Only leaving a 1 star because it's required. Be ware of this business. I'm sure he has a lot of good clients but when a job doesn't go his way, he denies any and all responsibility. The first round of tint wasn't too bad. I had concerns and he obliged to look it over. He determined there were more issues than even he was comfortable with. He replaced the tint and said he upgraded it which I was thankful for. However, the second round finish was much worse than the first round. He told me the car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, this is where and when the big problems started. The car door was cracked, the key was in the car and I noticed white residue all over the door panels. The panels are plastic and leather. Oh let me also mention that he didn't even clean up his tint removal scraps from the inside of the car. After getting home (Thursday) and thinking the white stuff would wipe right off, I realized it was stained. I quickly took a photo sent it to him asking him what it was and how to remove it NO REPLY. The next morning I sent 15 photos. NO REPLY. I didn't get a reply until my repeated text for a response got on his nerves. He finally replied 24 hrs later. He said he sent my pics to his "detail" guy and he'd take a look at it. He gave me no indication of a timeline or time frame. Oh need I also mention that when he told me at the beginning that he'd fix the flaws after the first round of tint that the tint he used had to be reordered and would be in on Friday or Monday. He told me this the Wednesday before. Guess what? I had to text him the following Wednesday because I, the customer, had not heard from him since the Wednesday before. Then I had to wait another week to drop the car off a 3rd time. He said he would not accept responsibility not be held responsible for any damage he caused. His communication sucks and he is very condescending toward his customers. I'd love to share the entire text dialogue from start to finish but I won't. I was ever so cordial and appreciative for his efforts throughout the process, even when it costs me extra time and delays and he talked to me as though I was the problem. As a business owner, you don't text customer phrases like this, "I'm not trying to be a fucking dick but". This was over a month process. At this point, I just wanted start over. Believe me when i say this, I would have rather not gone through all this. Anyway, I asked for a refund so I could go spend more time and money fixing the issues. He offered to refund my money under the condition that I remove the tint or he removes it but that he won't refund and leave it on. Hmmmm. Several hours later he said he'd refund the money on Friday but it was Tuesday. I encountered some delays on my end and when I finally reached back out for the refund by text, he would not reply and then blocked my number. Anyway, I'm all about supporting local business but not when I'm treated like this. I'd rather not leave a review than to leave a negative review but this situation begs otherwise. Let me close in saying this. I would be just as disturbed if this was my personal daily drive, however, this was supposed to be a surprise. This was my child's first car. This interior was nearly flawless. Not now Ugh SO MUCH MORE I COULD LEAVE ABOUT THIS. I reached out to this man for tint and he said he only does by business by text. I am older woman and he would not call me. He was very rude. Then he proceeded to place the messages between myself regarding the tinting of my windows, due to me being older, and with all the scams that I like to talk on phone. Instead he posted our conversation on his personal Facebook account. And said "what a douchbag and I will $$$ someone to send them dick pics!" Along, with my phone number. What a difference a year makes in reviews....Ultimately, my experience was a complete nightmare. Damaged multiple pieces taking things apart that will have to be purchased and replaced. Does not communicate properly;too many lies. Had my vehicle for almost a month (approx 24 days) and did not finish a job that originally was quoted as 4 days. The work that was done (when we finally were "allowed" to see our vehicle) looked great and thus why we kept giving him chances but ultimately very unprofessional, unresponsive and unreliable. He would not relinquish our vehicle when asked but with the help of one of his friends, who came to help him, we were able to get it back, broken parts and all.
