We brought my wife's new Tesla Y to get tinted, and they had done a great job the first time, but Tesla's have the automatic roll down feature that you can't turn off. That eventually cause an air bubble in the tint on the driver side window. I called Nick and explained the problem and he did not hesitate to fix the problem. Super lovely job on a 2023 Tesla Model Y. I went with 3M Crystalline all around at 20% - and it looks incredible! Now, the only place I feel the radiant heat is the windshield... I'd like to go back for an application of (transparent) windshield film by them! (I may risk a high LTV tint to the windshield!) They have an excellent interior/exterior detailer, too! Took my girls car in for some PPF installation on the bumper. I got some PPF to do the fenders and mirrors and hood. I wasn't going to dare attempt the bumper with the crazy curves. Brett worked with my 1984629 questions and he was always super prompt and informative. We worked out a deal that was more fair than the competition. They did a fantastic job. With the exception of one tiny spec of dirt that managed to get trapped under the film, the installation was perfect. One week later the bumper met a big ol rock and the film took the beating and saved the paint. Brett even did all four door edges free of charge because he was bored. Lol. I purchased a 2011 Ford explorer. it had very dark tint on the front windows. I came be here and had them check to see what I had. My tint was close to 15% and I had to roll down my windows at night when driving to be safe. they changed my tint to a light, much easier to use tint. Its been over a year since they did the work.
