Honestly the current pictures here don't even do them justice, trust me guys it does not look bad in there, its bright and organized and clean. I wish i took more pictures but i forgot! I have been eyeing one that i saw with Costco online but wanted to see how it felt, so i actually went to Ashley's furniture first. Of course, once you walk into that, you are like a piece of meat with a bunch of prey around you. Soon they send someone to follow u around for your whole visit... i hate that. i kept telling the sales guy im poor and dont follow me. hahahaha anyway. it is NOT like that here AT ALL! So i came in, and they just kinda nodded and said hi, and i just went looking by myself. At this point there was only one other family here, so they totally have the capacity to help me but they just kinda let me chill for a bit. THANK YOU. but as i was leaving one of the guys told me there are clearance mattresses that i haven't looked at yet. so i was like wow how did u know that is what i needed. Well, they have pretty good mattresses on clearance tbh, and they are quite affordable for good mattresses. i got a nice serta one for a good price. and they are NOT PUSHY AT ALL. they just answer whatever questions you have and encourage you to just try it. like the other reviews, they will also work with your budget, so i think you can be honest with what you have to work with, also, remember to negotiate! My mattress is getting delivered on Saturday so i'm super excited! I can't say for sure you can find what you need here, but if you are on a budget, you should definitely stop by. read more

Came here to look for a new sectional for our living room. The store has a good variety of demo units on the floor. Don't expect a built out showroom with mock living rooms/bedrooms..etc. If that's what you're looking for, then you'll have to go to American Furniture or RC Willey. For me, I prefer stores like The Outlet, because they don't waste money on displays, therefore, the furniture is a little bit less expensive. We ended up saving a couple hundred bucks buying a sectional here. The customer service is OK, they won't hover over you like buzzards, which I like. This place is great! We were looking for a bed but didn't want to spend an arm and a leg, so we stopped in here. The place is huge, which really helped us relax without having a salesman hover. I can't remember the salesman's name, but it started with an R. He was great in directing us to what we were asking for, and there was absolutely no BS or upsale attempts. We were in and out in no time. The bed wasn't in stock, so we had to wait a few days for it to get in. We had recently bought a new bunk bed for my son's and needed a couple of mattresses. We stumbled upon this place after conducting a yelp search like we always do. We are so glad we did. We were one track minded and headed straight for the beds. We had the boys lay on so many bedsthat we thought they were actually going to fall asleep on one. After about an hour of jumping (with our shoes of of course, we aren't barbarians) on the bed, laying down and sitting on them, we found two that we liked. The combined process were still a little out of budget so we creche to see if they would budge on the price and they did. They met our budget and we were out of the door with two amazing mattresses for my sons. It was a great day. The only drawback to this place was the fact that they were hands off until we flashed them down to tell them we needed help. Plus, though we are thankful they budged on the price, it wasn't that simple. We almost walked out of the store without the mattresses. The place is not as fancy as its bigger counterpart such as Ashleys but the place is clean and not as confusing to wonder around. I have been poking my head in this store for awhile, but the flashy sales from other retailers always caught my eye. We went to American Furniture Gallery during their 20/20 sale and we were prepared to go buy a new bedroom set. But I thought, hey let's try our local furniture store in Natomas. Boy am I glad we did! Not only did they have the same bedroom set as AFG but it was $400 less than the "deal" that AFG was offering!! But if we were going to save this much on a bedroom set, we might as well get the mattress...and the adjustable base!! They beat out Costco on the mattress by $300. And he gave us a major hook up on the base!! We were very satisfied. I love negotiating, but Ramesh gave us such a good deal, there was no need! They have my business from here on out!! They can literally order anything from any company. I love that they don't breath down your neck the entire time and consantly try to push you into something you don't want. RUN AWAY FAST, DON'T STOP ON DEL PASO ROAD, JUST DRIVE ON BY... We are needing to purchase a full size bed for our daughter, first one that her crib turns into. And decided after shopping around for 1/2 the day to give "The Outlet" a shot. NO one was in the store and that should have told me something, but we still kept on going in to talk with someone. So the first guy out of four stood up from the back office desk and asked how he could help us. We said we needed the cheapest FULL size bed you have for our daughters first bed. He took us to a mattress that was twice the price as anything we had just looked at. We went to around five other places prior to arriving at "The Outlet" and the most expensive was $210 and the cheapest was $120, all with box springs. When the associate told us his price my wife and I GASPED out loud. He said "Wow, what were you expecting"? We said we already looked at other stores and the cheapest we found was $120. He said "NO way, no one sells mattresses that cheap, if you find it that cheap you need to buy it and sell them on Craigslist". I guess he thought that we didn't just go shopping for a mattress for four hours and that we were lying to him some way. REALLY!!! I don't like to be spoken to like that, and I will NEVER purchase anything from someone that questions my statements. What do i have to gain out of lying about a mattress price? Instead of saying sorry this is all we have in this price range, or sorry but we don't have anything that cheap. He decided to insult me and my wife and said "NO Way, NO ONE has them that cheap". NO WONDER your store is empty without people, you don't know how to talk to customers properly. HINT RUDE MAN: If you speak to CUSTOMERS properly you could have received my future business on another piece of furniture. So please Natomas! When I bought my house in the Natomas area I decided to give these guys a try because I pass by them driving to and from work. When I went in the salesman was pretty pleasant but seemed kinda pushy because I was the only one there and I guess he wanted to make a sale. I decided to buy a dresser, bed and bed frame from them and so far the dresser is a piece of crap. Very poor quality. It started coming apart within months of normal use. Do not buy anything from this retailer they will not warranty it. In their exact words company is not covered in the warranty so after only nine months of having a bad at $1100 they told me no I would have to buy a new bed and nap with the way to bed was designed was no way in the world it would ever Be replaced under the manufactures warranty because it would never get a inch and a half depression in the mattress because it is a foam mattress. They were very rude and horrible people to deal with Whatever you do do not do business with these people. Horrible experience - very, very rude customer service. The man who helped us looked at my family and I as if were untrustworthy people based off our looks. Sure, we weren't as presentable as I had hoped to be, nevertheless, we were working adults who had already ordered a mattress before and came to pick it up. Man told us that he couldn't help us unless we had an invoice, which was with my mom who was coming to meet us half way, and simply just left. Didn't try to check who we were, look up our order, ask us questions - none of it. I'm guessing that such a big purchase should be kept in their records, but nope, he made absolutely zero effort. After waiting for my mom to come, we went back inside to go and show our invoice, where the same employee was nowhere to be found. Two other employees were just chilling and eating in the break room with the door wide open as we stood waiting by the counter, called out for help and assistance, no answer. We got ignored for 20 more minutes and kept waiting. Finally, my sister and I have enough, we go look down the back where the male employee finally returns and we ask for service as we have been waiting a long time. We were very irritated at this point. The male employee made no effort to remedy the situation. He just looked at us as if we we're the ones with the problem when he clearly was the problem. Showed him our invoice and told us to drive around the back to pick it up, where finally, 4 other employees, including the two eating, got off their fat asses and decide to come help. Got to the back and realized we didn't order a springboard with our mattress, where my mother politely told the male employee that another employee by the name of Roy had told us that if we wanted to get the springboard part to the bed set, we could do so at the cost of $20 more when we pick up our bed. The male employee then replies, and I quote, "Well... I don't know about that. You can ask him when he's here yourself. On Friday." Like are you kidding me?? He's your damn coworker and you couldn't offer to check in on the offer for us or see if that deal existed or anything? Like isn't it your job to make sure you up sell? What kind of BS was that? Not to mention that he said it as if we were lying to himself. Even if we were lying, there's no need to respond to a customer like that, especially one who already paid. He could've said "Oh, well I'll check on that for you" or "Let me double check with Roy and get back with you." Instead, we got a. "Uh nope" response. Left so angry, disappointed, and irritated. No wonder the place is a ghost town. No wonder they already have bad reviews. After this horrible experience, I plan to call in to whoever is the manager about his mistreatment of service. Working in customer service myself, I understand how frustrating it can be when customers give you a hard time, but you must always listen and be patient. Considering the fact that the place wasn't even busy and we were the only ones there, it was a shitty experience. Horrible. I wish I could give it negative stars.
