I have been getting my lashes done for a few years and have gone to several technicians. My friend recommended this place about a week ago. I haven't had my lashes done since pre-quarantine so they were fresh and ready for some pizzazz. I decided not to return to my former lash service salon because it is a 30 minute drive from my home and although I liked the work that my tech did, there were a few things that did not sit well with me. I was able to book an appointment with a master technician, Kjana, in less than a week. That was great because some places are very difficult to get into even though their work is good but not fantstic. Kjana did a great job. She was professional, kind and I felt comfortable the entire time. She talked to me about what kind of look I wanted and was able to hook me up with some gorgeous lashes. I love them. They are long and whispy but not over the top. In my line of work I do not care to have eyelashes that make me look like Tammy Faye Baker. The other nice thing about this spot is that they offer a monthly membership. I like this. This allows me to budget for this luxury expense without having to wonder how much I am paying per month. This whole process has just not been good for me. But I will say the owner, Shelby, is very professional. She responds to me very quickly. She tries very hard to come up with a solution to my bad experience. I came on March 20th for lash extensions. They hurt so much on my left eye that I had to get them removed 2 days later since I couldn't sleep with them on. I couldn't get a refund or cancel the membership. So they instead scheduled me for 2 weeks later to get a brown lamination and lash lift and tint. So I took a couple photos of my lash lift and brow lamination and tint. They look exactly the same way it looked before I walked in. It looks like Crystal(Lash tech) put dye on my eyebrows and called it a day. My mom told me they look like nothing happened to them. My sister-in-law, who always gets her lashes done all the time, told me they look bad. I wish I could reverse this experience so I wouldn't have had to waste so much money on it. They also moved locations to Reverie Salon. It's very pretty and bright in there. Service from Crystal is a 0/5. Service from the owner, Shelby, is beyond a 5/5. Fawn is amazing and very professional. She made my lashes look awesome. However, the store managers Michelle and Kaleya are very unprofessional and rude. I had a lash fill appointment scheduled with Kaleya weeks in advance before my sister's bridal shower and she called and cancelled on me a day or two before. At this time I was paying for a membership to only get my lashes done by a master lash artist. She rescheduled me with an inexperienced lash artist who was a basic lash artist and would not try to fit me in another time. I got them done, the other lash artist burned my eye terribly, pulled my eyelashes out, and also did terrible on my lashes, there was no separation and they were not even whatsoever. I contacted the spa to let them know and they did nothing to fix it. I then asked to quit my membership effective immediately and they confirmed. The next month I was charged $120 dollars for a service I had cancelled and I tried to contact the salon to get my money back. They would not give me it back even after I emailed them asking for legal documents I signed saying I would be billed one month after my membership ends and they never got back to me. I had to get my bank involved. My bank found they found that they committed fraud so my bank gave me my money back and blocked them from my account. Overall a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. read more

I have been getting my lashes done by SADI for about 6 months now. I usually get them on the longer side and 2D or 3D with a C curl I think. I just tell her what look I like and she does her thing. I have always left extremely satisfied with the quality of her work. I usually fall asleep and she let's me lol. I work very long hours so this is a welcomed nap. Other times we chat and laugh the whole time. She is definitely a master of her craft! I refuse to have anyone else do my lashes. She is generally on time for her appointment and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes after my apt time for her to be ready for me. She sanitizes the station between each client and follows the mask rules the whole time. I just can't rave about her enough! Bailey is such an awesome nail tech. She can do just about anything she has colors, she freehands, she has stamps and decals and I don't know if she still does this, it was a while back but I sent her a picture of me and my husband and she turned it into a decal and put it on my nail. It was amazing. Not only is she talented she's a sweetheart. All of the techs at Flirty Lash is just awesome. Some spa's that I've been to, not so impressed. Flirty Lash, is a lot different, friendly, comfortable environment, great location and lots and lots of parking. As long as Bailey and Flirty Lash are around I wont be going anywhere else. I've been going here for about 5 months now per a coworker's recommendation and I love everyone here! They have a really good membership deal which is a flat fee depending on which type of tech you choose and that includes two fills a month; you would pay a small fee on top of that if you would like an upgrade (i.e. 5D or 10D lashes). I love this option because you can ask for the fuller lash option for special occasions and then go back down to your normal lashes when you want to. I hopped to different lash artists for the first few weeks and found a favorite in Kaleya (however, everyone who's lashed me here before has done a great job). She does awesome work and I always end up retaining the lashes so well that the fills don't ever take a long time. I just got engaged this Thanksgiving and her work withstood a LOT of ugly crying! I have been getting my nails done with Bailey about 5 or 6 times now. I was referred to her by a client of hers on Facebook and decided to check out some reviews from her old establishment in midtown, and her Instagram page to see some of her art. I was impressed by her pictures on IG and thought that she'd make a good tech for the out-of-the-box, creative, random style I was going for. I'm not hard to please, at all. I merely wanted to be a guinea pig for a nail tech where they could do whatever they wanted, try something innovative, out-of-the-box, crazy, weird, something new they've been wanting to try, etc. Anything and everything I will love, unless of course it's half-fast bullshit you've played numerous times just to get me out the door. This time, since I tried taking a different approach as she wasn't using me as the guinea pig...I explicitly told her what I wanted. And still got mediocre nails. She admitted during my first visit that her designs that she puts on her IG -- the ones that look like a lot of time was put into them -- were custom-ordered; essentially, the client said what they wanted. She also mentioned that those take about an hour or hour and a half, and that sometimes she isn't feeling creative at times and just does something boring. That should have been my first and only red flag, but I continued to see her. I was never blown away with any of her designs -- matter of fact I think I was the client where she thought she could be boring EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. This last appointment was the last straw, as I was excited to go in knowing that I wanted something fun for July 4th, so I made sure to save a picture off of Pinterest and be very clear, "This is what I want for 4th of July." She took a peek, said "Okay" and began. The pictures will speak for themselves... I was only in the chair for 30-40 minutes and boom, she was done. She also got up, said she was hungry and asked someone else to check me out. She charges $45 for the fill and she can't even invest a little bit more time on making something remotely close to what I ask for. And honestly, I wouldn't have even been mad if it were the first or second time, but the glitter, the every-other-finger pattern, the stamps....she goes for it EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I showed her something this time and said "DO THIS" and it didn't even have glitter in the design...and I got plain old glitter tips on 6 of my damn fingers. Also, I'm pretty dang sure 8/10 of my fingers have some crazy lifting going on, but she couldn't be bothered to address that. **UPDATE - a few days after originally writing this review, my thumb nail just popped right off as I was doing laundry. It didn't even hurt, just came right off -- so there was definitely major lifting happening; aside from the crappy ass paint job I was given, the fact that the nails were barely on would have been the last straw. ** Where are the stripes? The stars? The creativity? I never saw it in all the times I visited her. I was just the client she could be bored and blasé with. Overall, I give her a 5 star rating for creating nails and the shape. She does a consistently great job at that. Customer service is 3/5 stars. Design is 1/5 stars. Horrible! Not necessarily that she's incompetent, but she's definitely not applying her skill -- not on me, anyway. I was so disappointed; needless to say, I won't be back. read more

Firstly, let me preface this review with the note that the staff here is super friendly and this is nothing personal against them. I have been getting my eyelashes done since 2015, I have had two lash technicians during this time in total, the first was Kym who owns and operates SBK beauty (their facials are also amazing), and from there I found my beloved Iveth through SBK and followed her to a different salon and was with her for almost 4 years. Unfortunately, due to COVID, my lash game abruptly ended and once I was ready to get back in, I needed to find a new lash place. Buckle up. Enter Groupon. I figured it wouldn't hurt to spend $89 for a lash set and fill to try out a new place, in fact, it was a really enticing price since most places charge $175+ for a set and $50+ a fill. That should have been my first red flag, and I wish I would've done a bit more research before committing. The gal I booked with told me that she had 4+ years of experience with eyelashes and even owned her own studio at one point, so I felt fairly confident with her performing good work. I mentioned that my previous tech was always concerned with the health of my natural lashes and would never hesitate to tell me to take breaks and be better about my hair growth routines and keeping their retention up. This gal at Flirty Lash assured me they had the same values. I beg to disagree. After a week, my lashes started to feel incredibly itchy, this has never happened before so I chalked it up to the recent smoke and allergens floating around in the air. The day before I was supposed to go in for my fill, I was brushing through them, wondering why I hadn't seen much shedding, and one of the clumps of fans fell off along with many of my natural lashes attached. I know for a fact that eyelashes are supposed to have a 1:1 ratio (even with fans) to prevent breaking and permanent damage to the natural lash. The lashes all stuck together because this technician did not use proper isolation techniques. It is very evident by the lack of natural shedding and clusters of lashes on one lash that they do not actually care about the integrity of the natural lashes. On top of paying $89 through Groupon, I was upsold a $15 charge to have a more "full" look with 3D fans, I was really excited as I haven't had lashes in a while so I went for it. The tech glued about 4 fans to each eye (which are premade, by the way, most other places will make fans at the time of service in accordance to what the set needs to achieve fullness), and they weren't even attached at the same spots on each eye so I left with them looking very asymmetrical (one eye looked much fuller than the other). I did call the next day to voice my complaints about the fullness and not wanting to be charged another $15 when I came back in for the fill to have the fans redone. They offered to have me come back within the next 48 hours, but as I mentioned at my appointment, I live an hour away and with school+work, this is nearly impossible for me as it's a huge waste of gas/time for what I assume would have been a quick fix, and I would just live with it for a couple of weeks. I ended up doing more research and found a really great gal in midtown that removed my lashes today and I scheduled with her for a new set...which is another $150 out of pocket. Trial and error, but please read this review before considering booking with Flirty Lash. Perhaps it could save you $100. I will say, I did call the morning of my fill appointment as I hadn't fully decided until the night before that I wasn't comfortable returning to them, to cancel. This was indecent of me because that tech could've potentially seen another client in that spot, but after a lot of consideration, I just didn't trust them to correct the issues without causing further damage to my lashes. I asked to speak with the manager who wasnt in yet, and she did call me back but I was studying for an important exam and havent had a chance to call her back. Her voicemail was very polite and at one point she mentioned wanting to talk about how things could be fixed or made right and I do appreciate that. I just wish they would spend a little more time on education for their staff and teaching proper technique. read more

I have been getting my lashes done for over a year, I've had extensions as well as a tint and lift. I've gotten facials and brow waxing's. The staff here is great, knowledgeable and experienced. I get exactly what I pay for and I have excellent retention. The quality of my natural lashes is still great, and I do not have a natural look. The technicians will work with you to get exactly the look you're going for. They have a reasonable schedule and I can get in without excessive waits which I have struggled with at previous salons, especially as my work schedule is not all that predicable. I've seen crystal for years at flirty lash. Within the last year, new ownership took over. The new owner Shelby repeadly harasses the clients via text and Facebook messanger. This use to be a great place to go and take a nice "lash nap" while getting pampered. Sadly this has changed. Policies are not consistent, the atmosphere feels unwelcoming, and the owner makes you feel like you owe her something for nothing. She claims to have contracts holding you accountable for membership fees once you cancel your services, this is not true for my situation. credit card is charged for different amount than what is disclosed. Dont get me wrong, the lash artists are phenomenal, but ownership and their tactics have made it to where I will not be returning. Do yourself a favor stay clear of this place read more

The people are very friendly dont get me wrong. But do not get your lashes done here unless you want your lashes all glued together and also burning the crap out of your eyes. The lashes on one eye didnt last much longer than a couple of days and the lashes on the other eye are all there because they are all glued and stuck together with a lot of glue and it hurts. I have never had lashes so destroyed before in my life. It's exactly what I was afraid of. I did about 5 sessions and of course absolutely loved them. They looked amazing. Well I decided to "give them a break" as suggested by one of the technicians who was worried when she saw my lashes at my last appointment. So sure enough, now that they are gone my lashes are destroyed. These staff members also seem to be really catty, and not very friendly with each other. She's always getting new polishes and accessories and the other ladies who work at/run the salon are all so sweet and laid back while maintaining professionalism. Horrific. You will lose your lashes within a week and your natural lashes. Manager couldn't care if you ever come back. Non responsive, not professional. Take your a hundred something dollars and flush it done the drain. You will get more out of that then going there. read more
