Danny, Oscar and Ryan were absolutely amazing to deal with. I was debating buying a Ram Laramie and thought I had my heart set on one. After a 15 minute phone call with Danny and Ryan I couldn't stop looking at Ford Lightnings. My local Ford dealers didn't give me the same level of comfort, they had me sit in offices for hours while they "talked to their managers". I went to Junge, a 3.5 hour drive away from my house because of how honest and upfront they were and when I need another car or truck I'll probably do it again! Oscar helped me get everything set up in the truck, showed me how to use chargers, set up my FordPass account, plan my drive home, everything. I have gone to Junge for a long time and have referred others there. They measure thread depth but, for some reason didn't notice the outside and the inside of my front tires were wearing on my pickup. Had to schedule an appointment to get tires rotated. I also have a 23 Escape and the screen will freeze sometimes and I have no control of my defroster or anything else. The 3 times I had it in they said it had all of the updates. Took it in last week for an oil change and told them at the time I made the appointment it had happened again. When I paid, I asked if they found anything. Brain said he didn't know anything about it and once again said it had all the updates. Happened again and I call Brain to let me know and ask why the tires on the right side were 35PSI and the left 31. Didn't return my call so I stopped in. He wanted me to spend my time again bringing it back and I'm sure I would be told it has all the updates. Told him to call once they have an answer read more

0 Stars really needs to be an option. My family has been doing business with Junge Ford for 6 years and that all ended today. I was quoted an insane number for a repair that caused me to go elsewhere to see what it would cost to repair. The other shop came in thousands of dollars less. Junge then let's me know I owe them for restocking parts I never told them to order. I will never be doing business with Junge again read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked all the right questions but was still lied to about the condition of the car I purchased. After taking it to be looked at after a smell wouldn't go away (sales manager and sales rep said they double checked and it was nothing) a few issues were discovered which have and are going to cost me a lot of money. I'm new to the area and needed to find a new dealership to service my BMW. Took my car in for a service engine light. They diagnosed it and sent me home in a very nice loaner car. The light came on in relation to work I had done 8 months prior but previous dealer said they would not cover it on warranty because they had no idea whose fault it was that part broke. Gabe in BMW service really went to bat for me and made phone calls and emailed pictures to numerous people and ended up being able to warranty the repair. I was new to this shop but they really earned my trust and respect. I'll definitely be buying and servicing BMW's from them from here on out! All around 5+ star customer service! I was visiting my father who had terminal brain cancer and being treated at the nearby university. I am from Texas but had been told my brakes should be looked at soon bc they were wearing down. I had some downtime so took it in. They told me my lug nuts were swollen on and it was going to cost 8$ per lug nut to replace all of them plus labor. I had my brother in law come and look at them and they were in fact swollen but as both myself and brother in law grew up on farms it seemed highly unlikely it was going to take that much effort to get them off for the labor as they were quoting. And the dealership said my brakes looked fine anyways from what they could see. Fast forward another dealership in Texas also quoted me almost 400$ to take the the lug nuts off and replace them. But I found a set of 20 lug nuts for 38$ online (exact ones i have on my truck) and took them to Discount Tire where they replaced them for FREE. Now I will say that the guy who helped me at Junge was very nice and let me and my brother in law walk to the bay and look at everything the mechanic was talking about and that is why I am giving 2 stars vs 1 Star. I just don't think there should be such a discrepancy between ford dealerships and other auto places. It just seems very shady and I would hope that Ford as a company figures out this isn't a good way to do business. I've drove Fords my entire life and when I go to get my next vehicle, I'm starting to contemplate if Ford is truly the company I want to do business with in the future. read more

Stopped to test drive truck. No one came out to help us. Went inside. One salesman was playing with something on his desk. Cleared throat to get his attention. We told him wanted to look at 2008 v10 F250. Asked him if he had the keys. He responded, did you buy it. Didn't listen. They must be paid too well to actually want to work for the money. What a joke! Need a truck now and was ready to buy...their loss. read more

I am horribly disappointed. Put deposit down on car to find out they couldn't get that one. Notified at 4:30 pm the night before pickup that car wasn't ready (waiting on dealer installed option) and should pick up anyway since it was the end of the month. Issued in-transit permit which expired in 15 days and had not started registration paperwork processing for 20 days rendering the car not driveable. read more

This was a nice change from the attitude we got at the Ford dealer in Fort Collins, Co when we first had the problem. Located a used vehicle on-line through Auto Trader that led me here. My Sales Rep answered all of my questions and got me into the vehicle and out the door with ease. They even drove to my home and picked me up in the vehicle in order get the sale going ... as they are in North Liberty and I am in Davenport.
