This place is terrible. Ever since ownership changed this place has went downhill in a hurry. The manager that used to there is no longer there. He was a real go getter. He led by example. The lady there now is lazy and the employees basically follow her lead. If you just want a place you can drive through and drive away it's fine. But do not whatsoever pay them the higher price to actually wipe down your vehicle and clean your wheels and tires. They'll spend about an entire 30 seconds to do it and say it's finished. I pay for the monthly exterior package and am currently looking for a new place. It's to frustrating to watch them sit there doing nothing while watching you do there job for them. read more

Okay, waited over 20 minutes, line was just stopped, car got washed, they did not clean windows or wipe down my car. I paid for this service and requested. I came back 2 days later and asked for a re- do. Same thing only waited 40 minutes then realized that my car was in the line waiting and they were not running the wash. Just trying to finish up what they already had done. Never got the re-do. Never got my windows cleaned. Won't be back. Waste of time and money. read more

Ive been taking my car to Midlothian Car Wash at least once a month for the last ten plus years and have never had a problem. My daughter recently took her Mustang there to get detailed and the following day the leather on the steering wheel started to flake off. We took the car back up there because it was obvious that something they did during the detail caused this. The manager said that they don't use any products that would've caused that. She also looked at the videos from the cameras to see if she could see what happened. There were numerous times that the person cleaning the car put their hands on the steering wheel and even grabbed the steering wheel in the same spot with a rag. The manager spoke to the owner and they refused to accept responsibility for the damage that they caused to the steering wheel. The manager told me that she thought it was sun fading. The car is three years old and is kept in a garage and is in otherwise immaculate condition. Do not take your vehicle there for detailing if you value the appearance of your car. read more

Got the number 2 and a wheel deal. There was still dust/dirt on trunk area of vehicle. I arrived on a Sunday at 2:45pm. The line looked short enough. I finally got my car at 4:02pm. That is insane. For a basic wash. Try need to adjust their business processes to make the wash experience faster. read more

I used this car wash for many years but won't use them again. Last week they washed the car and I returned home in Alvarado, only to find a piece of "removable" tape on my window. I tried to get it off, using only my fingernail. I had to use more effort and ended up getting a hole in my tint. I drove back to the wash and spoke to the manager, who promised to call me after he talked to the owner. 10 days later, I still haven't received that call. Not only did they create the problem by leaving the tape on the window, they didn't stand behind it by offering a replacement or even a free wash. So now I get to replace the tint at my expense. I won't use them again and urgent my friends and contacts to consider the risk of doing business with people who don't stand behind their work nor do what they say they'll do. Second time here. First went back in the summer of 2009. Wife and I drove from Virginia Beach, VA to Sacramento, CA before my deployment with 2 labs in the back of our 2-door 2001 Honda Accord. The car was covered in dog hair and the stench of dog. 5 months later my wife drove back from Sacramento to Midlothian with the dogs again. The car needed to be cleaned. Brought it here and got the works done to it. Vacuum, wash, shampoo of carpet, leather conditioner, everything. The car looked and smelled brand new. If your car needs a face lift, bring it here. Took our 2007 4-runner here just last week. Didn't do as thorough of a job as last time, but the car was till clean and looked much better. read more

If the automatic wash doesn't knock off all of the road grime then you will have to take it home and finish washing it yourself. I am talking about stuff that came off with my finger but they said they wouldn't touch it because they didn't want to take off the paint. Maybe if you buy the $40 wash they will break out a sponge. Go somewhere else unless you want to prewash your vehicle or you only need a rinse. Or wait for the rain... read more

Average at best, certainly overpriced for the results. I've been here several times with various vehicles from my family and they tend to miss so many areas of the vehicle for cleaning that it is ridiculous. Couple that with the average wash time of 1-hour plus and it is extremely frustrating. Very friendly people, just not very attentive to detail for the price they charge. read more

By biggest problem as I have used then at least 10 times hoping they would get better is they NEVER wipe or clean the inside. NEVER. I have generally been pleased with the job they do washing my car. They are a little bit pricey, but they do wash and dry your car, so I can let that go. What upset me and the reason I gave them 1 stars is that I paid $21 for a "works car wash" on Wednesday evening ( I have a truck so it's $1 more), and on Thursday night through Sunday it was raining. They were closed all day Friday and Saturday and opened late on Sunday. When I talked to them on Sunday and asked them about their rain guarantee I was told they have a 72 hour rain guarantee. Perfect! I had my car washed on Weds., and it rained all-day Friday and Saturday. I was promptly told that I had exceeded my 72 hour guarantee. When I tried to explain that they were closed for the last 60 hours because of rain and I was bringing the vehicle to them the second they opened after the rain, I was told it was not their problem and the 72 hours starts from the time of the wash. This poor customer service blows me away. I will never use their car wash again, and I would not recommend them either. I think it says a lot about a company if they have deceptive guarantees. If you have no intention to honor your rain guarantee, then just don't offer one. read more

Will never go back. I got in line with one car in front of me and one car to the side of me. 45 minutes later I was still waiting to see my car go through the wash. I asked the lady at the register and she said they were really slammed today. Three cars (including mine) is slammed? I then see five police vehicles get run through that were not there when I got there. Finally my car gets to the area where they dry the vehicles and they're standing around talking. After having been there for over an hour I finally walked back to the register and told the lady I was taking my car. A guy walked up to me and said, "We are going to get to yours soon." The "I don't care" tone in their voice really demonstrated their lack of customer service. The icing on the cake was when I got in the car it looked like it had barely been vacuumed. I've literally been going here with all of our cars since they were built -- always making excuses for them not to mention they are the only full-service car wash in town. No thanks. From here on out I'll make the 15 minute drive to Waxahachie where I've heard they do a great job. When people in Midlothian say, "Oh yeah, we never go there anymore - we go to Waxahachie" then you know it's bad. Bad thing is I still have to vacuum my car and wipe it down and clean the tires AFTER having already forked over $27.00 (including a tip for services that were never rendered). Note to self, never prepay the tip on your credit card. read more

I was passing through town on a road trip and stopped in to get a wash and had some sun glasses stolen and my loose change compartment was completely emptied. All the attendants looked liked high school thugs so I was already concerned about anything left in the car. I brought it to the management's attention and there was no willingness to make restitution. As far as the car wash, who cares! Broke Christmas gifts in the car, cussed me when I asked for two free car washes in return for the broken 40.00 gift, didn't finished cleaning my car, and asked me to leave. Only when leaving did I find out my concealed weapon was missing. I questioned them, began calling the police, and was then told "they found a case in my floorboard." Let me explain, it is kept in a hidden/false compartment at the bottom of the glove box. I would rather wreck my vehicle than return for their services. read more

My second time here. First visit was great. This visit, the employee left my car running through the bay and the brushes hit my keypad and locked my vehicle. The manager said I should call the dealership and see if they could give me a code to unlock the car. The dealership pretty much laughed at me. The manager then brought out a tool and said he could get in my car if I would allow him. I was concerned my car would be scratched, and he said he could not be responsible for that. He tried to assure me that it would be fine and said if a locksmith was called out, they would use the same equipment but charge me about 85 dollars. Charge me??? I thought. I didn't leave the keys in my car and running. All turned out fine, but never received an apology of any kind. They made me feel like I was the responsible party. Hopefully I will not have problems in the future due to the equipment they used in opening my car. read more
