Andrey and his team did a great job installing a ceramic film on my C43. I live in Bellingham, 60 miles north of Lynnwood. I drove one hour both ways to get it done at Skyline, which I think tells you how badly wanted to get the windows tinted here. Here are pros and cons, followed by my advice. PROS + Andrey is responsive. He answers questions thoroughly and responds to emails quickly. + He is in this business for 20 some years, and he know the stuff. I went in thinking I will go with 35%, but he recommended 30% and advised against going any lighter than that. Initially, I was a bit worried that 30% would be too dark, but I'm glad I followed his advice. 30% is exactly what I wanted and looks great. It's like picking a paint color for your house. You would know until you see it on the house, but experienced professionals know what it will look like. + I thought the price was reasonable. I chose a single layer ceramic film by autobahn. It took them 4 hours to install it on my C43 coupe (side windows and the back). I paid $400 plus tax. With the quality of work and the time it took them, I don't think $400 is bad at all. + It was clear to me that customer experience was important to Andrey. He threw in a bottle of window cleaner made by autobahn for free. I found two really minor scratches on the passenger door (probably caused by finger nails, nothing deep). Instead of arguing with me he offered to buff them out. CONS - I can't think of anything. MY ADVICE @ If you need to kill time while they are working on your car, Alderwood Mall isn't too far. As I had 4 hours to kill, I walked there and back. It took me 40 minutes each way. Adjacent to the mall are H-Mart (Korean grocery store), Costco, and a couple of strip malls. @ As always, whenever you give your key to anyone, take pictures of the car. I usually take pictures and video tape the car. Although I didn't have to deal with it with Andrey, it's the only way to avoid your word against theirs. @ It comes with 3~5 days of curing time. During that, you cannot roll down your windows. Also, you may see some minor bubbles, but they are supposed to disappear. Once the curing time is over, I will post some photos. Very disappointed, I would highly discourage anyone from getting services here. Received a life time clear paint protection on my car. Within a year, started peeling, when I reached out to the owner with pictures he refused to honor the warranty even though I took very good care of the car, hand washing only. The owner, Andrey, was very aggressive and unfriendly. Refused to take any accountability for his defected product or labor. Shifted blame and accusation on me. Stay away from this place. Great experience, professional window tinting and full front ppf install for our 2023 Model Y. Andrey and Skyline Tint Shop did a fantastic job on our Model Y. He was quick to respond to emails and called me to pick up our car earlier. His prices are competitive and cheaper than what I found around Lynnwood. This review is in regards of STS Customz the car shop in the back ran by Matt. These guys are amazing I would definitely recommend! I was recommended through friend of mine who is an admin at g37 forums to go see Matt. They helped put a sway bar for my car and they were real cool and easy to talk to even from the very beginning when I scheduled my appointment through the phone. Not like those angry mechanics you typically deal with at other shops. Their rates are really reasonable, they don't charge you more than it takes. I know a lot of shops go by the book just to make you pay more but not with these guys. While they drove in my car to be put on the lift they could tell I had an exhaust leak. A clamp or bolt came loose on my exhaust and air was leaking. They even did that for me for free at no charge! It was so much quieter after, I am thankful. It was driving me a bit crazy but just never had the time to get it looked at or money to get it fixed. The sway bar was finished way faster than what the book stated. I truly trust them with my car and recommend to anyone who needs car modification done, go see Matt at STS Customz. You can just call the main phone for Skyline Tint, which I did at first and ask to be transfered to Matt, or directly at 425-457-0543. definitely one of the best shop in WA state. I have a 2015 BRZ and i always ask them to do anything with the car. One of the shop i trust the most. I went here like 20 times for mods install, maintenance, service, and even repairs due to accident. The result is always flawless. Customer service is also very good, always lets you know if you need other parts in advance, and they can even order mods for you ! My HID was out and felt it was time to get my headlights retrofitted. I did my research and stumbled on this shop. I called and made an appointment. I got quoted a reasonable price for the projectors and hid kit. Dropped my car off in the morning and was told it would be done by close time or the next day. It was finished at midnight and I was able to pick up the car then. I appreciate them working on it till it was finished. He kept me updated with the status of the car throughout the day which was very good. I soon noticed after the install that the lights flickered when they were on so I brought it back and they installed a relay to provide efficient power to the ballasts. I'm so happy with how it turned out, and Andrey was nice enough to even throw on yellow overlays on my fog lights at no charge! I have to say, for the speed, flexibility, and price of their work, this is one of the best shops out there. It really was the easiest experience I've had with any workshops. I sent my car to them and after all parts arrived, it only took a day. I'm sure if I took it to another workshop, the car wouldn't be out in less than a week.
