If I could give zero stars, I would. Midway Nissan has been one of the most dishonest, unprofessional, and frustrating dealerships I've ever dealt with. When I purchased my vehicle, they explicitly agreed to remove the pinstripes and included that promise in the "We Owe" agreement. Simple enough, right? WRONG. After the sale was finalized, they suddenly changed their tune and told me they wouldn't be able to remove them. Instead, they offered me a $200 check as compensation. Not ideal, but fine - except they then spent FOUR WEEKS dodging my calls, making excuses, and doing everything possible to ignore and delay me. I was passed around from person to person, lied to, and treated like a problem rather than a customer they had already wronged. It wasn't until I told them I was prepared to contact the Arizona Attorney General that they finally decided to take me seriously and issue the check they had promised weeks ago. So, I need to now update my review to lower my rating. The company didn't get my title submitted and then lied when I called them. Here's how I know. The day before I called, nothing was showing on the MVD website regarding my title. I call the next day and they transfer me to the title lady, who says, "Oh, this was already submitted." I ask her when and am told two weeks ago. However, I find it very surprising that two days after I called it is now up on the MVD site and showing submitted the day I called them. Why not just apologize for the mess up and say "this is being corrected immediately?" Things happen and I wouldn't have complained. However, I HATE the lying of this place. They kept showing me cars that were not detailed and had not gone through all the inspections. I had 1 request to replace the tires because I knew they were not good. They gave me a report saying that they were fine, but I had another shop look at them, and they told me they need to be replaced. After doing business here for 7 years & always trusting their service, I was in today for a routine oil change, only to be told I failed inspections on a list of things they only just replaced & already paid for on my last visit, telling me I needed all these things again only 7500 miles & 6 months later. I looked these things up & at minimum they should have lasted a year. One item they tell me needs replacement was replaced 6 months & 7500 miles ago & should need replacement only every 30,000 miles. So either they did not complete the service I paid for 6 months ago or they are trying to get me to pay for it twice today. I will only do the bare minimum here going forward & start taking my service needs elsewhere. Their service contacts are also not covering parts of the car that are outside of routine wear & are actually parts the car was built with now considered faulty. Don't bother with a service contract here. They don't stand behind it. And how did so much becomes critically in need of replacement today when there was no sign of any of this only 7500 miles ago! Buyer beware!!!! I was a potential buyer. I was interested in a truck and called the sales department. I worked with Daisy, and she was overall pretty attentive. I sent my credit app in early and she sent me a video. I did asked her specifically to make sure I wouldn't be surprised by anything when I got there since I live 45 min away. She explained the truck is "gorgeous" and nothing surprising.... Keep in mind, I, like everyone else, have purchased a vehicle before, by a private seller and dealership so my expectations were set pretty high from experiences I've had in the past. I arrived at the dealership and people were friendly for the most part. We were 15 min early and the first thing Daisy said was "your appt is 45 away". I'm like nope, we are 15 min early, but if you're not busy what's the issue... she seemed a bit annoyed for me to be early. The manager came out and told us how amazing the truck was, perfect condition, and how he bought it himself from a seller for the dealership..... this threw a few red flags out for me, since I've had managers tell me great choice, nice truck, whatever.... But he was pushing how great the truck looked. We walked outside after they brought it out and at first glance yeah, it looked great. After closer inspections, there was hail damage in the drivers side on the back quart of the truck. It wasn't a ton so I thought, yeah I'm already gonna work on the final price if I decide I want this truck. Overall it was in good condition...went for a test drive and I was really considering buying this vehicle. The whole time Daisy really didn't say a word, seemed annoyed, and was short. I was telling her if I purchased it I would want a deep detail since there was hair, dirt and grime in corners of the cup holders, stains on the arm rest and seats, and left over detail spray from when they just wiped it down.... When I returned I pulled it under the light so I can take a closer look at the hail damage and do a walk around. As I was honestly about to tell them let's do numbers, something was telling me to look at the top of the truck, so I hopped up and looked at the hop of the truck and I shit you not, it looks like a German woman was hired to dance up there every night with heavy wooden clogs. The damage was absolutely horrendous. Right away I was like absolutely not, and I immediately got frustrated that Daisy didn't give me a heads up. Worst part was she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about.... I told her I'm done, not interested. As I walked to get the keys to my potential trade in and the manager was like "how'd you like it, great choice right", I'm like yeah except for all the freaking damage!!!! He's like what damage, I said the extensive hail damage on top, he then admitted to knowing about it and told me it's hard to get fixed.... I told him you were about to sell me a truck with extensive damage!!!! I asked for my keys and he's like "it's too bad we can't make a deal, I was gonna offer 8k for your truck"..... my first thought was what a douche, my truck is a bit older but in 10x better condition with way more options then that clog dancefloor of a truck. The options I have put in by itself are worth more than 8k. He almost got me to come back and talk to him but I just jammed.......... I did send them a text and let them now know unprofessional this all was, and how inexcusable the whole experience was. I told them if they agreed to repair all the hail damage I would consider, but the price would have to be negotiated..... they said they would call me the next day. Today I got a call and they told me all they could repair is the side of the truck. That answered my questions 30k for a beat up truck, na..... beware this place is shady af. ****UPDATE**** They asked me to call Aimee and pretend to care in their message on here. On Friday 12/20/2024, I was contacted on a basic basis to change the engine oil, but the car was taken by the glass and transported openly, and this is what happened, and only the windshield wipers were changed. When they contacted me to receive the car, the surprise was as usual. I was deceived and charged other bills. We heard before about Labor Day and other things with double. This cost me $114 to change the oil and windshield wipers. The worst and finally, the way I deal with the servants known as Jason. This place is terrible and customers are exposed to being fixed by the rude and unprofessional workers. A group of rabble who steal your money in different ways. Other than this place, I will clean it completely, even for the simplest access. This is the second time that a problem has stopped with the same workers who failed in the problem of the sound being cut off in the radio device. Everything they prevented them from asking for a change in the entire radio, but the result is that the last radio does not work, as they say. A group of backward people and the person in charge of them is a person who does not respect customers. If I could give negative stars, I would. I knew going into this place that they were going to be skeevy people just because that's what car salesmen usually are. However, after going in with a car that I wanted to trade in, they did not give me anything that I was looking for, but we're bound determined to try to take my car from me because it was a decently aged car with decent miles. I wish I would have kept my car to be honest. I wish I could go back. My boyfriend also purchased a car that day they gave him a horrible deal. They gave him a car a week after we bought it. It already needed a service due from Carfax. So you're going to tell me that you have this car on your lot for how long that you can't do all necessary and due services on it before selling it? Also a month into having the car we had to fix a nail in the tire and we could not even patch the tires. We had to buy all new tires because the tires had been patched so many times and we're so botched and bad that we could not even repair them even though the hole in the tire was not in the wall and was easily repairable if the tires were in any kind of decent condition. While I was there the used car salesman tried to offer me his vape as well as made a comment about my car seat covers that happened to be covered in mushrooms, asking me if I did drugs. Like what in the world? You guys need to make this right, this is ridiculous. I have bought used cars before and never had this kind of experience. You will get scammed. I bought a car from Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale in 2020, so I thought I would be savvy to their tricks. I cought most but still got Scammed. I can only tell you about my experience in hopes you go in armed with this information so they don't pull this on you. First scam. When they tell you the amount of the Kelly Bluebook Value of your trade in, ask to see the print out. I traded a 2020 Sentra SR with 35k miles that was in very good condition. I only had a minimal scrape on the side of the front bumper. They listed my car as "fair" condition. The printout stated only 18% of the vehicles will fall in this category having major mechanical or body damage. That dropped the value by $3,000. Make sure they didn't list your trade in as "fair" condition unless it is. I accidentally saw that print out. They told me I never should've seen that. They said they normally don't show that to customers. Here is the second scam they pulled and got away with. I went in during March Madness. The sales agent always sent us away as he pulled a vehicles up for a test drive and pulled the sticker price out of the window. He put it under the front seat so we didn't see the actual price. When I asked the price, he gave me an inflated amount. In my case, he said it was $38,400. He then showed me, on a computer screen, a discount that I was told was the March Madness discount of $2,2 and change that took the price of the vehicle to $35k and change which was the ACTUAL sticker price of that vehicle in the first place. The price of $38,4 and the " so called discount" was never printed out so now I don't have proof they inflated the sticker price and showed me a made up discount bring the price of the vehicle to the original sticker price. So, I never received a discount. If they show you a price and offer a discount, make sure you see for yourself the sticker price and request for them to print that discount out. The whole time they were pulling the sheet over my eyes, they stated repeatedly how they pride themselves on customer satisfaction. That was scam number three. This next one I wouldn't count as a scam but I was told, since I was trading in a Nissan for another, they would give me a loyalty discount. I never received that because I was focused on catching all the number games they like to play. I dropped that ball just by the amount of them I was trying to juggle. Next time I buy a vehicle, I will go to CarMax. Oh yeah, they will keep your keys from you so you can't leave. I was told three different people had my keys. When asked for them, they stated they didn't have them. read more

We took delivery only the next morning the car broke down due to engine seizure. I never received this kind of rude response and don't care attitude from any of my other cars, so far I owned Honda, Toyato and unfortunately I chosen Nissan for EV.. The car was good for last 4 years and recently it started showing battery issues. When I took it to this dealer first round they said they updated software and that should take care of the problem, and still did not solve it. So went again and they took a day to respond saying they cannot do anything until the problem get worst, so that mean they wont solve the problem even though they knew there is a problem and asking the customer to wait until they stuck in middle of somewhere and getting into more trouble before they start fixing the issues.. Even though I provided the video recordings of the problem, they say they need a better video :(, the video I provided them clearly say there is some problem.. Requested loud clicking noise to be looked into but was told had to reschedule or leave the car overnight with no rental option, was never approached about rescheduling. When picking up my vehicle after a minor service I noticed all my silver coins had disappeared and some of my items were moved around, also when opening my hood engine I noticed the Engine filter was exposed. After watching a YouTube video I learned how to easily cover my engine filter after 2 step process. Kiddos to the salesman who did their best to be helpful but I felt very uncomfortable during the test drive while the two of them spoke Spanish. The first car they showed me had none of the options I asked for probably due to the language barrier. One of the managers who came over to introduce himself started to speak Spanish to me right away until the salesman told Him in Spanish that I didn't speak their language.
