They did what appeared to be a good enough job (although the attendant couldn't drive my manual and they finally got a different attendant after they stalled it half a dozen times while I watched in horror). Fast forward 2 years. I happened to be sitting on the ground and could see under my car and noticed one of the tires tread patterns didn't match the others. Upon further inspection, they had installed one of my tires backwards. I had done 10k on the tire at that point. I took the car back and was waited upon by a very unkempt dismissive and rude individual. He not once apologized. He made it sound like it was my fault and how could I not notice for 2 years and that they were doing me a favor fixing it. The tech that did the swap was equally sketchy and rude to my face. They scratched my rim in the process. I've used this business half a dozen times dating back to late 90's. The place is sketchy, deteriorating and I recommend everyone go elsewhere. It's clear they don't care about the customer or the business.

The biggest issue was that 'Austin'staff never informed us that their 'tire balancer' was broken and 'Austin' had to go to another store. Instead, we were left waiting for nearly two hours with no clear explanation or updates. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating and showed little respect for customers' time. We drove two cars to drop it off our truck and get errands and house work done. When we arrived at 9:00 am the door was locked. A few minutes later a few more cars arrived and a worker showed up. He claimed he had keys but not to the alarm so could not get in. Said the manager was on vacation and the district manager was supposed to coordinate someone to open. We decided to leave the car and get a coffee down the street. When we returned around 9:30 the same guy said he has yet to hear from anyone. So we left and sent a message to the company for a follow up. No response. Poor customer service. And they better pay that worker for a full day. He showed up.

I was appalled and headed over to Davies. They were busy, as they always are, but had one of the mechanics jump in the car and take a quick drive with me. Wow this place is a joke!!! We brought our 2024 F 350 to have air bags installed. My husband told them we have a fifth wheel camper and a truck bed camper that we haul. Paul said no problem and ordered the airbags. We paid over $1,100.00 just for the parts. Half way through the installation the mechanic called and said the airbags won't fit with the fifth wheel so they took it out!!!! They then said he had to cut the bed liner to make them fit!! He also said they do not put it back in so we would need to find someone who would. Paul told us it just needed an adapter to make the airbags work with the fifth wheel hitch. We then paid another $600 to him for the labor and took the truck to have the fifth wheel hitch reattached to the truck. When we got there the man was dumbfounded!!! "WHAT DID THEY DO?? First of all these airbags will never work with a fifth wheel hitch and they are an over kill for this truck!! Second they attached them to the leaf spring and this installation paper states not to use them with leaf springs!!" Thankfully he was able to remove the installed air bags, replace them with the correct ones and reinstall to 5th wheel hitch at a cost of $800! We called Paul who told my husband they don't give refunds but bring the parts back and he would give him credit for the parts. My husband made arrangements to use that credit for something else. When he went to schedule work and use the credit they denied everything, handed him the parts back and said we don't accept parts back! There is nothing we can do for you!! I would not trust bringing my bicycle to them... They do not know what they are doing and are severely over priced!!

The guy behind the counter was calm and friendly. He helped me find the right blade and even offered to help me if I couldn't figure out how to put them on. After struggling in the parking lot to put the blade on, I went back in the store. He offered to come out and show me how to put them on. It felt like he went above and beyond.

I went in looking for some snow tires, and the man working took me into the shop area and physically showed me the different types of tires, and gave me his recommendations. Price was very reasonable. Within 15 minutes they had taken off my old tires, put on my 2 new tires, put my 2 existing tires on the back, placed my other 2 old tires into bags, put them in my trunk and had everything complete. During this time I sat in their waiting room. Small in size, but plenty of chairs for people to sit, along with a radio going. The snow tires he recommended have been working fantastically this winter, and I am one happy customer.
