    UPDATE 6/30/17 After I left this exact same review on Facebook the owner contacted me saying that he would like to address the issues, we spoke, and both decided that I would bring the truck back to get the suspension fixed (replace all the blown shocks on the truck when I bought it) so I dropped it off to them a week ago. I go to pick it up after hours tonight (6/30/17) and I come to find they have installed the front shocks upside down. I contacted the owner, and got yelled at for "being the problem" and the service manager also called me saying the same thing, that I have no idea what I'm talking about. Clearly says on the shock "INSTALL THIS END DOWN" you tell me if I have "no idea" what I'm talking about.

    My dad has taken his car here for inspection for years. They are the nicest team and very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

    Today we have decided not to work with Kellys Automotive in Manteo any longer. I had 3 vehicles…read morewith them and they have been doing the maintenance on my company vehicles. 3 of my vehicles have been in their yard for weeks with no parts ordered and nothing started to repair. These vehicles are company vehicles and very important that they be repaired in a responible amount of time. This morning i had a 4th vehicle go down and dropped it off at Kelly's. I waited around for someone to show up as they open at 8am. Kelly showed up and i began to tell him what was wrong with the 4th vehicle. I then started to ask when the other vehicles were going to be completed as i needed them to do work. He stated it will be several weeks before he could even look at them. Now remember they have already been sitting onsite for several weeks at this time. So i mentioned if he still wanted to do my work. At this time Kelly blow up and started cussing at me and screaming to get my sh@# out of his car lot. He charged me $1,000.00 to tear down a truck that i drove into his shop that i now have to pay to have towed off his lot. 1 of my vans gas tanks was crushed from when he put it on the lift wrong and doesnt want to take responiblity for it. He said he replaced the motor mounts on one of my other vans which is a lie as they have not been replaced, but i paid him for this. I paid him to fix the fan on one of my vans and it still does not work. I will be taken Kelly to court once i get all this information together and find out everything he was supposed to fix and didnt.

    Let's face it. It's JUST a car dealer. We all know the stories surrounding them and the 'stigma'…read moreit implies. I've purchased 4 cars from them since 2019. EVERYTHING has went well, till now. They have failed to payoff my trade in a timely manner, causing me to have to make another payment on that vehicle. I was called by my previous finance company to alert me to this fact. So, I went by and politely informed them of the issue. I was told they would speak with the accounting department the following day (today) and call me. They failed to do so. I have made the 'additional' payment on the vehicle and I will be working with them to address the issue and TRY to get 'reimbursed' for the payment I had to make. I doubt it will happen. I've sent them several emails and even the name of a lawyer I will contact day after tomorrow IF this is NOT resolved swiftly. Let's hope this is the exception and not the rule from now on. Buyer beware! This does NOT reflect on the 'sales' department, as they did a great job! It's not the 'finance' departments issue either. It's the 'accounting departments' fault. Or is it? Who's passing the buck here?

After the 150$+ fee to even tell me that that was the problem in the first place. Also told me that that was not in there control as it's just like a remote the battery or system could go out at any time and that's out of there control. Also mentioned I was at least the 3rd car in the shop that week with that problem, same cost for everyone else as well to fix.
