" They were contracted to clean the Heating and air ducts through out the house. They pried the cover off the furnace, and left it that way. My Mom has a set of beautiful crystal lamps that WERE some of her prized possessions. They broke one of the lamps, glass is still falling off of it. They also broke the lampshade.
