We got there at 10:33am and the ladies up front were very nice. We had to wait an hour before going back to a room but they did take our dog back to get a set of vitals while we were waiting. Once we went back to the room we waited another 30 mins before a vet tech came and took our dog back. All the staff were very friendly. Dr. Robertson is who treated our dog and he came in and discussed options, plans, and his recommendations. He was super nice and knowledgeable and I felt like gave us his undivided attention. Didn't feel rushed at all. The vet techs were so good with her too. She got a fun easter themed dressing. Besides the wait time, I was pleased with her care and the staff!!

We would never put any animal through what our little precious guy went through at the end of his life. Dr. McCall was not compassionate, telling us he's in peace after putting him through screeching hell from the sedated shot she injected, which was burning him. The poor little guy was yelping and barking from pain. The only thing Dr. M. had to say is "he's sensitive". We had put six of our animals to sleep in WA & ID, including a small can that was the size of this dog, and never had an encounter of this type, of a horrific experience, which is embedded in my mind now. Earlier 8 months prior we had our doggie there for a heart ultrasound and the poor dog had so much anesthesia, he was in a stupor for two days. Who knows what they did to him then. We would never go there again...can't trust them with our pets. It was difficult enough to put our little guy down, but to watch what he went through was devastating.
