Before surgery, I felt supported by both her and her team, which made me feel confident going into the procedure. However, my experience on the day of surgery and throughout the post-op process was very different. I did not receive my post-op instructions before or after surgery. I asked the team for them after the procedure and was told they would be emailed to me, but they never were. My husband also asked after the surgery and they told him they would be emailed as well (they were not). I had to call afterward to request them again. Most of my post-op check-ins were not done by Dr. McCormack but instead by her nurse/PA, and unfortunately, I did not feel they were very helpful or knowledgeable. The guidance felt limited, and I often left feeling unsure and unsupported. When I shared my concerns with Dr. McCormack directly, she seemed dismissive and mentioned in my notes her nurse wrote that I did not follow post op instructions (maybe because I didn't receive them). She lacked empathy for my bad experience and did not offer any solutions for her team's lack of professionalism. Additionally, the front desk staff was not friendly or inviting, which added to the overall disappointing experience. Based on my full experience, I would not recommend getting a breast augmentation here. I've since shared my story with a few people and, unfortunately, learned that I was not the only one who had a terrible experience many of my acquaintances have as well.

I had under eye surgery and chin liposuction (she said it would give me "definition" which was totally bs) with Dr. McCormack. During the consultation visits, everyone was so nice - they wanted my business. Dr. McCormack basically lied to me about my under eye lines. I said it was a huge concern for me. During consultations she said the lower blepharoplasty would remedy the bags AND the lines. Then on the morning of my surgery she said that I'd have to go to the MedSpa for the lines. I don't know WHY I decided to give them a second chance and try the MedSpa. I had a consultation with Precious, and again, my under eye lines where the reason why I went. She said that Botox would help. I paid for their "VIP" membership (total scam). The Botox didn't do one thing. So I've spent almost 10K at this place and feel ripped off. Then on top of all that, the MedSpa receptionist's are rude. My advice: Go somewhere else for everything. This place is totally overpriced and overrated.

Recently my skin broke out and I was left with a lot of acne scars. Loretta took the time to ask me questions about my skin so she could give me the treatment that best suited my skin. She decided on the blueberry jessner peel. She explained all the steps of the peel and always made sure I was comfortable before continuing onto the next step. Her space is super clean and simple. Located inside a small house it certainly has its charm. Her table contours your body instead of those flat ones that most aestheticians have. There's soft music that plays in the background as well. All her products are plant based and she explained to me how instead of working against your skin they work with your skin to provide the best results. The peel itself felt a lot like a facial but with more products that tingled. Duh it's a peel! She used red light on my problem areas and did extractions as well. After she was done, my face was super clean and felt tight. She explained to me how my skin will probably feel dry, be red, and that my skin might be flakey (but not actually peel) in three days. She provided me with tips on how to take care of my skin and what to expect in the next few days as the peel does it's thing. Overall I am super satisfied with her service. We had massages and spent the day utilizing the amenities. The locker rooms are clean and always stocked with towels. The locker room attendant was constantly in there restocking, cleaning, etc. Plenty of digital lock lockers, bathroom area, showers, steam room, sauna, private changing area (if needed), they offer body scrubs that you can take into the showers, vanity areas, lounge area with flavored water, coffee, tea, bottle waters, and snacks. This lounge area is also where the massage staff come to pick you up for your appt. Once you leave the locker rooms they have so many coed areas for you to access. Himalayan salt room that is pretty big. Cushioned loungers and heated bench areas with lighting that changes. Very quiet and relaxing. The Laconian relaxation room is a bit smaller. This is a gentle dry heat room set to 104 typically used to reduce stress, detoxify and purify. Seated bench areas inside are heated and there are some small ottomans to put your feet up. There's a beautifully well lit area due to all the windows that has two hot tubs, shower area, and cold plunge. Seating in this area is a bit limited when crowded. Decent number of loungers and some chairs, but it can get busy. Additionally you can access the fitness center and pool areas. The pool areas are nice and you can order food from the menu to be brought out. Please note it's not a private pool for just the spa. The pool areas (inside and outside) are accessible to hotel guests so you could have kids being kids. The massage room was clean and relaxing. The massage staff we had were very professional and excellent. We loved our couples massage. I added on dry brushing and a coconut oil scalp treatment...unbelievable. My massage staff, Marlina, is excellent. The lobby/check-in area is nice and clean with plenty of products to purchase. Check-in and check-out were very easy. We like to go early to enjoy the amenities and we enjoyed the hot tub area which was only for 21+ but the rest of the pool/hot tub areas were extremely loud with children. It was not at all a relaxing atmosphere with the screaming kids and getting splashed by them doing cannonballs into the pool. The locker area, salt and relaxing room were not as nice as Spa Toscana either. They also do not accept Spa Finder gift cards which is what we usually use for our spa trips as well. Not a bad experience and a good second option but we prefer the Peppermill!
