This was probably my least favorite experience at Any dealer. Does anyone speak english here? Kiddos to the salesman who did their best to be helpful but I felt very uncomfortable during the test drive while the two of them spoke Spanish. The first car they showed me had none of the options I asked for probably due to the language barrier. One of the managers who came over to introduce himself started to speak Spanish to me right away until the salesman told Him in Spanish that I didn't speak their language. The second time that same guy came over he then addressed me as "princess". We didn't buy here as I just didn't have a good feeling about that whole dealership and experience. Buyer BEWARE!!! My husband took my niece in to look at a car that she discussed at length with a woman (Kelly) at the dealership the day before. The car was listed with no issues noted on FB at $4,400+. She was told on the phone that the price had actually been lowered and the website hadn't been updated yet. The "new price" was $3900 (now showing on FB) + TT&R of $300. Ok, great! They got to the dealership for their appointment and the Kelly instantly got stumped by questions and she had to bring out some other dude (Miguel) who claims that the TT&R price was not correct and it would actually be another $1700 on top of the $3900 and tried some sob story about the dealership "needing to make money on the sale" so the total was actually going to be over $5000! As if the customer gives a tiny rat's butt about the dealership making money. Not our problem! Maybe your employee should not have given us a TT&R quote that was $1400 LOW! AND the car was apparently back in the garage for an undisclosed TRANSMISSION LEAK. I am SO tired of crooked dealerships and these scam artist salespeople. Midway Nissan seems to be comfortable with practicing financial fraud. I wrote them a check for a $20,000 down payment. They cashed the check and also used my banking information to send in another $20,000 debit transaction. Call for help & get the runaround. 3 hours later & no resolution. It should be easy to cancel the request. I send them a screenshot of the $20k check clearing & the $20k EFT debit from Midway. The response I get is "looks like we only did it once". Umm yeah. You only sent one UNAUTHORIZED debit transaction and cashed the check. Double charging you means nothing to these guys. They don't care they caused my account to overdraft. I'm so upset. On Saturday I did an online application for a 2014 ChevyCruze at Midway Nissan on Bell Rd. I provided all of my information including my ssn, job info and address. I received a response with the interest rate 16.88%. I got an alert from the credit bureau that my credit was ran. Sunday which was the next day, I was helped by Eli who stated he couldn't find my online application so I showed him the email. After test driving the car, Eli came back with a letter from the credit manager stating my interest rate would be 19.99%! The letter included a lot of extra fees and stated I could incur repair fees of $1699 even though the mechanic hadn't inspected the car! (SEE ATTACHED). The sales rep Eli persisted in trying to explain the fees even though he knew they were outrageous and not acknowledging that my credit was already ran and had documentation to prove a better rate. They were deliberately trying to make me pay more for the car. I was very disappointed and needless to say went home without a car. read more

This dealership does NOT care about its customers. I went to MISAEL MALDONADO. He lied from the get go. I told him I could not go above 12K for a used car. He promised multiple times. I wanted to look at a certain vehicle and as soon as I planned to come (no small feat without a car) he told me it was sold. I figured this was a lie but he swore he was telling the truth. When I became interested in another vehicle they had, it needed work. It needed floor mats, the windshield fixed, a new hood, scratches filled, new hubcaps. Misael promised it would be taken care of. And then he brought in his manager, Julio, who didn't care what I had been told and said the OTD would be more like 14K. I was angry and left. But I had to make a decision as the Ubering was expensive so I made some adjustments and gave a down payment. Misael strung me along, telling me it would be ready each day for a week. It wasn't ready until a full week after he initially told me (I finally figured out everything from his mouth was a lie by the time it was too late). Then I got the car. He had promised floor mats and new hubcaps. When I asked him about the floor mats, he deflected saying he had never promised that. I told him I needed hubcaps. He said he would go to AutoZone at a certain point to get me some. I had to keep reminding him. Finally, I got tired of waiting and went to AutoZone myself. I took my own time to do this and called Misael to reimburse me. He freaked out that it was $60. I was already so disgusted with his actions that I just wanted the transaction over. I asked how much he would pay. He said $30. The next week I was driving and the front bumper fell off, the rearview mirror broke as well as the AC. Thank God I had gotten a warranty. But the warranty only covered the AC and mirror. Misael's boss is Julio. Julio's boss is Josh, the General Sales Manager. Josh initially told me he would cover the full hubcap payment and get back to me about the front bumper. (I found out from the service manager the front bumper would be $740, parts and labor. This is ONE month after I bought the car). Josh ignored my calls and texts for a week until he told me to contact Julio. Julio said my warranty wouldn't cover the front bumper, which I already knew. I was waiting for Josh to tell me if he would cover the bumper, since I HAD JUST PURCHASED THE CAR. Josh hemmed and hawed and didn't even have the balls to tell me (over TEXT even) that he wouldn't cover it. He just stopped responding to me. These people are disgusting crooks. Never buy from here. Take my word for it. Avoid this dealership, and especially MISAEL, JULIO, AND JOSH, like the Plague. They are only in business to screw you. read more

The dealership and salesmen run up the price of a car with additional and UNNECESSARY warranties. They give you the run around of things, lie to make it seem like you are getting a good deal and don't bring to your attention all of the extra charges. Not to mention they rush you through the whole process. I walked out of the lot with my car and was promised a specific car payment, was told to come back another day to finish the paperwork, they make it seem as if they didn't want me to have to waste time sitting there all day but it was only to figure out how to add more on without me there. When I went to finish out all the paperwork my payments was increased by almost $100 and at that point I was in a corner because I had drove the car off the lot. Posting this review every where I am able. I wish I had read the yelp reviews before I wasted my time with this dealership. Classic "bait and switch" approach to luring in unsuspecting buyers. They quote one price online then jack up the price by almost $2,000 when you arrive on the lot with "mandatory" dealer added equipment. You have to read the fine print is their response. Even if they give you a price on the phone, with dealer added equipment included, they will not honor it once you get to the dealership. All of a sudden people who were available all the time to lure you in cannot be found, or bothered, to even speak with you once you arrive at the lot. They will say anything to get you to their lot but will not honor their verbal deal. They will go as far as recording your conversation, playing it back, and then cutting off the recording of their people agreeing to the deal. Don't trust them to honor their deal unless it is in writing since they will say almost anything to lure you in. This dealership is why people are turned off by the car buying experience. This was the 3rd Nissan purchase I was involved with (my own, my kids, etc...) and dealing with Midway Nissan was horrible. They are dishonest in my opinion and do not respect you or your time. I had a similar experience with another dealership owned by the same company but not as blatant nor was the other dealer rude like this one. People don't usually take their cars to dealerships for repairs if they don't have to. Dealerships have a bad reputation for overcharging, trying to sell you maintenance or repairs that aren't needed and being generally smarmy. Come on, you know it's true. When my vehicle needed a repair, I put it off far longer than I should have. First, I took it to a non-dealer repair shop. For a reasonable price, they almost got it right, but missed it. I tried another very highly recommended and rated repair shop that quoted 3 thousand dollars, and I had to leave it a week. Next, I contacted ABC Nissan, and they quoted 6 thousand. For maintenance, I had taken my car to ABC Nissan for years, but they're now not providing quality service, and 6k was just ridiculous. I decided to give Midway a shot. I'm so glad I did, and I'm now a Midway customer going forward. My service advisor, Tim Roberts, was great to work with. He got me in quickly, did exactly as promised, kept me informed, and didn't try tacking on a bunch of unnecessary stuff. The quickest way to lose my business is to try high-pressure tactics or blow sunshine up my skirt, and Tim did none of that. I wish I knew the name of the technician who worked on my car. He stuck with it on a long, tedious, and dirty job. He tested the results over and over to make sure the job was done right. That $6,000 job that ABC Nissan quoted cost me $500 at Midway and took a couple of hours. As long as I was there, I had the oil changed, and it didn't cost any more than if I had taken it to someplace like Wal-Mart or Jiffy Lube. Earlier today, my step daughter and her boy friend stopped by Midway Nissan to obtain value on her boy friends car. Instead, the low life assholes at Midway express interest in selling my step daughter a car and her trading in her Honda. They took her keys and looked at her Honda and kept them hostage for nearly 3 hours attempting to force them into a deal. My step daughter called me and I threatened Midway Nissan that I am showing up with the police if they did not return her keys immediately and stop harassing her. As a result, I recommend everyone stay away from this fraudulent organization and seek other dealerships. Simply read other ratings online for more feedback on how they operate. Horrible service. I got my oil changed today and was told my battery is dead. I have been driving around all day starting my car normally and nothing wrong with it. The car came back "washed" but more dirty then it was when I gave it to them. They lied about the battery and not only that, I was waiting forever to get my car and was told oh they're jumping the car. DON'T come here!!! They are very dishonest and will over charge you. Don't get any of their warranty. They overcharge and will deny you any issue you have with your vehicle, so it won't get covered. I paid for a Bronze Warranty $2600 and to come find out it doesn't cover anything waste of money. Mohammad is their Financial Manager he is the most dishonest person he will act like he is there to help. But he has blacked mail more than once. One time there was an issue with the warranty (first contract). They did a bait and switch. It took them about 14 days to make a contract that was agreed apond. Well, that never happened. Mo, finally I went back in and and had to sign a contract. That was, number wasn't right? The first contract for the Bronze Warranty I paid $1600 and the final contract for the same Bronze Warranty I paid $2600 for the same exact thing. I asked Mom why that was for a higher warranty. He said no, I asked why. He said sign it or deal off. So, not right, this man knew I loved this car, and he did everything wrong especially letting them know this was my first time experiencing this. Okay, then the other time was when Mom called me and let me know they were sorry for the experience I wanted through, and they wanted to help with parts that were needed for $200, and also, he wanted to show him how much he cared he would add another thousand dollars and would up my warranty to a good and for 32,000 miles or 3 years. But all you have to do is update with a claim I submitted with BBB stating they got a hold of me and resolved my claim. He also signed a paper saying he put $1000 of his own dollars to upgrade my warranty. I was so happy. I thought at least after all the stuff I went through they called and offered this. That's awesome. I was so wrong. Well, Mo had another financial manager drop off the check and warranty contract which I needed to sign. Well, I signed that and then there was a paper NOT the paper Mo said I needed to sign due to him upgrading my warranty with his money. It was a paper stating I would give my rights away for me to not be able to report or review on any social media, or I to be sued if I did so. I signed the warranty and grabbed the check and kept the paper that was not agreed or brought up. So then my husband handed it to Sebastian and Mo called me right away saying, you didn't sign the paper and said why would I sign a paper saying I would not be able to voice my experience with you and your dealership if you are doing wrong. Mind you, this is also a place where higher dishonest and this respectful employees. Joseph is another financial manager that made sexual accusations at me infront of my husbands Aunt and my son and husband waiting on the waiting room. This place is full of frauds and crooks! Let me explain. I purchased a vehicle on August 1st. I traded in a vehicle and put down $8,500 to make sure I didn't have any negative equity on the new vehicle. Two weeks passed and my trade-in hadn't been paid off (usually your trade is paid off within 10 days), so I inquired what was going on. Never heard back from my sales person, Kristal, or the finance guy, Hector. Another week passes and still my trade hasn't been paid off and no one is responding to my emails or returning my calls. Long story short, they had a hard time getting the deal financed (I'm the signer on my mom's and two brother's vehicles). At this point I figured I would take back my trade and give them back their vehicle, which they would not accept. Instead, the finance director told me I was being irrational and unreasonable. Fast forward. It's almost mid September and still nothing. They finally push the loan through Nissan Finance. You would assume this is a good thing. However, they never informed me that the vehicle finally got finance. That by itself is not a big deal. Eventually loan documents will arrive at my house. Here's the problem. Nissan Finance goes off the original date of contract to determine due date. Because it wasn't financed until 6+ weeks after the contract (Aug 1st), I started off with my account past due. How in the world does this even happen? The vehicle has only been financed for two weeks and yet I'm in collections with Nissan Finance due to the August 1st contract date. Keep in mind, my trade-in vehicle still has not been paid off so I've been making the monthly payments on that as well. I contacted Nissan Finance to get this resolved. They stated that someone from the dealership has to call them and get it fixed. To make a longer story shorter, I contacted the dealership (spoke with a number of people) and no one has been willing to help. I have finally submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If this is what they're willing to do to a disabled veteran who faithfully served this country, I can't imagine what they're willing to do others. This is why I went to midway Chevy. I already disliked coming here, I always feel uncomfortable. The customer service is forced or not even there. I got locked out of my car going to Midway Chevy. If I could leave no stars I would. I attempted to purchase a car on Saturday. They gave me a deal with an interest rate and payments. I signed and agreed to this deal. I signed the title and registration, gap insurance agreement, extended warranty, and a few other things. The part I should have known was a red flag was that Miguel the finance guy was rushing us through the process and told me the banks are closed on Saturday so they had to wait for the final approval on Monday but then let me drive off the lot with the car even had me add the car to my insurance. They collected my down payment. And said all I would have to do sign and finalize the financing on Monday. Well Monday came and went and no call, nothing. So I assumed everything was in order. Then today I received a call from Miguel asking me if I had a co-signer. Then tried to give me a run around saying they are still working on an approval. Then he gave me over to his finance manager Mo who tried to do the same thing. "Oh we are looking into other banks" and all this other bullshit. So I basically had to return the vehicle. And the manager who I spoke to over the phone on Friday before even coming in his name Brandon was all about helping me until I came to deal with the finance department. He like hid from me and couldn't even face me. I feel lied to, tricked, and manipulated. Just because I'm a young girl they thought I was uneducated on car buying. How do you let someone drive off a lot without full approval on a loan? If they would have told me up front that I wasn't approved I would have left and gone elsewhere. Very rarely do I write reviews, but my experience at Midway Nissan warrants one. Go to any other dealership and save yourself the waiting time. To preface: I live 3 hours from this dealer, so getting there was no small task. Also, I had done extensive research and test drives and I knew I specifically wanted a Nissan Rogue SV (which they had in stock). I called in the morning and an unenthusiastic salesman confirmed they had the car in stock and that he would try to hold onto the keys for me. I get all the way to dealership and find the salesman I talked to on the phone. He has me do a guest survey and asks to make a copy of my Id. After waiting 20 minutes, he tells me he'll go grab the car. As we are walking out, he informs me the car is actually a Rogue S (one step down on the trim level than an SV) but is listed at the same price as an SV. I informed him that this is not what I wanted, and especially not for this price. But, I take it on a test drive anyway and ask him to find new price since the advertisement was a lie. We get back from our test drive and he starts to explain that the features are all the same because this is a special edition, the only thing wrong on the sheet in the window is that it says it's an SV. This is also a lie as we look at the sheet that lists the SV features that are not included in this car such as keyless entry, remote start, automatic lift gate, push to start, etc. as well as the Kelly Blue Book price that is listed for the SV. Our salesman tells us they are almost done crunching the numbers inside, so we go and wait. After 30 minutes, they come in the room with the sheet that breaks down price. Oh boy, here we go! The price on the car is the same exact price as an SV, not to mention all of these extra fees and options. (Really Midway, a $400 tire fee for "replacing" the tires on a car with 9,000 miles?). I tell them this does not work, remove all of the option and bring the car price down or we are leaving. After waiting another 30 minutes, our salesman brings his manager (thank goodness for somebody with some actual information!). Unfortunately, the manager brings us the same exact price and tells us that was what their cost of the car was. I was shopping for the 2021Nissan Rogue SV and the first dealer was trying to sell me the base model. I called Midway Nissan and spoke to Mario. I told him what I was looking for and at what price point I was willing to settle for.. to my amazement ( my excellent credit score helps) he got the deal done better than I asked. He kept his word that if I drove there, nothing would change and it didnt! He truly went out of his way to make the deal and kept his word.. Very unusual to find a car salesman who actually works with your interest in mind.. truly was the best car purchase I have ever. Because of Mario, Midway Nissan has a lifelong client! Typically I take my car to a private auto shop, I get better service. I decided to take my car to Midway Nissan to get an oil change mind you my car is a 2020 I got my oil changed on November 18, my sticker in my window says, I need a new oil change at 20,400 miles. My car currently has 16,200 miles. Yesterday night I got a pop-up on my dashboard that said I needed to get an oil change and 907 miles. I called Midway Nissan this morning, they don't have any idea what happened. They need to have a service writer call me back. I have no faith in anyone calling me back. I'm pretty upset that typically when you service a vehicle you follow through with everything which means if you touch the radio you put the radio back if you have an oil change you reset a new car so that it starts from the beginning and you know when to get your oil change again! So they were either in a hurry, and didn't complete all of their duties or they didn't give a shit about anybody's car and this was just about how many cars they can get completed in the least amount of time! I will never go back to Midway Nissan again! I do not recommend them. I have no idea if I'll get a call back, for them to tell me "oh we forgot to reset your car" or "please bring your car in" or whatever the case maybe! I am very discouraged and frustrated. As I predicted, no one called me back and I called again this afternoon! All Jorge could say was "those knuckle heads didn't reset your car" way to take ownership of your guys! Unbelievable! I've been using their services I've been using their services for one of my business vans (Nissan NV) and followed all of their recommendations and always paid their asking price no question asked. But yesterday when I brought my van to fix my AC compressor not only they have charged me $170 just to diagnose the problem but they also quote me $2,200 to replace the compressor!! After a few phone calls to some other local shops I was able to find a top rated shop to do the job for $900 out the door! I always use the dealership thinking I'm getting an added value but them trying to charge me more than double its just outrageous and they lost my business for good. As a local businesses owner, I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. read more
