They have really nice front desk person too which helps allay so many fears and then the technician and radiologist? could not have been more compasionate and willing to work with me on certain positioning quirks I have, like having something under my neck. I can't say enough good things about the entire procedure. The ear plugs and the headphones with music and the reassuring voice letting me know how far along we were and asking if I was doing alright (Thank you so much. You have no idea how much I appreciated your voice) Aside from that the MRI room is lovely. Really everything is geared to making a person feel calm.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with my recent experience at this facility. What should have been a…read moresimple, routine mammogram turned into a grueling two-and-a-half-hour ordeal. Not only was the wait time unacceptable, but I also had to have the procedure done twice during the same visit due to what appeared to be internal disorganization. To make matters worse, while waiting between procedures, I overheard a consultant openly telling someone that the center is actively double-booking appointments. It is completely disrespectful of patients' time to deliberately overbook a clinic, leading to massive delays and a stressful experience for diagnostic imaging that is already anxiety-inducing for many. I chose this center expecting professional care and efficiency, but instead experienced complete chaos. Management seriously needs to address their scheduling practices and operational flow. I will not be returning.

As for the actual MRI it was supposed to be Neuroquant AI in addition to the scan. The wrong AI program was used, and when I contacted Cortechs AI, the company that created Neuroquant tech, They told me the version ZP is using is way outdated, from 2016! I contacted Zwanger about it but never got a reply or call back to rectify. I'm too sick to fight for now! Still love Larry though

Dr. Gary Novick is truly one of the most amazing radiologist. In June of 2013, he was able to find…read morethe tiniest of precancerous calcifications in my body...less than 1 mm in size. Even with that mammogram and past mammograms , my oncologist was unable to detect it. Had it not been for Dr. Novick's eagle eyed study of my mammogram, it would have gone undetected and been able to escape into my body from the milk duct.....and my life would have changed. Dr. Novick is at Temple Radiology , Temple Street , in New Haven, Ct. I owe him my now healthy life . I only had to go through a biopsy and then a small lumpectomy.
