Honesty and Integrity are hard to find in businesses these days, so I'd recommend them any day. During the installation, the installer realized he had the wrong color weather tripping, apologized, and was back a few hours later to finish that part of the job. Definitely showed he cared about doing the job properly and to our satisfaction. The only thing keeping me from giving five stars is that their process of confirming an appointment was not consumer-friendly. They called the day before, within an hour of the close of business, to try to confirm...I had told them I would not be available to confirm that day because I was traveling. However, they were going to reschedule if they could not confirm an appointment the day before the appointment, within an hour or so of close of business? I get that some people are chaotic with their appointments and don't remember them, but that's really not my fault. Perhaps a fee for cancelling the day of would be more appropriate? Either way, that process keeps me from giving a 5 star recommendation, but I would still use them if I ever needed maintenance or repair for our brand new garage door.

They said they'd be at my house between 4:30 and 5:00. At 4:45 Tom pulled up to my house. He took a look at my door, explained why the door had failed (previous owner installed it wrong) and started fixing it right away. The work was done well. My garage door opener is old and doesn't have many safety features. When I called to schedule the appointment I mentioned I'd like a quote for a new opener. Even though he knew I was looking to get a new opener, Tom took the time to oil the chain and adjust the machine so it was working well. I was very pleased with his work and attention to detail. I thought the quote for the opener was reasonable and he'll be coming out next week to install it. I highly recommend Superior. THe work and service are first rate.

It may not be the mom and pop business that Dan was, but you still get the personalized customer service. My garage opener had been making some noises and finally the chain snapped. I called Anytime and they were able to get me scheduled the next day. My appointment was later in the day and life happens. The appointment before me was taking longer and they called to let me know and reschedule me. My life is flexible, so I took the first appointment for that Friday. That morning, I got a courtesy call letting me know that they were on the way and that Jacob would be my tech. When he arrived, he introduced himself and shook my hand (that is something you don't see everyday). We went into the garage, he saw how old my opener was (20 years) and explained my options. He went into great detail on the differences between the different openers. I asked a few questions and he answered in layman's terms that someone like me could comprehend. I made my choice and he said it would take about an hour to install. I'm one of those peps, I looked at my watch. When he was finished, it was an hour, almost to the minute. He cleaned up after himself and you couldn't even tell that work had been done in my garage. I love my new LiftMaster garage door opener. It is quiet and runs smoothly, like a soft close drawer.
