I didn't think much of it but my fiancé told me to get it checked out. I never did till it got really bad. One day I'm going on a lil trip with my car & my 2 yr old son was with me. So I'm on the interstate & my engine light just starts flashing & it wouldn't go no faster than 57 miles. I had to pull over on the interstate & turn on my hazard lights. I had to drive an hour & some minutes back home only going 57 miles on the interstate just so they could tow my car from home. Mind you, the day after they "claimed" they fixed it my car did the same exact thing not even 24hrs of me having it. Recently my car stopped on a stop light because it was over heated & smoking. Now you may be thinking "what could cause that" well my c-h cooling ruptured all over my engine so i didn't have any cooling on a 81 degree hot day. Now they're saying I'll have to get a whole new engine & this is only the second month I've had the car. The worst part about it all is, i don't even want the car anymore it's putting me into financial stress. It's been in the shop more times than I've driven it.

She stated she couldn't hold the vehicle but would let us know if anyone came in to look at it. She sent us a text the next day stating the vehicle sold. After speaking with her on the phone, she stated someone had come in a few days prior and had stated they would be purchasing the vehicle. Not sure why she would let us go through with applying for the loan if she already knew she had someone else interested. This is what we get for giving a business the benefit of the doubt and not listening to the reviews. It says a lot about a business's reputation!

We visited UDrive to purchase a vehicle for our newly licensed child and were looking for something affordable, low mileage, and in good condition. We found a vehicle we liked and obtained the sales representative's contact information. However, despite calling multiple times and leaving several messages, no one returned our calls. I eventually used the website's chat feature to ask about taking the vehicle to my mechanic for an inspection. I was told this would be fine and an appointment was scheduled for the following day. Since we live about 50 minutes away, we arranged an appointment with our mechanic and drove to the dealership, only to be told upon arrival that it is company policy not to allow vehicles to leave the lot for inspections. We were informed that a mechanic could come to the dealership instead. This was extremely frustrating, especially since we had relied on the information provided when scheduling the appointment. We ultimately decided to purchase the vehicle and agreed on an out-the-door price that we understood included taxes, title, and tags. However, when we arrived with the cashier's check, we were informed that we would be responsible for handling the DMV paperwork ourselves and later discovered that taxes, title, and tag fees were not included in the sales price. To make matters worse, we had to make multiple follow-up calls just to obtain the title. Overall, the process was unnecessarily difficult due to poor communication and a lack of follow-through. When we raised concerns about the confusion regarding the inspection policy, we were told that AI had caused the misunderstanding. Unfortunately, our experience with this dealership was frustrating from start to finish. To top it off most of the management and sales representatives spoke English as a second language and due to that it hindered communication even more. Ultimately I would not recommend UDrive USA LLC

We were looking for trucks before and found this place and decided to check out the Tacoma that…read morethey had. Mike went ahead and showed us the Tacoma that we were looking at. Drove it around and there isn't any problem except for the ABS and the check engine light he told us was just a result of the previous owner trying to bypass the ABS light. To make sure, I asked him to get an encoder and the o2 sensor fault showed up. Before I went on with the purchase I told him about the issue and he said he will have it fixed. Soon as it was returned, we picked it up but it had a hard shift going on reverse and or drive. I had it looked at by a mechanic and they said that it was idling too high and told me I should just return it. Told Mike about the issue and he had the idling issue fixed. I decided to have it looked at by Toyota and they showed me that the brake calipers need to be replaced, rotors changed, transmission line fixed, and they also showed me the heavy rusting under carriage and how some of them were masked by having paint over some of the rust. Now I'm just wondering how this vehicle passed inspection, which most used car dealerships do. I told him about the problem and we decided we didn't want the car anymore. He gave us the money back and we were thankfully not stuck with the truck. He also gave us a loaner truck in his lot while the Tacoma was getting fixed. I would give 5 stars to this dealership because of the amount of customer service we received which is nothing compared to other used car dealerships around town. I decided to give 4 stars because of the fact that the car was actually unreliable. But, like said, thankfully we got our money back. Thanks again Mike! Hopefully not all of the cars in your lot are like that.

It ended up needing a full transmission replacement of which I was under the impression that they pick up the cost or at least most of it since I only had the car a month. When it was fixed and I went to the outside shop they had fix it (which took a month and me almost loosing my job) he had turned the car off via their "car remote" or something and called to ask how was I paying for the transmission work. After a lengthy and very juvenile discussion with the con artist aka Glenn I agreed to pick up the cost out of desperation for needing my vehicle for work and school. Long story short they look for young, naive,and preferably black people who are more likely to sign before they read just to get behind the wheel. my brother also had a truck through them and his story is even more horrific.so Unless your looking for a overpriced car glynn bought at a auction for nothing more than $400 to ride around in for a good 3-6 months as it slowly falls apart around you as he still wants his 300 a month please I beg think twice. The man I spoke to, Romeo Davis, said he'd guarantee the vehicle for 30 days, but now says he won't help me in any way. I went to Fink's Car Care, 2711 Victory Blvd. Portsmouth, VA 23702, to get an alignment for the vehicle, but was told that the rear end was bent and the SUV couldn't be aligned without replacing the rear end. Then I got a second opinion at Johnny's Auto Care, 3615 High St, Portsmouth, VA 23707. Not only did they agree that the rear end needed to be replaced, but I was shown a major oil leak that would cost more than I paid for the vehicle to fix. It appears that the inspection sticker was slapped on the vehicle without inspecting it because the headlights were oxidized, and the tires had too little tread, and one of the rear wheels was leaning in which would prevent it from passing inspection. Yet, there is an inspection sticker on the windshield that indicates it passed, and is good for another year. There is also a slip in the glove box saying that it passed every test. I think this is a clear case of fraud.
