You don't do that to begin with, but then ask a new trainee not to say anything, what kind of leader is that?! The environment was very unprofessional, med carts were left unlocked during med pass, with residents nearby who could have easily accessed the meds in the cart. It was a very childish, toxic staff environment. The nursing home is absolutely diabolical, it looks like your in a prison or a mental hospital with bright fluorescent lights which will make anyone have headaches and disorient you. It smells of urine and neglect, the rooms are incredibly small and shared with a roommate, they only have a bed and a chair in their rooms and they all look like they are living in misery. Its absolutely heart breaking and I would never in my life feel comfortable leaving a loved one there. Do not apply here for a job and do not recommend this place for anyones family members. Gut wrenching!

I need two full time jobs and this place allows me to work a full time position while working another full time job. The training was great and they seem to really care about their workers. I would choose BrightStar care any day and every day! They don't make it a big issue if you call in sick and check in on you to see how you're feeling.
