The serial numbers are clearly written on the box and on the firearm themselves so this was unnecessary. After explaining this the boss jumped on the phone and said "any dumbass can do that". My statement back was "you said it". Shortly there after the company leaves my company a bad review. I think it shows poor business taste to leave another business a bad review because of the shops lack of knowledge dealing with firearms. Then to get on the phone and cuss me because I took the time to call and explain the situation is even worse. THEN to get online and leave us bad reviews is the icing on the cake. Buyer Beware!

They told me to try Plato's closest because they purchase shoes and purses. I went to them out of loyalty and comfort. Knowing I would be treated fairly. But as I was being denied a few dollars while standing next to shoes in much worse shape and worth less than mine that they had up for sale, my ego got admittedly a bit bruised. Like my stuff was not good enough to sell next to the crap they already have up for sale. I have pawned things, sold things and bought things from this location ample times over the last 5 years. But after that today I will not be a customer here any longer. Not necessarily because they wouldn't buy my stuff, but rather the manner in which I was disregarded was not right.
