Bob's Auto Glass was subcontracted to remove and reinstall my windshield as part of an HVAC repair order. The reinstallation of my windshield by Bob's Auto Glass was performed poorly, incorrectly and with deficient materials. I took it to Safelite who determined windshield needed to be removed/repl. as it was not sealed properly. I would not recommend Bob's Auto Glass to anyone. Trustworthy and honest. 2007 Toyota 4Runner rusting so much that a new windshield had nothing to attach to.......until now. The owner of Bob's worked in tandem with A&G Auto Body (next door). Don't even waste your time.I honestly wish that I could've given them a zero. They were the absolute rudest. Not only did I have to inconveniently make two trips to their shop, they forced the wrong size glass in my window which caused it to bend resulting in the window falling into the door. When I called to explain what happened to them to see if they were willing to assist me with correcting the issue being that it was caused by their doing! The front desk manager tells me that she wouldn't be able to assist me without an invoice. Most every successful business that is up and running has a data base to where the store information that they refer back to. I highly recommend going somewhere else save yourself the headache.No paying customer should have to experience this when they are using their hard earned money. It is so sad that the lowest rating is a star i would have given 0 stars I have never felt so disrespected and disappointed for them to fix a window and then have it pop out 2 seconds later. I have honestly never felt more robbed of my money they should be ashamed in the service they offering highly don't recommend to anyone they are rude and the place smells very unpleasant somewhat like grease and fish I had to take 3 showers to get that disgusting smell out they should invest in some febreeze and a cleaning service I mean they rob ppls money so I'm sure they have enough money to keep the place clean but instead they use it to buy cheap glass of the side of the road read more

Soooo ... how's this for a bizarre experience -- and why you should avoid this place like the plague (PS: one star is the lowest we can click here -- though I would prefer zero): A few months ago these guys replaced the (original) rear windshield in my '99 4Runner; but when I drove it north a few days later I discovered the glass was defective (defog coils didn't work). That began a three month nightmare in which: 1) the blathering woman (Alanna) who runs the shop got increasingly exasperated with me because I was not going to be back in Florida for a few months, but expected them to replace the glass when I got back down (apparently this was a strange request); 2) after I was back in FL, the owner (Ed) left me a hostile and rambling voicemail at 8am the day I was scheduled to have the defective glass replaced -- accusing me coming back "over a year late" ... turns out he misread the date on my invoice (2016, not 2015 ... oops!); 3) when I brought my car in, the mechanics took out the defective glass, but when they put the new glass in they did not re-connect the wires right, so the defog button on my dash wouldn't light up -- this led Ed to berate me in front of his mechanics for allegedly having "bad electronics" in my car (I didn't) and accusing me of "yelling at Alanna" (never happened, which she later admitted) ... and he ordered his mechanics to "put the old glass back in"; 4) the mechanics (who were actually pretty cool) eventually realized their error and -- behind King Ed's back -- left in the NEW glass, reconnected the wires correctly, and I drove away with a fully functioning rear windshield. Poetic justice: as I drove off the lot, Ed yelled to me: "good luck getting your electronics fixed" without realizing he had actually just replaced the defective glass he refused to accept was defective all along. Surprise! Bottom line: if you need some auto glass, and want to have a weird, Kafka-esque retail experience, this is the place for you! read more

My elderly mother had a problem with the window in her vehicle. She didn't know what to do and was referred to Bob's. She contacted them to ask for an appointment and the lady that answered the phone was so nice to her, gave her an exact price, set an appointment and ordered the part. When she and her friend got there the next day, the employee made sure that they escorted my mom and friend across the street to ihop and had picked them up when they were done. set up an appointment for the first appointment of the day. they never showed up or called. when i called they said that they double booked. now we have a truck with a broken windshield that we pulled off the road to get it fixed. we now lost over 2 hours with that truck and the windshield is not fixed. read more
