Although in the fall you can see the homes in the back of the park, during the summer you'll maybe never see them when the large trees are fully in bloom. The shelter, the grounds, the dock, the asphalt trail, the play equipment, appears well maintained. Fishing is allowed, with a license from the town of Apex, making this a perfect little spot for low-key relaxing in a not-so-intimidating setting.

The facility is large and fully equipped in various equipment and tools to help the kids with form. Free wifi and plenty of seats make it comfortable while we are waiting. He knew exactly when to hang back and let us struggle through a puzzle and exactly when to drop a perfectly timed clue to keep our momentum going. His guidance was helpful without giving too much away, which made the final "aha!" moments even more satisfying. Verdict Whether you're looking for a family outing, a team-building event, or just a fun night out with friends, I can't recommend Game On enough. It is also one of the parks that has a StoryWalk where you can read pages from a featured children's book (usually themed with nature or gardening or seasons) as you walk along a simple path in the park. I love these because it is exciting for children and engaging while also encouraging literacy and movement during family time. There is so much to do here. I really feel like your kid wouldn't get bored visiting this park. Also there is tons of parking. There were multiple groups celebrating birthdays when we visited on the weekend.
