After getting back in the Patient Room I waited for another 30 minutes for the Doctor's assistant to come in came in to tell me that they won't be seeing me since the blood work wasn't in, after they charged me 1 hour &15 minutes prior before.. Btw, the doctors assistant is/was Rude always!!! Dr. Z is a very good doctor but her staff is racist and unkind!!!

The doctors work from like 9-2 M-Thur. It's ridiculous. Constantly pawned off onto a nurse practitioner. A minimum of 72 hours for a return phone call from a nurse. You could drop dead by then!!! The last Dr. called in an RX for an injection med without telling me. I refused it. That was the last straw. I googled my Dr. who left, found him and drive 40 minutes to see him.
