We are cursed to have the wonderful, courteous Mr Scott Fuschetti as a property manager from MPM. For two years I have not got an invitation to the legally required annual board and owners meeting. When I contacted him by email in this regard, asking when is the "AGM", he says "I'm not sure what AGM stands for. Please advise". That kind of outward swarminess should have cost him his job. Plus hundreds of other problems.... PS: Don't try reaching out to Mr Polos, the owner - he is too highly politically connected to bother resolving issues in his company for us mere mortals. You are powerless to do anything to make them do anything! Also, MPM has recently deferred to at least 2 online platforms (consecutively) that 'message' and keep us owners up to date - the first I refused to sign up to because I had to agree to their 'terms and conditions' - which egregiously authorize these *THIRD PARTY* companies to help themselves to condo-owners *CREDIT REPORTS*!!!!! I could not believe my eyes when I read that! Mr Polos thinks this is OK? What right do third party 'service platforms' have to view that? So I'm in the dark regarding what happens with the AGM etc. which is why I needed to ask the oh-so-helpful Mr Scott Fuschetti! Oh glee!! :-( This first app, which thankfully they have changed makes it difficult to pay my monthly dues, which can only be done online via these 3rd party apps, and only using one electronic payment method to by MPM. Really? I can't transfer via my account monthly, or use Zelle, or send a cheque without a coupon (I asked Kathy for this - nothing), because the bank MPM uses won't give you the account number to do a transfer. Through their app, or nothing. Send a check with no coupon. Such great convenience and care from MPM. Too big to care! read more

You'll see this review page littered with Kathy Strzalkowski's name and she's every bit as awful as they say and then some. The way to her singularity of a heart is through a carton of Marlboro reds. Roof of their building was leaking into my bedroom through the drop ceiling tiles. Saturated tiles caved in MULTIPLE times. Management continued to ignore the leak only replacing tiles until the leak ROTTED OUT THE CEILING AND CAVED IN ON ME. Left to fend for myself for YEARS, withheld rent, multiple lawsuits - won all of them. Make sure to keep their negligence well documented. I posted an "accurate" yelp review during the time of my residence. They printed it, put it on my door and threatened me. This was all a few years ago but it will never be forgotten Now that none of my people live under their "roof"... It is with great pleasure that I re-bestow one star upon this stain of a company and may god have mercy on the miserable souls that work there. read more

Simply the worst property management group to deal with. Dealt with Kathy Strzalkowski on multiple occassions and this woman is nasty. Screams and shouts in the phone, when calling in regards to simple questions. Also, tried to complain about her to the company, but it seems that she is still there and they didn't care much for customer feedback. read more

The property management from Midlantic is unacceptable. It has been over two weeks since a pipe burst in my neighbors apartment making mine uninhabitable. My landlords insurance is unable to move forward with (even though the adjuster went through over a week ago) because Midlantic has not filed a claim for the structural damage, or informed the landlord's insurance company to the status of their claim. I have called Midatlantic multiple times over the past two weeks to attempt to get a timeline so that I can let my insurance company know how long we will be displaced. Also, so that I can make sure I am around to let their adjuster in to inspect the property. I have never received a call back after leaving messages. The property manager, was rude, inconsiderate, and told me she was unable to talk to me. After I received conflicting information from her previous statements, in which I was told they were waiting to file a claim because they were unsure if the damage was enough to cover their deductible then told that they filed a claim that day. The information from landlord that I received the day before was that his insurance was still waiting on the HOA, I read her my convo with the landlord and asked "why she was lying to me?" She hung up the phone on me, and called me "rude." Ultimately, I found out an insurance claim for the property damage had not been filed. I have been unable to sleep in my own home, or properly inventory my items for water damage because this property management company obfuscates information from tenants, and treats displaced tenants like they are less than people. Even though the people at the management company are likely sleeping in their own beds each night. They are the worst property management company. I would give them zero stars if possible. read more

I have owned under this "property management" company for over 10 years and I have to say that have gotten worse! If there was an option for 0 stars, I would give it to them. In addition, they keep the property maintained horribly. I wish another company would come and save us all. My poor review for this company still does not change. I got a "notification" for parking in PARKING SPOT for residents that's in front of the entrance. note: the actual door to enter the building is about 6 feet away from my car. It was a designated parking spot. Yet, I've parked "too close" to their liking. How about not putting a parking spot in front of the entranceway then? These people are full of crap and have nothing else to do then to drive around in their truck at night and see how and where you park. And every threat is to "boot your car". They are beyond micromanaging. A little power and they think they can rule the world. read more

Midlantic is the worst property managers I have ever came across. This is my 4th home (lived here 8 years so far), all with associations and property mangers. They have ignored calls and emails. But the most horrible thing they did was not inform anyone that there were serious accounting issues going on. This was due in part to 4/5th's of the board resigning. They never told anyone that we basically had no board. They claimed they were not allowed to send out any mailing without board permission and the remaining board member refused to give permission. But they could have informed people when they called/emailed them. In the mean time, Midlantic allowed several bad lawsuits which helped deplete the reserves to $0, they claimed they could not have elections without board approval, despite only 1 board member. There were no association meeting for 3 years. Finally, one of the home owners, at a cost to himself of over 1.5K, hired a lawyer to force Midlantic to hold a board election last December. Now we are paying extra to get the reserves back up. Meanwhile, it will be next to impossible to sell a house until the reserves are back to where they should be. The new board also fired Midlantic. Hopefully the new Property managers are better. read more

My husband and I are new owners of 2 apartments in Woodedge Ave . Every time I have called the management they have taken care of the problem . We follow all the rules and regulations and have had no problems from them . I appreciate the management for all they have done to make our life easy. Thank you ! I live in Dunham Courts in East Brunswick NJ and this Property Management company is poorly manages this particular property. Rude, disrespectful, no follow through, shotty work. They are the worst! When you call to speak to someone regarding a problem within the building, you are constantly given the run around. Horrible - stay away from this company, stay away from any community associated with this company. I have friends who live in Village Green, a community in Hazlet - this community is managed by a lady named Ginny. We went to visit friends last summer (2012) at this community - we parked in back of their condo and hung out. Our friends are not delinquent. Their cars were parked in their reserved spots and they have never been towed away. We came out a few hours later to find our cars had been towed. There are only two reserved spots per unit, so what happens is extra cars can park (or so we thought) on the street that cuts through the community. Now, we did not have any tags to hang on our cars so we thought it was safe and did not think about it again. We just went inside and hung out with our friends. Apparently parking tags have to be hung on the dashboard or on the rear view mirror and then you can park on the back/side street. We had no idea. Even if we did have an idea, isn't it the right thing to do to knock on someone's door and remind them "Hey, don't forget your tags" instead of just straight towing them away with no warning? It seems that the community manager named Ginny has nothing better to do than to drive around the community and call tow trucks to come take away cars. This happens often. Crazy right? How this helps communities is beyond me. Imagine living here full time? I would never be able to get a wink from worrying about my car being either hit by a tow truck towing a car, or my car getting towed, or cops showing up. Just crazy stuff. Has to be a difficult place to live in. This probably explains the property values being so low in this community. Just type in Village Green NJ in Zillow and you will see what I mean. Some nice units being sold for $100k, enticing, but then you have to deal with the management company and the Association - no thanks. You are better off getting a house for a bit more ($250k gets you something nice these days, but you need to go south nj). Anyhow, I feel that all this does is make people angry. We had to pay $100 to get our car back. UNBELIEVABLE. I was furious. We had to drive out from North Jersey to visit our friends, who we love, paid tolls, gas, etc., and then on top of it all, we had to throw away $100 to get our car back. Just nuts. We have been told by other unit owners that this management company is nasty and unresponsive when it comes to the most basic of management issues - your calls are never routed correctly, and are rarely taken care of. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this community and the communities they "care for," because they really don't care. read more

This "propert management" is among the worst businesses I've ever had the misfortune of working with. I have had a roof leak above my unit for 2 years and they still have not fixed it. I have a folder of over 100 unanswered emails and I've left numerous voicemails and messages with their receptionist, but have not gotten a response to any calls about this or other issues. Absolutely horrible. Every dwelling in my unit is allowed 1 parking pass and 2 guest passes are permitted to the whole house. When I asked my property manager to get us a guest pass she said they probably didn't have any more and traveling to the NBPA is a waste of her time (it's less than a mile from her office!) The maintenance provided is HORRIBLE. And you can never get in touch with the people you need. My roommates bed had to fall through the floor before they had someone even come look at the issues. I would leave messages for weeks and never get a call back. Or the receptionist would inform me that my manager was "unavailable" This company is crap. Their customer service is horrible. extremely,extremely poor property management company absolutely obnoxious people to deal with from the onsite property manager up to the manager of the company they do nothing but give you a run around to even give you an update of your accounting ledger. They are extremely rude,demeaning and lazy.They give out random violations which are totally groundless,baseless and unfounded and expect you to pay fines on things the onsite property manager lies and makes up accusations and allegations against you and the offsite management company assumes are true. I am on the board at one of the properties that mpm runs and I find them to be excellent. They are attentive to our needs and always are responsive when we call their office. Property management companies get a bad rap if there is a resident who doesn't follow the rules or if they get their maintenance raised but that's a board decision not the management company. read more

I have never worked with a more unreliable company in my life. The managers failed to follow up on several issues, and we as a Board had to do most of their work ourselves. The manager was rarely ever on site, and would sign off on work that he never inspected. Now we have major (costly) mistakes to undo. When we'd complain to the President, he'd send emails with words that sounded nice on paper, but he never follow up on ANYTHING. Empty promises were made. "Guarantees" were never fulfilled. We have several pending issues that were never finalized or completed, which we now must pass along to our new management company. We thought of seeking recourse through our lawyer, but in the end we just wanted to be rid of them. I cannot speak for other's experiences, but our experience with Midlantic Property Management was HORRID. read more

The people working there are very rude. They don't return your phone call. I was trying to reach Diane because of the mistakes that her people made with my account. But she was so hard to reach. In order to get her on the phone, I had to call her at least 3 to 4 times every time and left several messages. And she doesn't sound professional when handling the calls. read more

As a board member of a property managed by MPM I find the staff to be knowledgeable and professional. I have dealt with several other management companies and MPM is by far the best. Property managers do not make the rules, but are directed by the board to enforce them. The Association's governing documents set forth the rules and regulations which are intended to promote harmonious living within the community. read more

The absolute worst service ever! Beware! I have had a serious problem with my townhouse for over a year now. I have been the owner for 13+ years now. The service was great until the women, Ginny, who handled Lighthouse Bay tragically passed away and was replaced by a new woman, btw I think everyone in Lighthouse Bay knows her name, around 4 or 5 years ago. She NEVER returned phone calls and occasionally returned emails. Also EVERY concern that I have encountered under her has never been fixed! I have found out today that Midlantic Property has been replaced effective Jan 1 2016. THANK GOD! Anything has to be somewhat of an improvement! I still DO NOT have any resolution to the existing situation. Condo Associations beware of this company! I am a business owner and am very easy to please however I felt I have no other choice than to post this review as it is the first review I have posted. read more

They don't even deserve ONE star but that's not an option here. This is the worst run property management system going. No one does anything. They just collect their money and sit back. I'm seriously about to go to their office in Highland Park to talk to the owner. Our townhouse community is in utter shambles because of these clowns. My lawn is almost 20 inches long and I don't know when the next time the landscapers come. They don't speak English so you cant even converse with them about cutting it twice to get it down to a normal height. They skim a few inches off and low and behold it just grows back even taller. They don't understand the concept of getting it short. The tennis courts have never been fixed, the nets are laying close to the ground. The kids playground still has a silver/metal slide which I don't think is up to code or safe. The best part was when they were plowing this winter, they forgot a whole side of our development, they just "forgot" and went home. Many neighbors were snowed in until they could contact someone the next day to come back. No one gives honest answers and nothing changes. Run far far away from a community that is property managed by this company. You will be sorry if you don't. read more
