls, he did eventually pick us up at 11:15 and claimed he doesn't answer the phone while driving or take rides after 11 because he's made enough money by then. It's possible he came from his house, in which case he could have picked up my call. We told him we would need a ride later back to our hotel and he acknowledged that when dropping us off. He DOES NOT schedule pickups, fine, but answer the call until 11, it was a two minute ride back into Rockland. (not Camden as I said prior, but the rest of the facts stand.)

As others have noted, the ride was all one could wish in a taxi service (actually, more on par with private car service where I live, in New York City . . .): safe and punctual, in a clean, new car.
