Midtown Beauty Bar is such a fun place to get pampered! I got my lashes done by Jackie, who is AMAZING and such a sweetie. The place has such cute decor and a cute seating area for the boyfriend you drag along with you. The music is chill too! Jackie takes her time making sure to ask questions and ensure she does a lash design you love and are comfortable with. You can tell she takes her time and puts a lot of care into her work. As long as you can snag a parking spot, it's a great location to spend the day and grab coffee or lunch after you're lashed up and feeling cute. Such a darling little beauty bar in the heart of midtown. Cute decor, friendly staff, yummy treats, and easy location. The only service I've ever had done here is my brows and I see Jen Dewey for that. I followed Jen to this location a couple weeks ago because much like the girl who does my hair, I would follow my brow girl to the ends of the earth. Jen is the very best brow artist/rehaber I've ever had. She's managed to rehab my brows after years of damage and is the only person I've trusted to touch my brows in over 10 years. She's well worth the wait for an appointment and most definitely worth the cost. Ladies, don't mess around with your brows and spend the extra money to see someone who shapes and rehabs brows for a living. This is all Jen does. All day everyday and she's damn good at it. A friend recommended me to this place for lash extensions, and I think it is great. It is very conveniently located in Midtown. As long as you arrive early to look for parking, there are no issues with location. The interior is decorated nicely and it has a cool open floor vibe. All the girls are very friendly and have a great attitude. Although, my friend sees Amanda, the owner, she recommended Jordyn to me since Amanda has limited availability. This place is bizarre...I tried to make an appointment online it wouldn't let me so I called them... 1st time I called I was on hold for 6 minutes that is not a brief hold a brief hold is like 2 minutes tops 2nd time I called the lady was telling me I had to book an appointment by finding someone on Instagram and booking through them.... I told her I don't care who the person is I've never been to your salon and I don't care who the person is just book me with someone she kept insisting I book through Instagram and this weird process and I just told her I don't have time for that that's too complicated if you can't book right here right now I'm taking my money elsewhere... Such a cute little place! the inside is super clean, all the girls are super friendly, and it's really nice on the inside! I went in for a fill and the girls (kalynn and amanda) were really honest and told me i needed to take off my current lashes done at a different place because they were so bad. i didn't come prepared with enough money to get a whole new set on. and both the girls were really understand and were willing to help me out. they were super sweet about everything! they made an embarrassing experience not so bad after all! super thankful for everything they did for me. also, my new full set looks AMAZING (kalynn did them) and i know it's all done correctly thanks a million girls!!! read more
