I had contacted her right before the holidays and the big snow storm with freezing temps and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I was slow to get her my papers but she didn't let it fall through the cracks and she contacted me for the paper. Also note that my scum bag of a landlord was evading, not answering his phone, had a camera door bell and was not going to answer the door.
