I have a soft spot for HomeGoods, but I actually wasn't too impressed with this location - I felt like they did not as much as other locations or maybe they just didn't have what I was looking for. I did walk out spending $120 though so there's that. The store was organized, but everything felt crowded and cluttered - I know it's from the chaotic Christmas buzz. They still had plenty of Christmas items out. I even saw Chinese New Year items as well as Valentine's Day on the shelves! Service was nice and friendly, but I waited in line for like 15 minutes which usually isn't the norm, the line moves pretty quickly most days.

We had to contact West Elm to actually sort out what was going on and in the end they act like they are doing you a favor by figuring out how they screwed things up. If you do get anything delivered, I would definitely call once you get a delivery window and bug them to make sure that nothing funny is going on. This was for a $5000 purchase. One thing that does work is the system for taking your payment, getting said items, not so much.
