I called 3 times and gave them the insurance info (that I also provided at the appt). Then I received a bill from a collections agency. When I called and spoke to Dave, he said that it still wasn't sent to insurance so they would pull it back from collections and submit it. Because of the inconvenience, he said he would take care of whatever was left since it was a mistake on their end (this was in December of 2017). In January I received another billing from them. Knowing that Dave said he would take care of it, I didn't think I had to call them again. Boy I was wrong. Last week I received a letter from a collections agency that the bill was back in collections. I called the general number and the first rep I spoke to wasn't listening. I requested to speak to a supervisor. He was worse. He said that when Dave said he would take care of it, he didn't mean that he would wipe out the balance, he meant that they would send it back to the insurance. I clearly asked Dave that he was saying I wouldn't receive another bill for this charge that I would have to pay and that he would zero out my account. Dave said yes. The "supervisor" on the phone is saying that isn't what he meant. Yet when I asked him to look up that person and get in touch with him, he said that he couldn't. So here I am sitting on hold waiting for a manager. This place is the worst. I have nothing in collections, not even late payments on my credit record, yet here I am wasting more of my time calling them trying to get this $32 bill take care of after being told I didn't have to worry about it anymore. This charge was from February of 2017. I am just wondering when they are going to add me to their payroll and pay me for my time spent trying to get them to do their job.

Met a great new doctor, Dr. Leonard. He was thoroughly prepared for my first visit having reviewed…read moremy records in detail. He took time and patience to listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed. His Assistant Reid was great as well. He was friendly, helpful, and very good at blood draws! Dr. Leonard came up with a detailed plan to work through my health issues. Then a week later I followed up with him to review my labs. It was refreshing to find a doctor who feels like a teammate rather than a rushed dictator. I highly recommend Dr. Leonard and his assistant Reid. The clinic is a peaceful setting, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a small clinic without chaos. I will definitely return to see Dr. Leonard!!

Let me first say that I've been going here for years without any issues. 2 weeks ago I went in for…read morea mammogram and it was the worst experience that I've ever had with this procedure. The technician kept pushing me into the machine while complaining that I needed to relax my shoulder more. I tried for her but she wasn't happy with my position. She then said that there was a history of my doing this in my chart. Before I could respond she said that I was making too much of this and that most women were OK with this procedure or words to that effect. This is where I began to lose it and I told her that I didn't know any woman who were OK with mammograms. How the hell did she know what I felt during the procedure. People tolerate pain differently. Also if you want a person to relax try not shoving them. The day after the procedure I had a rash underneath my breast from being pushed and having my skin rub against the machine. It took a few days to heal. I'm still dealing with some neck pain from the abusive treatment. So if you think nothing of getting a mammogram this is the place for you. But if you want to be treated respectfully find another place. BTW on a more positive note I found the office staff to be wonderful.

As you are being moved in the cylinder you will see all the construction going on at the Lund's lot. It kind of keeps you in touch with reality. Even though it's evolved it's still unnerving. A nice facility inside, lots of handy bathrooms. Outside parking is a royal pain in the ass. This replaced the old Lilydale location that was beautiful and loads of parking. Charles was my excellent X-Ray tech. It seems that boomer reviews may be more medical facilities than restaurants.

Went here for an MRI on my knee and the service was great! It's a little tucked in there behind…read morebigger buildings but once you find their parking lot it's easy peasy! I got checked in and filled out paperwork, I didn't have to wait long when the nurse called my name. The nurse who helped me was very nice and answered all my questions. Talk about a clinically lazy organization. I went to midwest radiology for a series of hip x-rays…read moreto see if I had an issue with the hip joint itself. What we received was a 3 line report. In it, it stated right hip has advanced deterioration. Did not send the images. Had to request them. Is this even a scientifically acceptable report. On what scale does "advanced" fall? A monkey could have written this report. What exactly am I paying for here? This is absolute nonsense and I would not recommend. I will say the technician was efficient and professional as well as the other staff I interacted with. But, at the end of the day anyone seeking its services ultimately want to know what a doctor's interpretation of the results are - clearly either the doctor who examined my images is extremely lazy, does not care or someone else submitted the results. Either way, it's absolutely unacceptable. I can hardly wait to see the billing for this worthless interaction based on the other reviews here. I requested a good faith estimate in advance for a particular CPT code but based on this experience, I'm betting it will be based on some other code and cost a lot more than the estimate I received.
