Stay far away!!! Not only has the plaza in which this business is based become exceedingly sketchy in the last few years -- I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing anything north of a Swatch for service absent a firearm in my presence -- but the business itself engages in practices that, IMO, represent HUGE red flags in the watch collection & repair community. What do I mean? After an agreement for service was reached, they texted me asking for a 50% deposit, before they would attempt to repair my watch. As someone who has been collecting watches of every stripe, including high-end Rolexes for decades, I can tell you that anyone who attempts to change the terms of service after an agreement has been reached is ALWAYS attempting to take advantage of you. That goes double for someone asking for a 50% up front. (One should pay anywhere from 10% to an ABSOLUTE MAXIUM of 25% -- and that is for a very high-end watch.) Beware of scams...... read more

I got batteries replaced in a bevy of watches here recently and left happy with both the service and the reasonable prices! And to add to the positive experience, the woman taking care of getting my very average Joe (or Jane) quartz watches running again found that a dial hand in one of my chronograph watches had become loose and she fixed that bad boy up too. When they die again, I'll come by to get them serviced here rather than the mall stores that charge more and force me to figure out parking at said mall. read more

I have been to this repair shop twice to get watch bands made smaller and was totally impressed both times. First, the nice Korean lady was very courteous and made the repair in record time. I enjoyed the short wait in their spotless and comfortable waiting room, and the charge was extremely reasonable. I can not recommend this shop enough. I had never been there before till last week. I took a quartz watch into get repaired. I had tried to replace the battery myself and ended up damaging the movement. I explained to him what I had done, suspecting the worst but hoping I had just gotten the battery in wrong. He confirmed my fears after looking at it under a scope and showed me where the damage was. He chuckled friendly and said that he charged $7 normally for a battery & install. He replaced the entire movement for $70 and promised it in 10 days because he would need to order the movement. It's a $400 watch that i love so that sounded great to me. 4 days later I got a text that it was done. He does excellent work very reasonably. read more

I would not recommend watch repair. I paid for watch repair and picked up my watch and it was not fixed. It would not keep time. I call and speak with Michelle and I let her know my watch hasn't worked for one day since I picked it up a week earlier and she said to bring the watch back. I returned and it did not go well. It became very unprofessional. I was not treated like a valuable customer. I let her know I paid 45.00 dollars for nothing. She did refund me the money. Another customer was there wanting watch service and she heard my experience at Watch Masters and she gathered her watch (back) and hurriedly left the business. I was very disappointed in the way the owner handled this repair failure. Also, please be aware, when I dropped my watch off I had to pay "up front" before the watch repair. I returned and wanted to give them another chance. It didn't work out. read more

This a family run business in the north hills shopping center. They are very professional, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. They fix watches and clocks. I have had my batteries replaced in my watches. The price for services is very good. They are very honest. They will take the time to look at a watch that needs repair and they will tell you that it is not repairable or not worth the cost. read more

The mall watch repair shops became incredibly expensive so I went looking for a new battery here. I rarely write reviews but I've brought my watch here twice and they truly deserve an exceptional rating. New battery - incredibly reasonable and fast. But beyond that, the shop itself is delightful: set up like an elegant sitting room with help yourself goodies, delightful aroma with clean and very nice furniture. The lady who has helped me both times is so courteous and kind (I got cookies baked by her daughter for Easter!). I feel truly appreciated as a customer here. Please give it a try. read more

Watch Master serviced my TAG Heuser watch and what a great job he did!!! Exceeded my expectation. I went in for a battery change and was leery when they suggested I do a seal test. All that for $20. Since I have the watch for 13 years I figured I should get it done. As expected it failed. Even though I do not need it sealed since I am very careful not to get it wet I went ahead and authorized the work. Not only did he reseal the watch and changed the battery, he cleaned my watch inside and out. The best part is it costs me $45. read more

I am terribly disappointed with him. I discovered this shop a few years ago. I took my watch in for repair, a damage done by someone else...and was totally pleased! Recently, I took my same watch for a battery and an old cheap everyday watch that needed a battery and a crystal. My watch WAS water resistant...but no more! I thought they were a good establishment until my recent visit. I went in for what I was told would be a buffing of the crystal because it had a scratch on it and they would clean the interior because of water vapor on the inside of the crystal because of humidity. Waited 6 weeks and heard nothing from them so I went in finally. Was told to come back the next day basically because the watch repairer had been very busy. Came back two days later, told it was $20 and I paid and then noticed what looked like either a scratch or some kind of paint on to make it look like the gold. This is a gold vintage watch. When I asked what it was, I was then informed it was my fault because of damage from the cracked crystal. The crystal was scratched, not cracked. Then informed again that it was my fault and the woman just went back and asked the repairer what happened and then came back to say it was my fault. The repairer did not have the courage to face the person whose watch he had damaged. The woman took no responsibility and placed the blame on me to the point that she was aggressive that I became the same in return. This is a very expensive family watch which now I have to send to a reputable place in New Jersey because this place that I have been patronizing for 13 years now has severely damaged the face. The repairer did finally come out and give me my $20 back and they said leave. That I wasn't very nice, I guess because my $10,000+ watch is now damaged by them and they are pointing the finger at me. Strange that if it was damaged before they took it, they would have marked it on the ticket. She looked at it in front of me and voila, nothing but a scratched crystal. Beware of this business. Am I upset, yes. What can be done, from what I can see, not much but live, learn, and correct this as best that I can. Never will I do business with this place again and now you have been warned. If you need a battery and that's all, this is the place for you. Their mistake is going to cost me a minimum of $600 to fix the damage all because of needing a scratch on the crystal repaired. read more
