A competitor came in with a lower price, but that was only because they substituted a lower-performance opener. His quote didn't arrive the fastest, but once we started communicating, he was very responsive through text and kept the process moving. On installation day, he arrived on time, completed the work without any issues, and hauled away the old opener. The installation and wiring were clean and professional, and he took a few minutes to explain maintenance steps--like proper lubrication--that I hadn't been aware of. Overall, the experience was straightforward and reliable. When the second opener eventually needs replacing, I'll be calling Joe again.

They charged me for their bad installation over $450 just to fix their errors. The guy they sent out, no fault of his, said it happens all the time where the lines get dirt from cutting them in the first place and they are in too much of a hurry to clean them upon installation so they come back and make even more later!
