Midnight Window Tint impersonating Bespoke Tint & PPF is a massive red flag. I was trying to research Bespoke Tint & PPF because of their great reputation, and instead I kept getting routed to Midnight's site, address, and contact info through profiles claiming to be Bespoke. That is not a typo. That is not "marketing." That looks like a deliberate attempt by Midnight Window Tint to ride another shop's name and siphon customers. Here's what happened. I found an Instagram profile presenting itself as Bespoke Tint & PPF, but the link in the bio sends you to midnighttint.com. I brushed it off and kept searching. Then I went to look up Bespoke on Angi, and the listing that should be theirs maps to Midnight Window Tint's address and phone number. Same story, different platform. From a customer standpoint, this reads like brand impersonation and bait-and-switch. If a company is willing to play identity games to get leads, that tells me exactly what kind of character they have. And if they cut corners ethically to get you in the door, it's fair to wonder where else they cut corners once your car is in the bay. Trust gone. I won't do business with a shop that operates like this. If you're looking for Bespoke Tint & PPF, triple-check you're talking to the real company, because what I saw online was polluted with what looks like Midnight trying to pass as them. I noticed that my rear window tint had bubbles on them for the past year or so, but was too lazy to get it replaced. Finally, I contacted Brett (the owner) and asked about a replacement under warranty. Keep in mind, I live in LA now so I would need to go to a new shop in my area. I had applied automotive glass film on my other car (2022 Mercedes E450 wagon) using 3M Crystalline, at their Kent location last year. Work was excellent and I was won over. Seems like the Kent location got closed at some point. Since I added a new car (2024 Honda Passport), I decided to get the 3M Crystalline 70 film all around the car (including on the stand-sized moonroof), and since Kent was closed, I chose to reach out to their Shoreline location. I explained to them that I am not looking to darken up the car, but wanted to get Crystalline 70, due to its heat/UV rejection properties, while being nearly transparent. I got a quote of $1600 (with tax) and drove the 130 miles from my home to their Shoreline location on a Saturday (260 miles round-trip). The 3M locations closer to home did not stock the Crystalline film, which led me to drive the longer distance to the Midnight tint location which did stock the film I wanted. Took a few hours and the work got done. Initially, I had questions on whether the workers had put on the tint that I wanted (my initial review reflected that), and following my admittedly critical review, the owner Brett reached out to me, and I visited their location to get the film tested. Brett proved to me that the tint on the car is certainly Crystalline 70 (CR70) as I wanted. I highly appreciate Brett for addressing my questions, and for being proactive in inviting me over. I would certainly recommend the place, due to my 2 separate experiences with Midnight tint (Kent and Shoreline) that were great. read more

Took my Subaru Sti in today to get my headlights tinted yellow. While the work was done fairly quick I would say the etching done into the headlights made it not worth my while. Not much you can do now but if I had known it would result in this I would not have had the work done. Part of my headlight lens had been shaved off. I'm aware that some of these details would not be seen from a distance but I'm a car guy and I care about these details. I wish the people who I hand my keys to cared about their work as much as the hard earned money I put into my projects. read more

I got ceramic coat, tint, partial ppf, windshield protection film, and interior protection done for a fairly new Volvo. The works, with some customization. Alejandro helped me pick the right options, worked with my somewhat chaotic schedule, and gave me a great deal. The shop finished the work when they said they would and communicated well. That was a big trust winner for me. As for the quality of work? Clean, consistent, blemish free. What more can I ask for? Of course, time will tell. If anything is off over time I'll update. If you don't see an update that's good news. The ppf lines are straight and consistent. Tint film matched great to the factory tint on the rear windows. Windshield is crystal clear. Paint surface looks factory fresh. The rain this morning was practically jumping off all surfaces. The interior looks better than new. Midnight tint did a great job tinting my Mazdaspeed 3 back in 2007, so when I recently added a new Mazda 6 to my garage I brought that to them, too. Walter and Preston are both very knowledgeable about various tints - how they will look, their heat excluding properties etc - and helped me choose the right tint. While they know the value of the higher grade tints, they didn't try to push me to them; I made my own decisions based on the info they had at their fingertips. After replacing my bumper and fender from a minor accident I needed to apply PPF to the new pieces. Although a little tricky to work with my insurance (mostly my insurance's fault), Midnight got the job done and was super friendly and accommodating as they did it. About a week after the work a small bubble showed up (wasn't there when I picked up, this just happens with ppf sometimes). When it didn't go away after a few days I called Midnight and they had me come in that day for a quick 20min appointment to handle the bubble. All of this was ~3.5 months ago and I've been pretty happy with everything since. Overall I was very satisfied, would recommend to friends, and intend to go back for any future wrap/tinting needs I might have. read more

He is a super cool dude that knows what he is doing and knows what he is talking about. I have had multiple cars tinted and on my latest experience on an Audi Q5 I made an appointment and had the dates wrong in my head like a dingus and ended up going to the shop on the wrong day. The guys were super cool and gracious about it and were able to squeeze me in. They also talked through the different types of tint and helped perfectly match the tint they were putting on the front windows to the back windows which came from the factory (what I wanted). Overall, all my experiences have been fantastic.
