They have a washing and sanitizing station when you arrive, a questionnaire, temperature check, and a plexiglass partition for the receptionist. Both the Doctor and Hygienist wore masks. I found the office to be gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. Fashioned after a Whistler lodge, it is woodsy, clean, and totally unique. I could have hung out there all day. Most importantly, the work that they did on my teeth was exceptional. Then, at the end of the session, they requested full payment. I offed to pay on the spot but they push my toward a credit card option (don't do this ever). The credit card total was $1,750. The claim they sent to the insurance company was for $1,500 (Where did the other $250 go?). Once the insurance paperwork was competed, the scaling procedures were not covered so they paid out only $114 on the bill. Do not have any work done by these people unless you get a full estimate of the cost and feedback from your insurance company on the benefits that are covered!!!!!!!! These people are extremely dishonest.

I provided my new dental insurance card at check-in before any services were performed. The office proceeded with my cleaning and my daughter's cleaning and X-rays without verifying or informing me that they were out of network. Only after the services were completed and I had left did they call to tell me I was responsible for the full bill of more than $500. Had I been informed beforehand, I would not have proceeded. I contacted the office hoping for a reasonable resolution, but they offered no adjustment or solution. My advice: **Do not assume they have verified your insurance just because you provided your card. Ask them to specifically confirm they are in network before allowing any services to be performed.** Very disappointing way to end a six-year relationship with a dental office.

When having work done, they create an estimate of what insurance should pay and what you will owe, and when the work is done, they ask for payment that day on your share. This is all explained when you schedule the appointment, so shouldn't be a surprise. The couple of times we have overpaid, we were refunded the difference. I think their practices are fair since I was well informed.
