Our board went with this "Horror Show" and even though our board is all Indian and we thought using an Indian company would be good, it was the worst decision we ever made. At Portofino, we lost several of our contractors because Deepak would get a bill and attempt to get them to turn every $10 into a $1 - several of our contractors filed suit and won and they even had to put a lien against us because Deepak again after court to tried to negotiate a lower payment - our wonderful community turned into a garbage pile - no matter how many times you sent requests to support@rpmg.us they were either closed before anything was done or ignored. The only way Tejas returned calls was from the attorney and he would say "It's with my attorney and we are working on a settlement" - I have no proof but me thinks that our money was being put elsewhere - we had a resident that paid three months of due in advance because they were going to Chennai for three months - even though the check was cleared before the left, when they got back they had $300 in late fees and a threatening letter from the attorney plus if they did not come up with money a judgement would be filed - it took them two weeks of pushing the assoc attorney, Tejas and Deepak to finally figure out that someone in India at their back office credited the wrong account from the ledger. Requests for Maintenance were horrible, to fix a lightpole there was an older Indian man with a Indian lady holding a ladder for him by a lightpole and for six weeks that light did not work and they blame with wire - however when another electrician looked at it, it was fixed instantly as there was a brokn wire inside a wire cap. Before you hire Tejas and Dad Deepak, and your an Indian board - ask yourself if it is worth the cheapness and aggravation - The board was disgusted with them in six months and fired them. I am ashamed being Indian myself that we allowed such a company to manage us to get a better deal - Our members were right - You truly get what you pay for. Totally disgusted with RPMG. read more

I received a Violation letter stating that my garage door was painted the wrong color. Strange how I verified with someone named Eltha (at least that I what I could understand from the strong Indian accent) that the correct color was given to me in email. I then talked to Tejas who was the most rudest ignorant person I have every talked to in my life - I had better conversations with the IRS - Tejas had said that if I did not get my garage door painted the correct color and the numbers put back on that I would get a $100 fine per day then the attorney would be informed. I slammed down the phone and went to 277 Grand St (45 miles away from my home) and banged on the door to find Deepak is a two bedroom apartment and he said that this was the office! I hollered at him for ten minutes threatening him that I would bring this to the media and the the association and he agreed that the door paint was correct and that no further notices would be sent - he was the only person in the office/probably his own home! The letter I was received was electronically generated from zip code 20460 (DC) and I later found out that all the books for the business are done in INDIA and that is why they do not have instant access to the association records nor the associations money. Our Association Terminated their services after more the thirty complaints were received in 120 days and only five of them were resolved. NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE !!! I wish I can give zero stars!!! I agree with the previous comment from stephen s Tejas Kadia is nothing but rude, arrogant and obnoxious.vhe needs to be fired!!! We have treated Tejas with respect and we should get the same in return. Every time our development has to deal with him its nothing but aggrevation . When we email, we get a ticket number and that's all we will get If we call, we leave a message with no return phone call If we finally get him on the phone he will just hang up on you Who does that?? And this was us calling to ask a simple question. On real issues he is nothing but NASTY! And he's nothing but useless. He can't provide an answer he hires a lawyer that costs money and then doesn't provide documents to show what lawyer he used or what their response was. How do we know he even went to a lawyer? All I know is my association dues are paying for what appears to be bogus bills!! All these 5 star comments must be all fake... Made by him lol!! I would NEVER refer his services to ANYONE. he needs to learn people and management skills .. During our association meetings he sits there playing on his phone the entire time. this company managed my community until we fired them on November 1, it all started when my dryer would not dry clothes and I had to hang them outside to dry, Tejas banged on my door and told my wife this was not allowed and we found that the dryer vent was duck tape close by someone during the painting - we put in a request and they kept on closing the ticket say it was a home problem not the company issue and I talk to my neighbor who said that was wrong and when we went to the board they said they had decided amogst themseleves that no dryer vent would be covered and the duck and the cap belonged to the homeowner - I filed a complaint with the town and even went to small claims court before they finally agreed it was there issue but nothing was done - In our October meeting, we heard that 'Due to some financial issues and poor customer service that they were out on November 1 - two weeks later, my dryer works fine as the new company fixed everything - Many of my neighbors also said never to deal with Tejas and Deepak but since they are the only people that work there and they send all their back office work to India, if your assocaition hires them, good luck to you or please do the needful and get rid of them as they are nothing but liars and they should not even be in business. read more

Over the last 15yrs we have changed management twice. Four years ago we signed on Reliance Property Management and Tejas signed on as our property manager. He brought a professional team that has helped transform our community. One of the main complaint from residents was lack of response from property manager. All of the complaints residents had with prior management companies have now disappeared. Our association meetings are more congenial and productive. His team also identified areas in the budget where we we were financially hemorrhaging. I am pleased to say that Tejas and his team at Reliance Property Management have helped put my association in a much better position to weather structure replacement expenses and overall improve the aesthetics of my community. I feel compelled to write this after the very positive experiences I had dealing with Tejas and his team. Prior to Reliance being hired to manage my community, it was incredibly difficult to get even the most basic work order done, the property manager was unresponsive, and there was constant errors with the financial reporting. I will say that my Board and I were skeptical at first, but Reliance has proven its worth and commitment to service. In just the first 6 months, they have cleaned up the financial mess left by prior management, cleaned up the backlog of work orders, helped us conduct competitive bidding on the common area fencing project, and helped us save over $20K by renegotiating our garbage removal contract. I would strongly recommend these guys to any condo board looking for no nonsense, results oriented managers. read more

Its the worst property management company that I have come across ever. They run this place like a racquet as they align themselves to the Board so that they keep getting business and then take on deliberate expensive projects to drain the community financially.
