If I could...I would rate 10 stars to this business! I need…read moreto give props to this well deserved individual. Paul, makes Meineke who they are! His automotive expertise and his compassion for people, makes this business stand out above the others. Paul goes above and beyond and is always willing to go the extra mile, whenever I've dealt with him. My most recent personal experience....I was nearing the end of the month needing an inspection sticker, no appointment made. I took a chance arriving at the opening time to see if they could fit me in. Not only did Paul make arrangements to fit my vehicle in, he also lent me a vehicle to use to run errands while my vehicle was in service! This was totally unexpected and extremely appreciated. During these uncertain times we're currently living through the Corona scare, it was uplifting knowing that there are such good people out there who really do care.Thank you again!!

Went and had a four wheel alignment done on my 2020 Lincoln MKZ less than two months ago, same day…read moreI had brand new all season tires put on the car. Today I brought my car to Firestone because of a vibration/shimmy only to find out that all four of my brand new tires are destroyed because Meineke misaligned the car and the toe on all four wheels was out of spec. Don't go here. These idiots just cost me $900 worth of tires and another $150 for a four wheel alignment to fix their mistake. Then the GM called and left a voicemail asking me to call him so we could discuss the situation and when I did call, all he did was make excuses about how anything could have caused the car to fall back out of alignment even though I've only driven it 3,000 miles since leaving their Meineke shop. He refused to do anything to rectify their mistake, and wouldn't even admit that his technicians made a mistake.

Got a nail in my tire. Went to WalMart just to have it repaired. Arrived at about 3pm. Was told the…read moretechnicians would be leaving at 330 (even though the hours are clearly posted that the auto center closes at 8pm), so probably no chance it would be done today, but I could leave it and they would fix it first thing in the morning. Good thing I opted to schedule a 7am appointment instead of leaving the car! I arrived the next morning at 715, just as my wife called to inform me that WalMart had called her to cancel the appointment, as they did not have any technicians in the shop today. They said I could leave the car, as a technician may be coming in at 11am. I did not leave my car. I called at 11, was told the technician did not come in, but someone could come in later that day. I made an appoint for 2pm at Town Fair Tire instead. Hey Walmart - if you don't have any techs, don't jerk your customers around by making appointments you aren't going to keep. Maybe pay your techs a reasonable wage and you might get some that want to work for you. Just my $0.02.

This is about the Auto Center only. The rest of the store is OK. Very disappointed in management…read moreand policy of this one. Bought tires @ Walmart.com and scheduled installation. All sites including Toyota, Cooper Tires, Tire rack, etc. and theirs when I purchased confirmed they were a fit. After driving 30 miles for my appointment it took them over an hour to say they couldn't mount them due to the factory tire size on the door jamb was different. First the manager overrode the mechanics and said we were good. But 45 minutes later when I check up the manager sided with the mechanics because some vague reference book they had said the size I had showed on aluminum wheels. I guess Sears missed that 8 years and 60,000 miles ago with the same size tires as purchased, even though they saw them on the vehicle. The folks that helped me were very nice and accommodating considering this store has them running around like the proverbial chicken. Fortunately one counter person suggested going to The Tire Guys down the street. They were great. Had my tires on and drove away 45 minutes later. While I waited at Walmart I observed a family of senior citizens wait almost an hour for them to check out a screw in one of their tires. After 15 minutes of them seeing their car on the rack they were told no screw. They had written down the wrong tire location at the counter, and it took about 45 more minutes to just remove it. I will not ever even think about anything besides buying tires there.
