The receptionist was SUPER helpful (after calling a bunch of other places in the area, I can say that her friendliness really stood out - she truly seemed to care.) Not only did they get me in for my urgent issue, I was able to be seen quickly for a routine cleaning (vs waiting weeks for some other offices, or not even being able to get a hold of an actual person). The office is really clean, and everyone was friendly. On time, efficient, and a thorough exam by the dentist I saw. I'll be booking for the rest of my family. Two thumbs way up!

The procedure was no easy since my mouth is narrow. Very impressed with him and his staff. And I learned something new. Bone Spurs happen in the mouth which he also assisted with no problem. Being nervous and scared my son had some tears but was not making any noise. The dental assistant then stars to belittle him for crying . I told the assistant to " you really should shut up because belittling some one is not really appropriate thing to do . " that all I said to him and he proceeds to walk out. Two min later the head dentist come in and proceeds to tell me how everyone loves him hear. I tell her that's fine it just not really professional to belittle the patient. She then informed me that maybe I should take my business elsewhere. They really do lack in professionalism and they don't care .
