Place has good inventory, but they don't provide any further discounts. The guy originally told us the warranty of purchased includes the delivery but upon going back another day we were told differently that it's separate. They really don't care or pressure you to buying a couch. It's really just upto you which is nice. read more

Our salesperson was Majed and we are pleased with his service. This review is in regard to the service I have received from Sabreen on the customer service team. Even 1-Star is generous for this place. I hate writing negative reviews but this store has forced my hand. My wife and I bought 2 couches from this store in June 2024, they were delivered without issue but there was a problem with the center seat cushion (of a 3-seat couch) being completely unsupportive, deflated, flat and unlike the other all the other couch cushions. We simply contacted customer service to get a new cushion. Sabreen told us she is going to place an order for a new cushion and that it could take a couple weeks to receive. Fine. About a month later, I follow up for an update and she tells me that the part is ordered and it is waiting on for a truck. The factory doesn't ship unless it is on a truck and the next truck is in 4-5 weeks. Fine. 1 month later, I follow up 2 times, no response. Another month passes (end of October now) I follow up 2 times and I get a response from Sabreen telling me that the fabric is discontinued and they can not make my cushion anymore... It took almost 5 months for them to tell me that. Sabreen LIED telling me that the cushion was waiting for a truck to be shipped. The factory NEVER ACTUALLY made the cushion or anything. For all I know, the factory ran out of the material back in June or even before I purchased the couch. After getting frustrated and asking Sabreen what went wrong and who dropped the ball on this whole mess, she did not accept fault and instead blamed this on supply chain issues. We told her that we wanted to return our couches because of this whole mess and she threw the terms and conditions of our purchase in our face and told us all sales are final. Sabreen then gave us the option to just receive the foam core of the cushion and we had to install it ourselves. This isn't an ideal solution but we accepted it and continued to wait for a foam core. Another month later, end of November now, we are told the foam cushion is at their Mokena facility and would be transferred to the Schaumburg facility for us to pick up. Middle of December, the cushion arrives and I go to pick it up. To my surprise, there were 2 cushions with my name on them and somehow I knew I would be disappointed again because Sabreen had ordered the 2 WRONG FOAM CUSHIONS. I wanted the center cushion and I received the right and left cushions. While in the store I mentioned the complete NIGHTMARE we have had with Sabreen and this whole ordeal and we were told that we have a 1 year warranty by our salesperson there. We especially did not appreciate Sabreen saying all sales are final and making us feel stuck with our terrible couch purchase. On December 13, Sabreen said she would place another expedited order for the center cushion foam. After following up about the cushion AGAIN in January we were told that the factory was on vacation from December 23-January 6. So between December 13, and December 23 nothing was done to help our case. You would think that we would be given priority and that Midwest Furniture Liquidators would have a sense of urgency to resolve this for us. But, no, they simply do not care. Through the holidays, we had countless friends and family over just to see our couch without a center cushion. We did not hesitate at the chance to tell them about our negative experience, and completely tarnish this store's reputation. We do not recommend shopping here, and you better believe our friends and family will tell everyone they know about this too. Nobody should have to go through what we are going through. read more

We had bought this dinette table and chairs, the first time we sat on it the chair broke, when we notified them they were on the defense that never happened! Well it did happen and we agreed that I'm gonna go in and choose another set which would've been a better quality and just pay the difference, now I'm Given the runaround about restocking fee, delivery fee etc. the original set was $999 And the one I chose is $1199 Let's do the math $200 difference the manager claims that he gave it to us on sale and he wants to charge us at $750 difference!!!! Don't let the name "liquidators" fool you. I've found better prices online for the same exact items. They sell a lot of inferior products. Always ask for the name of the manufacturer and do research! Check out reviews! We came close to purchasing a sofa loveseat set made by Corinthian. We decided to do some research online. We couldn't find one good review. While the furniture is assembled in the US the materials are made in Cambodia! Had a great experience. Salesperson wasn't pushy, just checked in on us periodically while we were looking around and answered any questions, and provided some information. Most (read: not all) sofas were in stock, which was really great. Prices were a lot more fair than other places we've shopped this year. Sofa came with pillows which was also a plus. We purchased on Saturday, and the delivery was Wednesday. Tossed the guys a couple bucks and they moved the old couches to the basement. Overall, I'd definitely buy from here again and I'd recommend to a friend. Not a lot of mask wearing here, so if that kind of thing bothers you just stay 6ft apart. I just had a (beautiful) LARGE sofa delivered, which wouldn't fit on the elevator. But, the movers (Sesa & Reese), didn't give up. They used the stairs (3 floors) & through a lot of effort as per tight corners, they were successful! They also completed this delivery while maintaining the most pleasant & non-agitated mannerism imaginable... very impressive!! read more

This is a 0 star rating at best I only gave it a star because yelp makes you. I bought a coffee table and two end tables March 18th, 2022. I received them the following week March 25th, 2022. The coffee table arrived damaged. I called and sent them the info they asked that very day and didn't hear back until the end of April to set up a delivery date and it never came. Come to realize they sent me the completely wrong set. They are refusing to work with my credit card to refund me my money. I have pictures to prove it's the wrong set and arrived damaged. I would NOT recommend this place because you won't even get what you ordered and the customer service is awful and the furniture is junk. It is now July 13th and I am still dealing with them with no satisfaction yet. read more

These guys seem to try hard but just can't get it right. We ordered a pretty expensive sofa, special order through them. The salesman Abbas took the order, which we were specific about due to the layout of our room. It would take 4 months for it to come in. We waited. When it came in for delivery, it was the total opposite of what we ordered. Sent it back and met with the manager John. He tried to make it right, offering us a loaner sofa until the new one came in, which would be another three months. Abbas was there and apologized for his screw up. We told him it was fine, we just need it done right this time. The loaner was never delivered as John said it would be. My wife went in to complain, and John agreed to give us a severe discount on something else because we needed stuff for another room anyway. Sat on the new sofa until yesterday. Final product finally came....sectional is differs colors! Anyone with any quality control would have checked and double-checked our order to try to get it right. Not this group. This has been the WORST company I EVER ordered from!! The billing sheet they gave me for my front room couch said it would be ion in two- three weeks. The salesperson ASSURED us that date. To date it's been 5 MONTHS and no end in sight!! They won't even take any money off the price! They keep claiming that it's a foam shortage. I ordered a family room couch and several mattresses made from FOAM in January and they were ALL delivered already!! I'm not sure if they have blind Brazilian nuns making their foam but this bs is unacceptable. I would NEVER buy anything from them again.. what a hassle to say the least!! read more

My parents recommended this place to my boyfriend and I as they ordered a sectional + bedroom set from here. My mom did say to prepare myself as sometimes things could take a while to arrive once we ordered it. (They waited six weeks). With that in mind, we went and looked around for what we liked, taking pictures of what we were interested in. We went back a week later to make our final decision and bought a two piece couch set. Luckily for us, there were two in stock! We made the purchase and set up delivery for a week from then. That was last week and yesterday they called to let me know they'd be here today between 10-2. They were here a little after 9! Great and speedy service. Love the furniture , prices and their workers. I spent 5k on furniture - three full bedroom sets (two Queens and one King), a king mattress and a couch. I purchased the protection package which was an additional cost. My son's bed frame cracked within the first few months. Midwest was able to come out and replace the board as it was still in warranty. Since then every piece of furniture that I have purchased has had a problem. The king bed frame is falling apart so much that we have to prop it up with wood pieces and the same with the queen bed. Both are a substantial safety concern while sleeping on. Part of the couch has busted also. I have been trying for months to make a claim on these items with the protection package. They are now denying it saying that it wasn't done in the proper time. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
