We were originally told it would take anywhere from 45 to 70 minutes for the truck to get to us, but he was there in about 15 minutes. When you're pulled over on the side of a busy interstate with children in your vehicle, every minute counts! The car went into 'limp' mode in St Clairsville, OH and I was able to drive to the GM dealer. Unfortunately the GM/Chevrolet dealer said they could not work on Kia's and suggested Jamie's Garage. I went to Jamies where he diagnosed it as cylinders 3 and 4 were mis firing but was booked solid and not able to make the repairs that day. Jamie drove me to the Enterprise rental Car where I discovered they had no rental cars. Jamie was able to take me back to the shop and got me in quickly.
