It all felt rushed. I tried to say something but he sort of brushed it off and kept putting on the acrylic so it was too late. These nails were $100, so I was quite upset at how they turned out. I contacted the manager to get them redone, but she said she would only give me 15% off if I went in again and got them redone, but that would end up to $185 spent on nails and I just don't think that is worth the price. That being said, I have had Don a few times and he is BY FAR my favorite. The length, shaping, and design is always beautiful and he takes time to make sure you get what you want. From the initial phone call to make my appointment, Kat, the owner, was welcoming and warming. They would laugh and talk to each other in their native language and then they would talk and laugh in English to the other customers. My feet have a lot of cracks and scaly skin. Its like they've never seen this kind of condition before. When they spoke in their native language I knew what they were talking and laughing about bcuz they pointed to my feet and laughed when they spoke. They would tell me my feet were gross and when they saw me come in each time they would try to appear busy so they wouldn't have to service my feet. I left crying twice and never went back. I went to Q Nails and Hoon was so kind to me and said she sees this daily. This is the business they are in so she finds it odd and very rude to do what they did. I can talk to Hoon like she's my best friend. Her husband Bob and the other employees are all very approachable, kind and do their job with the utmost respect and professionalism.
