I rented a truck in March 2023, paid for it and received a confirmation, received the receipt, and was ready to go. The day before I was to get the truck in May, I got an email reminding me that I had a rental the next day, another email asking if I wanted the insurance, and then two emails telling me that my truck was canceled. Phone calls to this location goes straight to voicemail that is always full - what a joke. Calls to the various Budget customer service numbers could get transferred to dead ends. Eventually reach someone who told me that budget would fund up to $250 above a different rental with the competitor and I had to do was send them the receipt. That's not much help when you have to move. What inspired to spend three minutes of my life sharing my experience was getting a notification that Budget's email servers refused to accept my email asking what happened to my rental. Budget is not a good choice, especially this Budget.

I originally rented for 2 days knowing I wouldn't be back before they closed. They said as long as it was returned by 24 hours of checking it out, they would refund the second day. We got there by midnight and dropped the keys in their Dropbox and they refunded our 2nd day charge without us having to drive there the next day.

Went back to get another vehicle and I got one. But they treated me like I broke it. They said they tested it it worked and the trailer i was hauling was the issue. So after I got a another truck and now returning the truck. They said they would charge me if I didn't return the truck in the am even if I got the replacement truck in the afternoon. SMH
