I was referred to this shop by a friend and had heard good things but left extremely disappointed. Communication was sub-par throughout the long drawn-out process. Upon getting my vehicle back there were a number of concerns: 1-Door was replaced as part of the repair. New door was not aligned very well, and it did not look like it was fully closed when it was shut properly. 2-Trim pieces/rivets were not fully installed properly 3-Interior was a disaster. Grease/dirt was everywhere on the interior of the affected door panel. Grease on headrest and seats as well. Rear seat was filthy and covered in sand. It was clear that the exterior trim pieces were removed from the car and stored on an unprotected rear seat (this is mid-winter so everything on the exterior was coated in sand/salt). 4-Door handle was not recognizing the remote for the keyless entry. 5-Exterior badge was reused and already starting to peel off of the new surface. 6-After the first hand-wash I could see tape residue all over the exterior of the car. I am guessing they either used poor quality tape or the tape was left on the car much too long as they completed the process. There was a badge that was not available at the time of the original repair, so I had to bring the vehicle back in to have them install that badge on the door when it finally came in. Once installed, and the car was hand washed, I could see egregious swirl marks on the door in that area. My guess is when I brought it back in (again in the winter) they simply took a dry towel and rubbed the area (sand & salt included) clean. Either that or their wash mitt/brush was covered in sand. Unbelievable disregard for the paint surface they had just repaired. Looks awful and spans the entire bottom half of the door. *Of the original 6 issues above, the shop handled #1, 2, 4 & 5 to my satisfaction when I brought them to their attention. I did not mention #3, #6 or the swirl marks gouged into the surface as I would not trust them to do an adequate job in rectifying the situation and would rather not have them touch my vehicle more than necessary. All-in-all a very disappointing trip. Don't trust them with your car unless you truly don't care how well the repair is completed.

I liked what I heard and set a date for the next week. I to this day have no idea how they removed and blended the paint. Great job. Today, after being rear ended last week, they have the insurance paperwork for my next repair. One star? Because you can't wait? They don't need your work. They have all of mine.

I took my car in for a sticker and oil change and was TOLD I didn't need an oil change and they would just top off my fluids. They communicate clearly and well, via phone ( and text, if you arrange it), and they do great work. Their Volvo technician has helped me keep three Volvo station wagons running until their absolute last possible days. My first was over 20 years old, my second about 15, and my current one is 16 and still going strong (They use its twin as one of their Courtesy vehicles, so I always felt comfortable there from the start). My husband now brings his aging Honda Insight hybrid, which sits so low that its muffler system is a recurring issue, there, as well, for diagnosing of pesky CHECK ENGINE lights. We both use them for oil changes and state inspections. They troubleshoot for me before long trips in an older car, and always rank suggested repairs by priority. Garry's location on South Main is convenient, easy to access, and has plenty of parking, plus convenient key-drop box. If I could assign them more than FIVE STARS, I would!

Along the way they found a bad coil spring, so they replaced that as well. I got it back and it was almost like driving a brand new Jetta. I then noticed that my left headlight didn't work on low beam. My son took it back in as it is his car while at college and they replaced the bulb at no charge. I know, a bulb is a small price, but they replaced it and got it working and now he's at college with a decent and safe vehicle. I would definitely go back to have work done on any of my vehicles. The warranty company would not cover the work because the transmission was still covered under the manufacturers warranty. Had they made the call before starting work, as required, I would have simply driven the vehicle a quarter-of-a- mile down the road to the Ram dealership. They violated NH Law by removing the transmission without a written estimate signed by me. After I informed them of the NH law requiring that document, they conveniently produced a written estimate with my forged signature. They held my vehicle hostage until I paid a ransom of $750.00. After which they did replace the transmission, but they made no repairs to it and didn't even change the transmission fluid filter. I have no idea how their Google Reviews are so good, but, I asked another customer I met in their office how it was going for him, his reply, not good!

If you are almost anywhere in New England, this is THE auto repair shop to trust with your car…read more I'm serious: These are the best auto mechanics we've had the good fortune to discover, anywhere in the U.S. (And I don't say that casually, as we've lived in states from California to Texas to Florida, and had car repairs in all of them.) This week, my husband and I were concerned about an upcoming long-distance trip. We'll be driving our 2002 Honda CRV from Maine to Florida... and our car has nearly 350,000 miles on it, and it's been making some odd noises. (Fortunately, during an earlier trip to New Hampshire, our car had needed a repair, and Accomplished Auto was nearest to our hotel. At the time, it was sheer luck that they turned out to be one of the most trustworthy, friendly, and affordable mechanics we'd ever found.) So, during this trip, we didn't hesitate to call them for an appointment, and make the 2+ hour drive from where we're staying in Maine. Accomplished Auto gave us a next-day appointment. That was a relief! Today, by noon, we knew what needed the most immediate attention, and what could be postponed until we get back to Florida. And, just as important, their prices were very reasonable. This shop's staff are friendly, and the team have that perfect combination of integrity and honesty. They respected our rather tight budget limits, as well. If you are anywhere within a few hours of Concord, New Hampshire, and need car repairs, I recommend Accomplished Auto. It is the very best repair shop my husband and I have ever found.

Staff was great, same day repairs, pictures of every step of the process done to the vehicle. Will be returning!
