We purchased a 2026 KIA Sportage Prestige Hybid in the scorching heat this summer. We practically had the whole sales team assisting us at one point or another. All were very accommodating and helpful. They gave me a great trade-in value for my Ford F-150, and worked with the numbers to get me where I needed to be to feel comfortable with a payment. The vehicle they sold me was at another dealership and had to be delivered to the Peoria dealership, but something slowed the transaction down and they apparently couldn't deliver the vehicle to me when promised. So...the sales manager offered us the exact same vehicle but the 2027 model they had on the lot already, for the same price. I frankly have never had that happen before but it was a very impressive gesture by the dealership and certainly one we couldn't turn down! While the amount of hours spent at the dealership was a bit overwhelming, we couldn't be more pleased at the outcome. So far we love the car, and very much appreciate the friendliness and extra effort from the sales team to get us into the vehicle we needed. read more

Second review of this location. Again, 10 out of 10 experience. I was having a warranty related issue. It was actually complex and hidden. I arrived and Trevor took care of me right off the bat. Had a technician come and ride around the block with me to hear the issue in real time. Ended up being a motor mount that was totally handled by the warranty. Knocked it out in a couple hours. Trevor is the man! I wish I caught the name of the technician. He was also a huge help. I wandered around checking other cars out while I waited. Jacob took care of us in the sales department. None of the pressuring you get at other dealerships. He was very informative and helped us with a test drive. Highly recommend Jacob in sales and Trevor in service advising. They use remanufactured (used) parts for warranty and service repairs. The nearby Kia dealer uses only OEM parts. Spent 4 hours in noisy area attempting to buy a new 2026 Sportage. Could not get a clear OTD price. My wife and I left very fatigued. Would not match nearby Kia dealer's price until the next day after I had already purchased the identical Sportage at the other dealer.. In all my years purchasing a car this has been the bottom of the barrel customer service. You had a salesman who was not my salesman be rude to me because he was inconvenienced to help out his fellow employee. He (Jacobo) walked around with such arrogance. He treated me like I was just a "woman" at a car dealership thinking I did not know what to do. He grabbed forcefully a license place where I was sitting from the table, never returned my license and told me that the loaner car was ready outside for me and running and that I could leave. I asked him that I had never spoken to my salesman , Kirk or the manager Scott. He replied that I did not need to speak to them because they were busy and I could talk to him. He was rushing me out and I hadn't explained to Kirk what was wring with the vehicle. He said I could just deal with him. Also they did not fix the window correctly and I had to make another trip to the dealership. It was an inconvenience. I made a call to he dealership to speak with my salesman and overheard the receptionist and my salesman, Kirk speaking to each other and saying that he needs to tell me "to stop calling and the car would be ready when it will be ready" I had only called that one time. The manage Scott was informed and said he would address it. Not sure if it was. When finally went back for the last time I was never greeted by my salesman even though he saw me ---twice. The manager Scott didn't try to make it right with me by possibly offering floor mats that were missing with the car. I didn't ask for anything but it would have been nice. Instead I purchased some from the service department for $25. I am sure the dealership could have footed the bill knowing how bad I was treated but the manager did nothing. I wasted $300 over a miscommunication. When you're getting work done on a car, please ensure that everything is clear as day. Last week I came in with my car and spoke to a technician. We were both in agreement that my starter might need to be replaced. My car was then handed down to Alex. I called and mentioned the starter and if that looks like that's the issue, let's go ahead and replace it. The next morning I received a list of things to "fix" that were unrelated to my issue (nothing was listed about the starter). So I declined and received a phone call where I asked "is there anything on that list that you think will fix my problem?" He replied saying "the battery." Among the list, there was a "battery maintenance" so I thought this is what he had meant. I went ahead and agreed to go ahead with that. The reason I had assumed it was "battery maintenance" was because prior to coming here, I had my battery tested by 2 places and both said my battery was fine. I had also mentioned this to the first technician and he agreed my battery was okay. So, to my surprise, I found out Alex had replaced my battery and basically wasted my money for something I didn't need! Guess what? My car still doesn't function correctly on top of that! Thanks guys! To reply: You didn't communicate properly what work you'd be doing on my car and let me leave the lot with BOTH of my warning lights still active. Communication was incredibly poor and I do not trust taking my car back to you guys. I took it to where I usually get my car maintenanced: Zarate Auto Care. They resolved my issue within a couple of days and didn't give me a long list of bull crap! read more

In the middle of a 112º Phoenix day the week of July 4th ....my AC finally went out on my 2012 Kia Forte5. Came back to the expertise of Trevor Hodge (who got me in the next day!) and his crew to get a new AC system, plus a scheduled 3-point fuel system clean up/flush, new spark plugs, radiator flush, oil change, engine air filter, and they even pulled a superficial nail head out of a tire. Was it all cheap? Nope. Was it all worth it? Yep. As usual, the prices at this dealership, IMO, are fair if not slightly lower than most Kia dealerships in the area. My biggest plus for this location? HONESTY and SKILL. I know from experience that Trevor and his team will never tell me I need something that I don't, or make out that something is an "emergency" when it is not. Now, the AC is blowing strong and cold again, I'm getting better gas mileage, and know that my car won't overheat in this extreme weather. Peace of mind for our cars is hard to find and even harder to keep. If that's what you're looking for with your Kia, this might just be your favorite dealership. read more

I went in person to talk about the key and the general manager I believe came to me to talk personally saying when I first calls in about the key not working he wasn't there and the sales person I was working with didn't have the authority to fix it without him there he offered to have a person come to my house and fix it for me free of charge and apologize for the situation he was very kind about it and fixed it quickly once I saw him. The person who came to fix my key was very kind and came the next day he finished quicker than the estimate given and ended up giving me a new key because the old one couldn't be fixed so now I have 2 keys. While the key person was there he also did my moms key he ended up discounting my moms key he gave her and he was very sweet I'm not 100% sure why he discontinued but he was very sweet and we appreciated it. read more

Took my car to Kia Earnhardt Peoria for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall fix. Once again, the oil was overfilled and splattered everywhere. After I pointed it out, the service manager, Alexander Smith, said they'd fix it--yet 45 minutes later, nothing had changed. When I brought it up again, he shrugged and walked away. Worst of all, they disconnected both of my children's car seats without telling me. They looked secure, so I drove off--and my 2-year-old's seat tipped over while he was strapped in. He was hurt, and it could have been much worse. My 3-month-old son was not in the vehicle at the time -- otherwise the situation could have been far worse. This is extremely unsafe and unprofessional. My lawyer has been notified. I will never return. NOTE: I called on 11/26/25 regarding this matter and was told the service manager was on "vacation". It's 12/2/25 and I still haven't received a call back. read more

Just picked up a Certified pre-owned EV6 and we're very happy with both the car and our buying experience. Melynda walked us through the buying process from beginning to end and she made the sale easy, quick and enjoyable. She was well versed with the product and listened carefully to our questions and concerns during the test drive and she addressed every one of them before delivering the final product! Her attention to detail and follow through was impressive! One of our goals was to take advantage of the federal tax credit and she worked very hard with her manager to make it happen. Joe from the financial department ensured that the paperwork was processed promptly and didn't try to hold us hostage by trying to sell us unnecessary products. We purchased our 2021 Kia Sorento from another dealership just 5 weeks before. The check engine light came on. We were, or course, very concerned and took it to the dealership we bought it from. After 2 days of waiting (and some pressure from the sales manager) we were told that they could not fix it and we needed to go to a Kia dealer. We were lucky enough to take it Earnhardt Peoria Kia. Alex, the service advisor, was great. He said that the problem diagnosed by the other dealer was under warranty and could be fixed. Also, there were several recall issues that had not been addressed and they would also fix them. He did say that it could possibly take a day or two. Well, 5 hours later he called to say that everything was done and we could pick up our call. One of the technicians (I wish we had gotten his name) was able to work on our car. Thank you so much to both of them. After the poor service we had received from the other dealership this was amazing customer service. Chuck, Zach and Elijah were amazing helps in finding my new car. I showed up about an hour before I needed to be at my work that is just down the street. I was greeted quickly but not forcefully by Zach who was extremely helpful in showing me the cars I was initially looking for. I explained my situation, which was extremely difficult. I have excellent credit, but just totaled my last car and insurance wouldn't cover it. I gave them my monthly budget and Zach went to get Chuck, who was honest, kind and worked extremely hard to find a car that would work for me. My budget was $425 at the most. We went through multiple different cars trying to find one that I could get. I came in, met with Chuck and Elijah, and found a 2025 white kia soul that I fell in love with. Unfortunately that one was out of my budget, so they worked extremely hard to find the closest thing we could get. Chuck and Zach got me into a red 2021 kia soul with 41,000 miles on it. BEWARE! Initially they seemed great, they got me into a vehicle that fit my needs and was at a tolerable monthly price point. Financing took forever, but was told that the in house financing picked up the loan and " we even got you a lower monthly payment!". I signed all purchase agreements, left with purchase contract, plates in my name and vehicle registration and when about life. 10 days after purchase I received a call from Leo in finance saying I needed to come in and resign finance documents. When I asked for reasoning, he said he needed to change a few things on them and I just needed to sign them again. I asked if the changes would increase payment, he said "only by a couple dollars" when I asked for new monthly payment he quoted a payment that $35 dollars more than our agreed on payment (which was already nearing my max comfort price) I told him I already had a signed purchase agreement and wouldn't be signing anything new. He reassured me that it would be taken care of and that original agreement would be honored. Another 10 days went by and I heard nothing, assuming it had all been sorted out, but noticed my previous car had not been paid off. I called and spoke with Early, who was condescending and told me he would call by Monday to "present my options". When I clarified that present my options meant higher payment, more down payment or vehicle return he said " basically". I did make him aware that my constantly car sick child had already christened the vehicle with vomit and he said " that's fine we can detail it". 3 WEEKS AFTER "purchase" I was told they wanted the car back or a ton of cash over what we agreed. I WAS FORCED to bring back a vehicle that I had a signed purchase agreement on. A few days after return, I pulled my credit report and they have submitted so much against it, that I have a 84 point drop in score, so a previous great credit score, was destroyed by this dealership. I have purchased many vehicles, a few in similar circumstances and never once have I encounter something like this. I would advise anyone considering Earnhardt Kia to STAY FAR AWAY. Refund of my down payment too 3 days to return. The individual I spoke with multiple times regarding return stated " they are good at removing the money, but not so great at giving it back" Bottom line, business practice of this dealership is legally questionable and sketchy at best. They lie to move cars. I believe they sold the vehicle knowing that they were going ask for vehicle back. Save yourself the headache and the financial doom they will cause. Initial response from dealership states that I as the buyer was not transparent however, I came in completely transparent, actually came in holding the credit score report from previous dealer score of 723, sales manager handed me a paper identical, with a score of 723. As reported by Earl, finance decided to present to the bank as a 740, FALSIFYING the finance information they presented. Repeatedly Earl (finance director) states " you have great credit, I would lend you the money if it were up to me" so please, let's not make false claims about how I presented myself, I came in completely transparent. I was asked to put down $7,000 more than what was agreed on. They claim I was not transparent with credit ( they pulled it on their own)I provided employment, financials and credit access which they also took full liberty of with excessive submissions and use of my credit information . The least the dealership could have done, is own up to their shady and questionable legal practice. They had every opportunity to hold to their original promises. The attempt to insinuate that I was not truthful with the information provided to dealership, was completely expected. It only solidifies the practice of the dealer and their inability to accept fault for their actions read more

They won't take ownership on their misleading sales practices, poor customer service, and lack of care for the customers they help. Between the time we made the deal and took delivery, there was more mileage on the vehicle. Personal items in car - charging cable and prescription sun glasses. Bird turd on auto roof.
