I have no reservations in recommending this company. -------------------- I really wanted to give Just In Time a five-star review, because I genuinely think the issue I ran into was an honest mistake. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with how they handled that mistake. First, the good: I hired them to install a smart EV charger. They were super friendly, responsive, on-time, and the installation itself was fast and clean. Here's where things went sideways: they told me the job was complete, but the charger's controller--the part that actually makes it "smart"--was still sitting in the box. Without that piece installed, the whole point of the smart charger is lost. The technicians put me on the phone with the boss, who told me installing the rest of the components would be an additional $165. I was awfully annoyed, but I didn't really have any choice at that point. My issue is simple: I was clear from the beginning about the exact charger I needed installed. I showed the estimator the box and confirmed that their quote covered installing and integrating the smart charger. Some people might call this a bait-and-switch, but I don't think that's what happened. I think they either misunderstood the charger when quoting or were just moving too fast. An honest mistake. But the "solution" was to charge me $165 more for something that took them less than fifteen minutes. They had an opportunity to either (A) complete the scope they quoted, or (B) at least try to work with me on the added fee. Instead, I got a shrug and a "take it or leave it."

We had an undermount kitchen sink installed and needed the garbage disposal and pvc installed. I don't enjoy spending time under the sink so I thought we'd pay a plumber to take care of it. Flatirons quoted us $1300. I paid less than $50 for a new flange, pvc pieces, some putty, etc. and installed it in less than an hour. I don't know how they can justify their pricing. They were prompt and professional, but do yourself a favor and line up a couple different quotes because this one was offensive.

Thankfully I found Joe. He was knowledgeable, funny, a great guy and didn't try to upsell a thing. He replaced my water heater at a great price. While he was here my sewer was backing up when he tried to drain the water heater. He asked that we get it cleared before he finished the job. We called Homeservice plumbers and they came out, said there was a block and they would have to tear up the basement and the starting price was almost 7k. More if they found other problems and they repeatedly tried to use, used car sales tactics and scare tactics to get me to replace Joe as my plumber and destroy the basement to clear a "block". Joe recommended Colorado Sewer Service and they came out and cleared the "block" in 10 minutes for 1/50th of what they were going to charge to tear up the basement and install a new unnecessary pipe just to begin with, which I am sure they would have tried to turn into a 20k plus job. Joe did a fast and excellent job and is just a good human being. I cannot say enough good things about this man and his business. Without a doubt I will use him for every job I need in the future. I asked for quotes on yelp, a bunch of companies respond with their phone numbers... cool story, i didn't need you phone number i needed a quote. They sent me an actual quote.... you know... what I was asking for, gave me a ball park range depending on what the issue was (I needed an exterior hose bib replaced, its not rocket science to bid or ball park that) and then walked me through my options and the different value ranges when they got here depending on what I wanted to do job wise. They were super easy to work with, incredibly professional on site and actually got the job done quickly and efficiently without any shenanigans, rug pulls or price gouging. The tech that came out, while punctual and respectful, didn't appear to focus on and provide a suitable solution for my specific needs (I was quoted for a replacement of the pressure release valve - something outside the water heater that was making noises / having the issue). After getting advice from others, I would have had to spend more time and money as the pressure release valve would not have solved the issue. Quick response and quote, but not really what I was specifically looking / needing. Not to say I wouldn't consult them in the future for other, more general repair needs.
