By that time the slide out started to work and we didn't need the service but he said he still has to charge us. We were like ok, thinking it would be a service fee of $75. He charged us $328 to get out of his truck and write up a bill. He charged us for 54 miles at $1.50/mile and the shop was only 8 miles away. We have since disputed the fraudulent charges and will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau and then I will be filing a complaint with the State Bureau of Automotive Repairs

We were driving on the interstate near the West Virginia and Ohio border, when we got a flat tire. Zach's Towing was dispatched to take care of us, and he made a bad situation so much better. We were originally told it would take anywhere from 45 to 70 minutes for the truck to get to us, but he was there in about 15 minutes. When you're pulled over on the side of a busy interstate with children in your vehicle, every minute counts! We're currently on our way back home again thanks to the speedy and friendly service of Zach's Towing.

My truck broke down on I-70 in West Virginia. I called this roadside company for help, and it turned out to be the biggest mistake. First, the guy showed up almost two hours late. When he finally got there, he barely looked at my truck for 20-30 minutes. The problem was simple -- just an air leak -- but instead of even trying to fix it, he immediately started pushing me to tow the truck to their shop. He kept saying it was "big" and "complicated," which was a complete lie. He was clearly trying to run up the bill. When I refused the tow, he told me I had to pay $500 just for him showing up and doing nothing. No work, no repair, nothing fixed. Just standing there and arguing with me. I ended up paying because I didn't want more problems, but I knew I was being ripped off. And here's the worst part: this guy was extremely rude, racist, and unprofessional. He called me names, mocked me, and even asked if I was an "illegal immigrant" (I am a U.S. citizen, by the way). After I left, he continued sending me hateful and threatening text messages, saying things like "Trump is coming buddy for your ass" and "can't wait to put you out of business." I have full screenshots of his texts with his number -- this wasn't just bad service, it was harassment and racism. To prove how much of a scam this was: after paying him $500 for nothing, I called the TA truck stop at Exit 11 on I-70. Their mechanic came out in 45 minutes, fixed the problem on the spot, and charged me $358. That's what a real professional does. This other guy just pocketed $500 and insulted me. This was the most horrible experience I've ever had with roadside service in my entire trucking career. The man was dishonest, hateful, and threatening. They don't care about helping drivers, they only care about taking your money and bullying you. Truckers, listen to me: avoid this number, avoid this company. Don't waste your time, don't waste your money, and don't put yourself in danger by dealing with people like this. There are honest roadside services out there -- this is not one of them.

That's the only positive thing that I can say about my…read morerecent windshield replacement: Sub-par work with no attention to detail: the rubber strip which goes behind the windshield was put on unevenly, flush with the roof on the driver side, sticking up on the passenger side. I was told that "that's just for looks" which doesn't at all mitigate it not being lined up uniformly. Also, the strip didn't extend around the corner of the windshield on the passenger side. I had to go back the next day to point these things out - in addition to an improperly-placed rear view mirror which had an air bubble and gel showing from the outside. They tried to put it back on properly, then I heard the guy yelling about how he can't get it to work right (which is what you want to hear while sitting there waiting for work on your car to be done). He also just stuck some sort of sticky black material in the corner of the windshield, and told me that the (uneven) rubber strip should "settle down after a while". For good measure, I also noticed a new scratch on my driver side front fender when I got home. Will not take either of my cars to them in the future.

For an hour's worth of work, he charged me almost nothing for his time and expertise. Thank you, Mark, for your honest service and allowing me to reach home safely. Clearly this is a hidden gem in Wheeling as I was waiting, another customer came in to pick up a previous repair, and left with a big smile on his face. This establishment provides quick and honest service (for cheap too), and they deserve your business more than the big chain stores in St. Clairsville.

The car went into 'limp' mode in St Clairsville, OH and I was able to drive to the GM dealer. Unfortunately the GM/Chevrolet dealer said they could not work on Kia's and suggested Jamie's Garage. I went to Jamies where he diagnosed it as cylinders 3 and 4 were mis firing but was booked solid and not able to make the repairs that day. Jamie drove me to the Enterprise rental Car where I discovered they had no rental cars. Jamie was able to take me back to the shop and got me in quickly. Within 2 hours of this ordeal, he got me back on the road with new parts and repairs. I am grateful he was there and that time and was nice enough to help try and get me into a rental.
