I understand offices have schedules to manage, but speaking to patients with respect should come first. This action contradicts the practice's stated commitment to children with special needs and shows disregard for long-standing patients. Completely unacceptable. Update: In searching for a new pediatric dentist, I have discovered that it is far from common to bar parents or guardians from staying with their children during treatment. Many practices, Raleigh Pediatric Dentistry for example, intentionally include seating in their treatment bays so family members can remain present. This raises a troubling question: why is Carolina Pediatric Dentistry so determined to keep parents/guardians out? What are they trying to hide?
