Fantastic experience at this place. The audio in my truck (Apple carplay and radio) was cutting in and out. Also had a lot of hiss and some kind of weird noise when the music was soft. After terrible experiences at Car Toys and Stereo Warehouse, I found these guys and they were amazing. Every employee was friendly and went out of their way to greet me. They diagnosed my issue (aftermarket power amp was toast) and got me up and running within just a couple of hours. The system sounds slamming now. They never upsold me and the repair/replace was very affordable. Best of all, they warned me on the front end about a number of things that could be the issue but when the repair was done, the issue we discussed was the cheapest one. They could have very easily said it was one of the other things and charged me a lot more and I would've been none the wiser. This is how you know a business is legit. They don't screw you over! Dan did refund the money, but the problem is, everyone wants to charge me to remove the film which means it will cost me more than had I ever went to Advance Sound and Tint. Forgot his name and I feel bad but he greeted me upon arrival, got me checked in, gave me all the info I needed, made sure I was aware of pricing and updates of charging! I bought a Kia Sorento this summer and recently noticed the audio was acting up. Having one of those fancy extended warranties, I took it to the dealership only to find out there had been aftermarket work done and they wouldn't touch it. Looking for other options, I first tried one of the national chain places, and their service was horrible. So I looked for other options and came across Advanced Sound & Tint. Within two hours, they found the issue: while I had a great aftermarket system and amp, the person who installed the amp before I bought it: configured a four-channel amp on two-channel settings, installed it next to a heating unit, and taped over the vent, causing it to overheat. After moving it, changing the settings, and removing the blockage the car sounds great. The best part: all I paid for was two hours of labor. They didn't try to upsell me on anything when I probably would have fallen for it, they were very communicative, and they talked about next steps in case this fix wasn't the solution. Much respect. Even if it's just for the occasional detail, I will find ways to spend money there again in the future. I highly recommend them. read more
