Can't forget to mention that they have a 24 hour delivery service. I was hoping for them to also sell novelty items and flowers; but, they don't offer those products which is still ok. Their representative informed me that if I went with the 21ft garland, they would throw in free delivery (a $150 value). I asked for the balloon color options and a contract but it was never sent. I followed up a few weeks later and they sent a very limited selections for balloon color options only. When I followed up on the contract and to pay the deposit for the balloons, they said they would no longer offer free delivery. The person was very dismissive and could care less that my event was a month away. Luckily, I found a different balloon company, Plan My Party LA, for a fraction of the price.
