A few minutes after 8, a very pleasant technician took a whole-mouth x-ray and showed me to an examination room. I sat in the side chair for 50 minutes as staff members passed back and forth past the doorway. I was not approached by anyone who offered an update or explanation. I walked out, stopping at the front desk to let the chap there know I was going and that my insurance was NOT to be billed for the x-ray. While that remains to be seen, I will not be back.

When the day of my appointment came, the staff were really nice. I had my X-rays done and explained everything I wanted, including a filling and possible future procedures. After that, I was told to sit and wait to be called. I was then taken to an office where someone informed me that they do not work with my type of insurance. I asked why, considering I had already scanned and submitted my insurance information before coming in. She told me I would still have to pay $150 for the visit. I asked what exactly they had done for me to justify that amount, especially since this seemed like their negligence. She replied that it was for the scan. I asked for a copy of the scanned documents, but they could not provide them. I sat there feeling very frustrated. I explained to the woman that I only had $50 on me at the time, and I paid that amount even though I honestly felt robbed. Now they keep sending me payment reminders for the remaining $100, despite the fact that they never actually worked on me. I truly feel these people are not acting professionally

When I explained this, another receptionist, who was assisting someone else at the time, shouted across the room, "I CALLED YOU AND LEFT YOU A VOICEMAIL!" The tone was unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. As I tried to reschedule, I also felt rushed into choosing a new date. This wasn't my first negative experience with the front desk, and it ultimately led me to switch dental offices that same month. I did attempt to share my concerns with management, but nothing seemed to improve. To make matters worse, when my records were supposed to be transferred to my new provider, the wrong records were sent. Today, I'm writing this review because I received a reminder text for an appointment on May 8th--despite no longer being a patient there and never scheduling such an appointment. I called the office to clarify and spoke with someone named Molly. When I explained the situation, she responded with a sarcastic tone and interrupted me as I tried to say I was no longer a patient. She then abruptly ended the call by saying, "Well, I'm sure someone else will be very grateful for this appointment. Thank you and take care." I'm genuinely unsure what prompted this pattern of dismissive and unprofessional behavior, but it has been consistently frustrating. The fish tank is rather large, awkwardly placed and contains only a few less than spectacular fish. The staff at Webster Dental Care is wonderful. Absolutely Exceptional!! Everyone brings a positive attitude including the welcoming receptionist, x-ray technician, dental hygienist and even the Dentist. I've never felt more at ease during a dental appointment. I highly recommend Webster Dental Care if you're looking for a new Dentist even through the waiting room is a disorganized dump.

You have to constantly call and check on everything yourself. They quoted me a price of $1200 for some work after insurance was billed, but I owed $2800. I specifically asked, because I had another costly procedure done in the same insurance calendar year and was going to put off the second procedure until the new insurance calendar year, but was specifically told I would only owe $1200, well $2800 is quite different than $1200.
