The wrong AI program was used, and when I contacted Cortechs AI, the company that created Neuroquant tech, They told me the version ZP is using is way outdated, from 2016! I contacted Zwanger about it but never got a reply or call back to rectify. I'm too sick to fight for now! Still love Larry though

We have had the best experience the last handful of times any of my family had any tests done! . They've been our favorite office to use for a couple of years now & will be our first choice for all future tests. The wait at Medford each time has been very reasonable. From The greeter who I must say, went above & beyond the last time I was there. Then the staff that checks you in/out, are all very friendly & considerate. The radiologist that day for my tests we're caring & answered my questions to the best of her ability. The office manager, Alayne was awesome, she was caring, professional, and went out of her way to get me all info I needed to supply, inc who would be calling to schedule the test. Had it not been for this staff at the Medford office. This also includes a wonderful women Barabara in patient relations, & Mr Bob Day a COO of Zwanger, I might never have used zwanger-pesiri again. So much so, last year I had to be sedated! Zwanger-Persiri radiology has state of the art equipment for all your imaging needs. And it's so convenient, so close to my home. The staff is very patient and professional and they always play on their television in the lobby educational programs. I was watching a show on Great White Sharks, I didn't want to leave! Once I'm in the MRI room, they're playing 80s music to keep calm. Not moving for 10 minutes? I'm like a shark, constantly in motion. I sat still, payed my co payment and was out the door. It's really location specific- today 1/19/26 around 3:10 pm- at the east setauket location I was…read morethere getting a cat scan with IV contrasts - the blonde person inserting the IV placed it and withdraw blood from me in a syringe at the same time and saved it on the counter - not telling me what or why she needed it and then proceeded to tell me to leave and wait in the room next door- i then asked why the blood was taken she said oh they need to check my kidney function( test my dr did before sending me for this test) she then proceeded to put some drops in a card to run in machine and saved the rest- she came back said test was ok but still didn't discard the left over one in the syringe- it was instead placed in an cut envelope ( extra unsafe step there not needed!!) and since I wouldn't leave , she attempted to discard the syringe protected in the half cut enveloped. I said no - then took the syringe out of the envelope and emptied half the blood in syringe in the red hazard disposable sharp bin next to me first before dropping into the completely in the bin. Now be careful everyone- something fishy about this be careful - be vigilant - trust no one!! I advised the technician next time to inform me of what she was doing before proceeding. Without my consent, she collected my blood to run test without my permission. Shocking! Wonder what else is going on there. Be careful yall!!! I would be careful everyone- ask questions when not sure and always trust your instinct. This is a first time I know that a radiology place would draw one's blood free of charge to run a test without one's consent- they obtain consent for everything including asking and recommending test to charge your without insurance but somehow running test on my blood without consent is done without permission and free of charge. If this has happened to you don't ignore it speak up.

The check in woman was really nice and the woman who actually performed the MRI was very nice and friendly. She explained exactly what I was going to experience. Before staff will even answer basic questions or assist with scheduling, callers are required to locate their insurance card and provide a verification reference number--every single time. This applies even if the patient has already been seen and the information is already on file. This policy creates an unnecessary barrier for patients and caregivers who are simply trying to coordinate medical care. Most healthcare offices maintain insurance information on file and update it when needed. Requiring patients to repeatedly produce the same details before even having a conversation is inefficient and not patient-centered. As someone coordinating care for a parent living with Parkinson's disease and significant mobility limitations, this process is especially problematic. When managing appointments for individuals with serious health conditions, the focus should be on facilitating care--not adding administrative obstacles just to speak with a staff member. With an aging population and increasing healthcare needs--particularly among baby boomers--systems like this will only create more frustration for patients and their families. I was not able to get the a simple referral, she was refusing to give me one even though I was already registered and I have yet to make it there and now I'm just going to change my dentist again because that was ridiculous.
